The service here is horrible! Every time I go with an appointment I have to wait over an hour to be seen, not only that but the front desk nurse is super rude. I went in today needing a letter that a doctor had ALREADY gave me and she has the audacity to say nothing guarantees we’re going to be able to give you this. Seriously she was just trying to give me a hard time for no reason these people need to be trained properly and learn how to speak to people with respect.

Horrible Service. I am not a patient at this clinic (Thankfully) , but my mom is. I've accompanied her to most of her visits. EVERY TIME IS THE SAME THING, appointments don't mean anything at this place, they always seem to be behind, and you are lucky if they see you within an hour (this is with a scheduled appointment). At this place, you get blood work, or other tests done, and you can expect to have results in a month, if you are lucky maybe 3 weeks. This is horrible! its peoples health you are dealing with. I've worked at a fast phased clinic before, and when test are done, doctors get results sent in from the lab via fax within 3/5 days. I will not go into detail about my mothers condition but she is very ill, diagnosed with cancer. This clinic has done nothing for my mom aside form LITERALLY reading back the notes or results from the hospital. They call my mom because the doctor schedules appointments (this is now the 3rd time) we attend the appointment and they have nooooo idea why my mom was scheduled. They waste peoples times at this place. i literally have so much more negative things to say about this place but it would be a 2 page review. Aside from the complaints ive mentioned above, staff here is HORRIBLE. They always seem to be in a bad mood. (cant say all) but i would say 95% of the staff at this clinic should come into work with a better attitude and better patient care. They shouldn't forget doctor visits are already stressful and scary for some people. Instead of making people feel warm and welcomed, they talk to you like they are superior and they act like they are paying for the services you are receiving. Ultimately, it all comes down to bad management. (wish i could give this place a 0)

I've been coming here for years and i have no complaints. I love that they actually have evening appointments. My kids have been seen after 6:30pm. Which is great. They do not miss class time or for me having to leave work early. I have never waited an hour not even 30mins. What is very convenient about this place is that you have medical, dental and psych in the same location. Right next to each other. The doctors are great they have always helped and done more than what they are supposed to. The medical assistants are very cool. They talk to you and make you feel like you are not at the drs office. Which is good if your kids hate coming to see the dr or dentist. I recommend this place.

About a month ago we placed an order for a prescription and it never came to us until we had to ask for it. It turned out that they did have the medicine but they forgot about it. Once you enter they call you in five minutes after registering to take your weight and then they make you wait about three hours just to get service. We had to wait a very long time to get called in just to get a prescription. Really? All they needed was to sign and there. They did not call us in until we said we were going to leave. If you ever come, make sure you have no other plans because it will take all day. And you should prepare yourself with a backpack full of food because trust me, you will get hungry. And bring a pillow and a blanket just in case you get sleepy. You might be able to take a nap. DO NOT BOTHER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE EITHER WAY, YOU WILL STILL TAKE A LONG TIME SITTING WATCHING TV WITH SPANISH ONLY CHANNELS!!! I HOPE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES IS READING THIS RIGHT NOW. I got to my appointment at 1 o'clock they said it wasn't till 1:30 okay I was fine with that Evan though it wasn't right . checked in again at 1:35 of course they gave me a run around that I would be next at this point my sons fever was so high I was furious but the receptionist didn't care. there were people that got there after me and we're seen before me it's 2 o'clock now and still nothing so i go back and check in then some fat receptionist lady with curly hair and cheap highlights said something under her breath she was so rude I asked her name but she didn't want to give me her name she keeped going back and fourth with me who does that! all I wanted was my son to be seen at his scheduled time he wasnt seen untill 3:30. moral of the story is if you want to be seen by a legit doctor please don't come here service sucks , no parking ,they care nothing for you or how you feel .

Teribble serive! I came here when I was 5 months pregnant and they were very disorganized. Disrespectful and Rude. Expected me to know where their lab or offices to be at. Gave me unexpected appointments i didn't want & wasn't aware or informed about it. It took them an hour to take me in with an appointment scheduled. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

This is a great dental office that serves an underprivileged community. The Doctors are professional and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly. The wait time is reasonable. I'm grateful to have found this place and highly recommend to anyone that needs quality service but does not have the means to pay for such.

I’ve been coming here for my prenatal care since November 2022 and honestly this is the best clinic to come to. Everyone is always very nice and make you feel comfortable. Jessica is the one that always checks my vitals and sets up the room for me and she’s the best!! Melissa sets up my ultrasound appointments and is always ready to help when I call to ask a question. Lorena is also very good and always makes me feel safe and is always ready to address my concerns :) And the people at check in are always nice too overall I recommend this place. And I look forward to coming to my postpartum appointments here.
