We had lunch here, the service was quick and the meat was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend Cogote to any one traveling thru or staying here.

Perhaps for my taste buds, some of the cuts are a bit on the bland side, the sirloin wasnt like you expect a good quality piece of sirloin, it was tough, i notice the staff will trim some meat, then take the rest of the spade(so its called) to the grill to get it done some more for different peoples likeness, theres also a reservation list and youre allow to eat or stay for 2 hours
