Good hotel and really friendly staff. My room is spacious and clean and they give you many towels :-) the breakfast is really good, you can choose from a lot of different things and all are tasty. Location is pretty good as well, you walk about 5-10 mins to the city center.

This hotels always give the best, i totally recommend you this one in Concepcion, the food was amazing with a very tasty buffet, the rooms have enough space the haters work nicely in winter and the personal are nice and helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they haven't room service and for me traveling for work some nights this is very important, But even without room service I totally stay here again without doubt.

Great hotel near the downtown but be very careful if you walk outside the hotel property because the area is very dangerous especially towards the Biobío River. Other than this, is very conveniently located near downtown Concepción. They have adequate parking inside the fenced hotel property so robberies are not a big threat inside.

This hotel is great. I stay here anytime I am in Concepcion. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic restaurant.

The room smelled of humidity but I'm told it's a common thing in the sector. The breakfast was normal at best.

The customer service is incredible. I am staying here and holding meetings at the hotel. They have gone above and beyond to make my team comfortable for our meetings. I’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, and W hotels in Chile. None of them even compare to the level of service and expertise that I’ve seen here at the Atton Hotel.

Clean, Friendly, and safe are the best words to describe this hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Only 15 minutes from the airport. There is a supermarket nearby if you need, and a park just around the corner if you like to go running/walking. Some nice restaurants nearby. Only downside was the train and train horn at all hours of the night.

Loved this hotel. Across the street from a huge park and with views of the river. Service was excellent. Food in the restaurant was delicious with generous portions and a great dinner buffet every day except Sunday night.

Great hotel

Stayed at the hotel on a Saturday. My Spanish isn’t great but their English was excellent. Karina at the front desk got me check in quickly and was later able to help me with a restaurant reservation. I wasn’t confident enough in my Spanish to try and make a reservation over the phone, so she called the restaurant for me and get me a reservation on the same night. Her service was incredible. The room was large and clean, with good views and comfortable beds. I would stay again should I return to Conception.
