I think one pic is better than a million words. I have taken this picture today at 21h from the apartment 714-B. I really recommend this resort.

It's a nice place to stay. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff was helpful, even when we had a little emergency regarding a bruised arm. We loved the food at the buffet, but they had some trouble when we asked for a vegetarian alternative. Afterwards they tried to make it up to us

Nice rooms. Activities are ok. Pool is awesome, but not enough chairs. Wifi is horrible, disconnects every 10 min or so. Spa is great. Not enough parking.

Check in was ok. We were quoted a room with a view of the ocean but received a view of the pool. It was changed after we complained. We asked to check out on Monday they had is checking out on Sunday. We complain and had to wait till Sunday to have our changed. On Sunday, they could not change it and had to get out of bed at 9am to fix the situation. Wifi was spoty.

Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. There are a lot things to improve in this hotel. Their facilities look old fashion and deteriorated. We were a big group so they took off furnitures from the suites for accommodation but left them piled on the hallways blocking the windows and glass doors, inspiring nothing but chaos. The hotel is built on a hill, having the lobby on top floor and rooms downward nine floors, emergency exits were locked or blocked and wanted that guests went upstairs until 9th floor in case of evacuation. Terrible smell through the hallways. I got sick with the food on the first day so got to go out for meals. Only one elevator toward rooms. I’m sorry but I don’t have anything to say on favor.

My favourite resort by the Pacific Ocean. There might be bigger ones and more expensive. But I like the customer service and facilities. I have been a member since 1997. Lovely place to really rest. Has group activities, games, bingo, different pools, snooker tables, films projections, hairdresser, massages and a chamber maid service that cleans top to bottom your flat every day. Wonderful.

Wonderful experience, great service and atmosphere. Sauna and pool were spectacular after a long drive there. Close to Viña and Valparaiso. The mini market was great for variety and outstanding for prices.

Great hotel
