I don't mind to drive 20 min from downton LA to this Macdonals even though I have like 3 macdonalds near by my house, my two kids love the playground, the staff is very friendly, is always clean but there is one thing the AIR CONDITION (temperature) in the playground is to HIGH, is SUPER DUPER COLD, I asked one of the workers if they can lower the temperature and she said they can't do anything about it 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶😔😔😔

Shift Manger, store manager, branch manager, store owner, or franchise doesn't care or they are too lazy to change their time on Google business to let their customers know they are not open 24 hours. If you respect your customers' time, you would change this information ASAP! 11-29-2023

The food was good, hot and the service was very good. This this location can be a bit messy/ trashy and dangerous at night (I won’t recommend to “dine in” after 7pm. Instead do Mobil pick up or Drive-thru

I will not go back to this McDonald's. My fries were old. My hamburger was not tasty, and my apple pie was cold. I took one bite of everything, wishing that something would taste better because I was so hungry. The people were nice, and the drive-through moved quickly. Everyone can have an off day, I suppose.

Last time, they at least warned that there were no lemons for tea. This time, they didn’t even mention it, and they also forgot to include the ordered sugar. They gave the same sauces instead of different ones.

It never seems to amaze me how they can be consistent with wrong orders, inside, drive-through, even when ordering 2 of the same item. Not sure whats going on but they need to work on their listening skills. [Update] so going inside is a better bet if you want to get your order correct. In the morning there is an elderly woman that always seems to have a nice presence about herself. The eggs in the morning have been tasting more like they have a weird film to it even though its being made fresh... not sure but the last 3 times I've been the eggs seem off.

They turn off the dining room soda machine to avoid soda theft, but this is an inconvenience for paying customers. Also the Filet-o-fish is the size of a chicken mcnugget now. Prices get higher and the food gets smaller.
