Fantastic Staff, Claudia and Cecilia were extent hosts. They were always smiling and had a nice greeting when ever they saw us. They would also routinely advise us of weather and would recommend a jacket or raincoat when necessary. They were a wealth of information on local, and recommended, eating establishments. With these two working at this hotel I would easily stay again. I however did find that the morning breakfast could be improved upon, coofee would not be changed when it got empty and was a bit grungy when the coffee flask got low.

A hidden gem. The hotel staff was exceptional! The food selection was great! No real complaints! My neighbors were naughty and loud! Great entertainment, but they could use some sound proofing between walls! I didn’t take pictures of the hotel, but the signs for Concepcion and Talcahuano are just outside! A little walk over the overpass that leads to a huge mall, and you can see them clearly! Oh, and the mall across the street is very convenient!

For me, the Holliday Inn franchise is simply the best in quality, service, comfort, safety and international prestige. I am proudly an IHG member and I am fortunate that to each country I traveled, I find one of these magnificent hotels so I extend my most magnificent recommendation so that your trip is for business or pleasure you can discover the excellent service that this prestigious hotel chain offers as well as the range of different hotels within IHG. Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, Panamá, México, United States, Australia, Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Etc. Local service with unprecedented world quality!

This is a gem of a hotel hidden in plain sight. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is huge with tons of options. Despite being a great hotel, the staff are even better! Carolina and Beatriz, in particular were amazing and should be commended for their professionalism and service!

Good value for your money. The hallway noise finds it's way into the room though. At least you don't have to worry about sleeping in.

Making a last-minute reservation on the IHG mobile application without a plan while driving en route to Concepcion late at night was highly convenient. Thank you. Courteous reception. Clean room with safe above coffee station. Clean bathroom. Pool still closed but being cleaned to re-open soon. Breakfast is ample and the dining area is tidy with ample space. Parking is somewhat monitored by outside service. Parking was included in room price when I stayed here. Reception was helpful in suggesting activities in the city. This hotel experience was a happy one. By the way, the Concepcion HI Express layout is exactly the same as the HI Express layout in Temuco, so if you like or dislike either one, you'll experience same at the other. I must say, it's a lot more comfortable than some of the ratty grandma hostels I'm staying at in between times at HI Expresses in Chile. Sorry for that negative slip.
