Carlos is a master at the art of coffee. I can confidently say I had one of the best coffees over ever had here at Comitlan. Carlos further educated us in all the different styles of making coffee. Turns out a simple V60 is all you need for a great coffee! We also highly recommend his Corn Bread/cake made by his mother. It was insanely good. Thank you, Carlos!

Best coffee in Comitan without question. Even other restaurants admit this place has the best coffee. The owner and barista Carlos is truly an expert. Not only did he recommend the one which bean to try, he recommended which method to brew it in. He toasts the beans himself twice a week. I bought one bag to take home but by the end of the week I had four to take home. The place opens a bit late but it is truly worth it.
