    DO NOT order online you will have to order at the resturant again. I waited over 35 minutes for two subs. Also found out they did not even have the right bread. I will not be coming back. Unacceptable to make me wait and basically reorder my food. Please take down your online forum or follow correct procedures. Food was great.

    If you guys would stop purposely making my order wrong and forgetting items in the bag all because I refuse to tip 20% for you to make a sandwich that you already get paid HOURLY to make... that would be so AWESOME. I order online to avoid social interaction, because it's cheaper and for convenience but if I have to stand and HOVER just to make sure my sandwich is CORRECT and my freaking cookies are IN THE BAG, I will! I'm not the only one here complaining that orders are wrong and have missing items. How hard is it to read the receipt and double check that everything is correct???? And then y'all expect "sandwich artist tips" on top of that?? Yeah, start getting peoples orders right and then we'll talk about "tips."

    The lady that made my sandwich was first of all had an attitude second she does not know how to make a sandwich made is messy and she did not change her gloves then when u put sandwich in oven spoused to be hot but my meat was cold I mean cold she took it out to early not a good place to stop go somewhere else the tables and floor was dirty and the soda machine was running out of soda the lady didn't give me napkins too go very bad service here not ever coming here a gain

    I ordered ahead for quick pickup. Nothing was quick about this trip. I walked in and and asked about my order and the employee said I didn't order... so I showed my confirmation number and the employees just looked at each other like I was speaking Chinese. So then they called the manager and 50 questions later she told them to make it but they needed to be sure I paid for it. I had my receipt from email and confirmation number and then had to show them it charged my bank. After about 20 mins they finally made my sandwiches. They tried to give me burnt bread and I asked for a different one. That up set them. I had 5 sandwiches to order and two employees making sandwiches asking me what was on them got me side tracked and I ended up getting burnt, crumble bread, and toasted which made it worse... as they were making the sandwiches they used the same knife without cleaning it for the next one. They don't know what cross contamination is... one of the employees making a sandwich and put cucumbers on it and none of them had cucumbers so I told her. She picked it off and put it back in the tub she got them from. I won't be going back to this location.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE. Used the wrong bread and ingredients for sandwiches, unable to comprehend the instructions (or maybe unable to read them), and copped an attitude rather than try to fix THEIR mistake. Find another branch. Subway is a good restaurant, but this is NOT a good branch!

    I order from this Subway because it is the closest one to my job. Very disappointed because this is the second time I have received my order with missing items. I gave them a second chance assuming it's the doordashers fault. It's frustrating because I pay extra to make it a meal just to have those items missing. I tried calling the store, after being instructed by Door dash to do so, and they can't even pick up the phone.

    Had the 6” outlaw. Pretty good sandwich. Tempe team here was fast. The reason for only three starts is that several of the tables were dirty.

    Horrible. Incompetent workers and they simply don’t care. Workers were talking loudly about another worker stealing from a customer another one talking about she wants to hit her and “fu*k her up” tables were all dirty and gross, trash everywhere, no ice, sandwiches are sloppy. There lucky there’s a gas station and truck stop connected to them because this place wouldn’t last. They need to really shape that place up. Never going back.

    I ordered online and PAID online, my order was ready at 2:50 and I was there at 3:00 with traffic. They THREW AWAY my order because it was "there for so long" AFTER they denied getting any orders recently. Why would you throw away food that was PAID for?? AND I have a phone # and email attached to the order??? I even included a tip 🤔🤯 the 2 girls behind the counter were extremely unprofessional
