This is second birthday that my son is celebrating without a cake and it's thanks to you guys. 2 years ago I bought 2 cakes and I had to return them because they were moldy. I didn't leave any bad review because I said things happen and here we go exactly 2 years after same thing. I'm just waiting for you to open and will bring the cake to see it but thanks for ruining my sons second and fourth birthday and thanks for wasting my time to deal with this too.

Good afternoon, I usually am not one to complain about anything but paying $250 for something I didn't not want is completely heartbreaking. I specifically asked for no Jelly and/or preserves and this clearly preserves. Half the cake was not even served. l've heard great things about the bakery and it's unfortunate that I didn't get that experience. Staff hasn’t done a thing to make it right and ignored us. DO NOT GO HERE

I had bought dessert from Dortini twice. My first time was strawberry cheesecake and I really like it. Lots of strawberry topping and the cheesecake wasn’t too sweet. Second time I had cannoli cake. The cream was puffy and light. Cannoli cream was too sweet for me and the yellow cake wasn’t as good as I hope. Since they have many different types of cake and open hour until 8pm, it’s convenience to pick up some sweet after work. Price seems okay for bakery overall ($25-$30). Staffs are friendly. Inside is clean.

The last few years, after a favorite bakery closed down, I've been going from shop to shop each time I need a cake. And while they all look good, they never taste good! Too dry, too sweet, too much of this or that.. not fresh, soggy.. you name it. For my birthday my husband always gets me a cake and I told him just to forget it this year. Well, he was determined and decided to stop in here and see what they had. First of all he said the selection of off the shelf cakes was amazing, everything was clean and organized and the employees were kind and patient as he asked about the many cakes and their ingredients! His determination paid off! He got me a delicious cake, chocolate and caramel and cream.. to die for! The cake was moist but held together nicely, it was rich but not too sweet, good quality ingredients you could taste and it was decorated beautifully! I also couldn't believe the price! It was $34 and I usually pay twice that for a cake that's rarely even half eaten before it hits the trash. If you too have been hunting around for a cake place, this is it, look no further! We will definitely be back anytime we need a cake but I'm also looking forward to stopping in to try everything else! A big thank you, job well done!

No one has ever been disappointed when I show up with a Dortoni cake! Always delicious and always beautiful! The only request I made for this cake was for it to be elegant; look how beautifully decorated it is. Thanks, Dortoni!

Bought a napoleon cake. Overall, this bakery is very good. I would like more custard and no whip cream to make this more authentic. But everyone enjoyed it and the quality is very good on prior visits.

Extremely rude manager of some sort interrupted the fantastic young salesman/order taker we were working with to order a cake. It may have been a little last minute (few days from the event, but he was following what time he had been told people would have to pick up if ordering for the date we were) but she didn't even attempt to save the sale and/or make any suggestions!! She did not apologize to us as customers and pretty much dismissed us! We felt really bad for the young man who had to apologize as he had been so personable!! We ordered from another bakery...and were able to get an amazing cake! Can't rate the food, as we didn't try any!

Dortoni os absolutely the best when it comes to getting a customized cake! They work with your price and do an amazing job! I ordered my baby shower cake recently and it came out stunning and it tasted amazing! Their chocolate actually tastes like decadent chocolate and was very moist. Even the vanilla and fruit. I highly recommend them. I had a Gucci cake made last year and it was a huge hit! Kawal who is the manager there is amazing to worth with and so humble and kind! I can't wait to order from them again!
