Please I do not recommend this hotel for several reasons. Do not think you are even getting what you paid for because you are better off staying at a cheap motel for $50 because that's what it is but more expensive. 1. Too many bugs, no real amenities, extra charges for poor service, the swimming pool was green, the beach water was polluted with trash bags and debris. 2. The bugs outside were waiting for us to go in at night and yes they do have roaches. 3. The lights kept flickering at night and the dogs were fighting in the neighborhood, very noisy. 4. It is pricey for the quality. 5. The lady at the front desk was rude. It is an extra $20 if it is a second person and $20 extra if you need to check in early and for no reason because when you come in there is no electricity or warm water. That day it was very hot. It is not worth the price you pay. 7. Throughout your meal there is a cat underneath the table bothering and that is disgusting and I'm allergic. 6. Just horrible...Please don't stay here...pay the extra $50 or $60 to stay at Decamaron that is down the road, it will be free drinks and food throughout the day.

This was the worst stay ever. We called earlier during the day and told them we needed a room. They told us that we can come they had rooms but when we got here we wait about two hours. When we finally got a room it smelled horrible. The food was distasteful and it took forever to get our food. There was no electricity for have of the day. The only positive comment I have is the pool and the sea. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

This place needs a LOT of love. Came here to just spend a weekend out of the city and i was visit Haiti (from canada). Let's start with the facilities. Electricity was non existent when we arrived. Which is commun her in Haiti but you can expect at least an establishment to have a backup. After being her for 3 hours, electricity was there but the day was almost done. Wi-Fi was almost as non existent as the electricity. Coverage was spotty and as soon as you went up a floor... No Wi-Fi at all. Now for the water. Flushed once and yeah... That's it. Wanted to take a shower and no water came out. And majordomo told us that the water would be available soon. The room was clean! But only one light bulb in the whole room. The other light had no light. Wanted to watch the wolrd cup at some point... You guessed it: No signal on the TV. Dont get me started on the service. Something drastic needs to be done to this place or i really dont think it will still be in business in a few weeks. Lucky if they get through the year.

Place full of potential but need lots of renovation and a new management system. Beautiful rocky beach, a nice view of the sea while you seat by the pool.

Excellent place to spend time with friends and Family. Last time i was there, food was very great. Free wifi and Parking.

It’s a nice place but the service need to be better with the price they charge. And the food need to be fresh as well. I wasn’t happy with the service.

When everyone is telling you not to stay here. Believe them. Everything others critiqueed about this place happened to us. There are many better options in the area. Do yourself a favor and stat there for don't come in the area at all.

The customer service representative was rude, breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 instead it started at 9:30 for three days straight they serve the same spaghetti the food in the buffet area wasn't covered flies everywhere. No amenities

I was Quarantined here for a month during the beginning of COVID19. I was safe, comfortable and well care for by the Hotel staff. I left there feeling like I was leaving family. Gorgeous and relaxing.
