Truly Verona

We stayed for 3 nights in March/April, and found this place an ideal base in the city. It's central and you can walk everywhere. Our apartment had balconies overlooking the arena, which was great in the morning sun. The staff at the office were super friendly and very helpful; check-in was easy just follow the instructions. Spacious apartment with everything you need. The bathroom often smells of drains however this is common in many old apartment buildings in Europe. Only thing to be mindful of is that the apartments are next to a Cuban bar which plays music until the early hours. Not an issue for us, however would be for those who sleep early or are bothered by noise.

Nice apartment. Terrible management. Apt is in a convenient area and is spacious. The rental management was terrible. The address number for the apt doesn’t exist on the street. In order to know which apt you rented, you had to watch the check in video to see what the door looked like and then find it in the street. When we reached out to the mgt team when we couldn’t find the address, we were told they don’t answer messages after 7 pm and they sent a canned response on What’s App with no helpful information. When we finally got in the apt, the first thing we found was a make up stained towel in the bathroom. Our bedspread also has dirt stations on it. Our recommendation is to stay away from Truly Verona properties. There are too many other attentive, professional management groups to rent from in Verona. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. A very kind local person also tried to help us locate apartment, with no luck either.

Bathroom needs quite a few items fixing, but overall room was good. Not too far to walk to all main points in Verona.

Excellent service, hospitality from Sofia, and even a mini- concierge service. The staff helped throughout the process through texts and a short video to help make the arrival and departurefin the hotel very easy and the stay in Verona enjoyable. Since I travel. to the area often, I'll return to T Verona..

We booked at Truly Verona, via booking.com, and sent all the information required. They then sent us a link to pay for the room. The link was not working for us, so we asked them if we could pay any other way (via booking.com, wire transfer, once we’re there, or the next morning). They were not flexible at all, and even asked us for our card details (card number, expiration date AND cvc) - which we obviously did not want to give. We had a bad experience with this place, and do not recommend.

I had a really comfortable room, conveniently located beside the verona arena and close to the bus stop. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They provided me with a map and recommendations of places to visit.

The apartment is situated close to the arena - about a five minutes' walk away. The amenities are fairly new and everything works really well. In short, it's a fully updated historic apartment - very convenient in all aspects. The reception office is a few doors to the left, down the street about 100 metres away, but it's convenient, also. Reception staff were extremely nice, communicative and helpful. Ask them for info on local dining - they indicated an excellent one - Il Bersagliere. Overall, a very nice place to stay! Thoroughly recommended!

Beautiful apartment—historic charm with a modern touch. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Sofia at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, with great tips for our stay in Verona. Highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend this place. If I could give 6 stars I would! We stayed in Leo 2, absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Outstanding location, walking distance to all the attractions and I loved chilling on the balcony with a view of the Arena. Service was outstanding, we were kept exceptionally well informed before our stay and any queries we had were responded to very quickly, the video of how to enter was well appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

The apartment was modern, clean, professional, quiet and the air temperature inside was kept perfectly cool considering the extreme heat outside. The hosts were excellent and the location perfect. I will be using them again next time I am in Verona. Thank you!
