Got to say that the coffee in McDonald's Italy is very good. It's made as you wait on a proper machine and is priced well. A great selection of cakes available too.

Grabbed a portion of panzerottis. Was surprisingly tasty, although smaller than what I was expecting. Cheesy and tomatoey. Decent little snack.

Definitely the worst McDonalds I have ever visited in Europe. Dirty place, lost and unprepared employees. Today I witnessed an employee responsible for cleaning expelling a couple of teenagers who had just eaten and were not allowed to remain in the place, even though there were many free spaces. I do not recommend!

When I order ice cream I want ice cream and not a milkshake. The coffee is good.

Staff are super hard workers. It's clear the kitchen is too small and they are probably understaffed. The place was overflowing with customers and you could see they were doing their absolutely best. Customers were constantly annoying them for dumb reasons and yet they dealt with everything with grace. Respect.

The service a bit impersonal with totems to order meals. For the rest it is a classic McDonald's, where you can find all the eponymous food of the franchise. A safe bet for a quick bite or for some rest during your Como city tour.

Service is terrible no concept of fast food. Ordered bacon and egg muffin missing bacon?!? Dirty no air conditioning honestly terrible

Staff was helpful and tied very hard to come to a understanding. I ended up by getting everything that I thought I was getting despite the language barrier.

cold burgers, looks undone and very dirty since i came in and no one came to clean the tables. weird tasting fries and just horrible. would not recommend and only good thing is the cafe which looks good. Also no parking nearby. Families food was okay, but mine looked uncooked. however the mcflurrys were amazing, if you bother coming here i recommend the pistachio, snickers or oreo mcflurrys

good spot, and in an excellent location to grab some cheap comfort-food (french fries here could use some more salt). the tablets inside make it very easy to order when you cannot speak Italian, and orders are typically called out in Italian and English. the washrooms in this location could use some work with cleanliness, but other than that, great spot for outdoor seating, and close to the best attractions in Como!

The staff here need training in customer service. Not a smile among them. Self serve machines were not working so I went to the main desk to place an order - a staff member at the Mccafe bit ignored me then shouted at another customer who went to get a bottle of water out the fridge, he probably assumed it was self service due to lack of service. The lady then served someone who walked in straight to the Mccafe bit after I'd been waiting a while. I can't be bothered to type any more about the experience, but the food was nice enough in the end.

The food was expensive, and cold. I requested a balsamic vinegar for my salad and they gave me virgin oil

Crowded and you need to do table cleaning your self . Sandwich you can’t choose deletion or addition, just take it as it is . Staff are good but they can’t cover everything as the space is too busy

ordered 1 tasty bucket and a burger. Then they didnt give me the burger. My order included just two things and they still made that mistake.

Quite enjoyed this experience and comparing it to the McDonald's in England. It's cheaper and the food is more substantial. The McCafe has an actual espresso machine rather than the automated ones in England, which makes sense to be taken seriously in Italy. I had a Moroccan Espresso (Marocchino) and a plain crossaints, and the Double Chicken Burger meal, with cheesy fries and a beer! None of these you can get in English McD. The cheapest beer is only 10 cents more than the soft drinks! Would be at least £2.50 extra if English McD even served alcohol. The coffee did not taste that nice, certainly not as quality as coffee in the bars in Como. The burger was pretty tasty. I would of liked the fries to have more cheese. Upon asking my date her opinion of her meal, she described it as "good". She had a cheeseburger meal with a Nutella muffin. The muffin was pricy at €2.40 compared to my coffee and brioche at €2.20. The restaurant is not disgusting but also not totally clean. There is a lack of free tables outside so we sat in. The screen for order progress was not working so the staff have to call out the order number; in Italiano and Inglese of course. The staff however are friendly and smiley. I was unsure about visiting McDonald's in Como as I thought I would have preferred to visit another actual Italian bar, but I'm glad I experienced the Como McDonald's. 4.5/5.

Austrian MacDonald's has amazing gluten free options, better than almost every other country and for basically the same price as standard burgers

The employees were too rude and also not well trained. In an order with 6 people they mistook 7th times which is very unprofessional. They didn't serve properly everything which was included on ordered. They should do there job with more sincerity. Good luck team Mc Donald's como.

Very slow service, the waiter’s attitude was awful, they forgot about my order and we were waiting for 15 minutes till we ask them about it. They didn’t apologize and were very rude.

Well...it's a tiny place so it was quite crowded and chaotic. There was only one toilet. Food as expected. Not recommended for a quick bite as our order took quite long (for 2 1/2 people).

We bought Happy meal on 23 Dec and my 5 yr old immediately got stomach upset and vomiting. Fries and the burger doesnt look fresh. The food served on the evening was below par. Improvements in serving, good quality needed.

This is the first time I've gotten cold burgers at a McDonald's... ever...and we eat McDonald's a lot so it was strange...both burgers were cold and obviously had been for a while since even the cheese was hard. If we had come at rush hour i wouldn't be as mad. It was 4 pm and not very crowded. The bathroom was super messy and dirty.

Noisy and very crowd. There are many pigeons on the tables outside.

Took forever to get food but....it was hot and fresh which is the first time in years nice had a fresh meal at a McDonalds and it was so much better for it!

Food is expected not exceptionally well done. Service is poor, missing items in orders as usual and most of all, ambiance dirty and not well ventilated.

Went here primarily to grab a quick drink and use their toilets. The restrooms were horrible! Worst McDonald's restrooms I've ever seen.

Strange being able to order beer at McDonald's. They also have several items that we don't have available in the states such as a chicken Big Mac. The cashier did give me the wrong sandwich from what I ordered.

Just a McDonald. All of them should be closed or just transitioned to public toilets. Because that's the only useful thing they do.

Every time we went at least half the machines weren't working and they never had half the menu either

If I could guve 0 stars I would. Bathroom code it’s not working. Upstairs bathroom, you have to go to the toilet in the dark, no towels.

If you buy takeaway please control it before you get home. I usually eat here, sometimes they make mistakes and it’s normal but today 8/9/2021 I regret buying McDonald’s because they gave me a wrong amount of money and they forgot to give me my patate with ricche bacon. By the time I noticed, I was already at home and i don’t think it’s normal for me to go back there just for patate and some change. I enjoy eating McDonald’s with patate, and without it I can’t even eat it 😡
