From the train station, to the boat, taxi, to the downtown area Venice is BOMB! great stores, great food but in the tourist areas they are little pricey. Ive only spent a day so far but trust and believe that I will be back!!

Le prestige Venice Events à dû changer de direction depuis les avis sur le site qui remontent à plusieurs années Responsable au point de rencontre désagréable. Pas de câble avec les boîtiers permettant d'écouter la guide, pour passer autour du cou donc obligation à le tenir en main. Balade au pas de course pour respecter les créneaux et prendre ainsi d'autres visiteur qui ne font pas le circuit dans sa totalité. Et pour finir 30 minutes de balade en gondole prévues, ramenées à 15-17 le reste étant consacré au parcours pour aller au lieu d'embarquement et au temps d'attente pour embarquer. Gondola: 30 min trip was short by 33%. The organizer on the dock was rude - pushing us toward the boat like they were in a rush. We were there early. We left the dock behind one boat and followed them through a few alleyways. We were back in 20 minutes and the gondolier in front of us talked to our gondolier about the time being too short — he kept going; ours stopped short. They thought I couldn’t understand Italian…. I’ve emailed the company 4 times and they’ve stopped responding. They apologized for the rude behavior but have made no offer to refund at least past of the cost. We traveled a long way to be in Venice and this was to be an iconic moment. It’s not about the money, but there should be some penalty for a bad experience.

This tour of the Dolomites was amazing! Nikola did a great job showing us around. He was a native Venetian and so knowledgeable about the area. He stopped several times for breathtaking photo opportunities. He navigated the traffic safely and gave us suggestions on restaurants and which directions to go for the best views. We all loved it and want to come back to explore the area more!

Dolomite/Cortina tour was one of the best experiences of our Italy trip. Simone, our guide, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and kept us laughing and smiling all day! Beautiful and fun day!

Simone took our group to the Dolomites. He was one of the BEST guides we have ever had. Knowledgeable and entertaining he made our day a blast. He made us feel immersed in the Italian culture and history. Priceless.

We had a romantic gondola ride booked and I start by saying yes we were late but it was due to start at 600 and we had arrived at prior to 605. The booking says if busy the 30 mins could be 20 so should have still been plenty of time. The fact we were rushing to arrive and navigating the labyrinth that is Venice did not help. We called the operator after trying the asking the drivers for help and she said nothing she could do. All we wanted was some help as obviously this was paid and the tour company paid the boat and he simply took someone else so was not out of pocket but better off as paid twice for that time. Absolutely no help was offered at all. This experience was a must for us on this trip so we walked up to a gondolier stop and got straight in for what we had wanted from the tour company for less and it was great. It was cheaper and we had no wait. So lesson learnt is that no need to use a booking agent and especially not Venice Events or Get Your Guide using Venice Events as the operator.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable

We booked our wedding with Lindsey this year on the 9th September. We certainly could not have done it without the guidance and care form Lindsey and her team. She gave us clear step by step instructions on how to get our paperwork in order in the UK with the various notarised documents and filings with the Overseas and Commonwealth Department and then the translations and documents required for an Italian wedding. We took our (grown up) children and their partners for the wedding at the Palazzo Cavalli, reception at the St Regis and hotel accommodation at the Palazzo Dei Dogi, all checked out and arranged by Venice events. Lindsey took care of arranging the hotels, water taxis, photographs and most importantly, the walk through the streets of Venice between the town hall and the reception.......something that could easily go awry if the gaggle of wedding guests had not been encouraged to 'keep gong' by Lindsey. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend Venice events. They really will look after every detail.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely DO NOT book with Venice Tours. Me, my mom, and my uncle were in Venice for 1 day during our trip and booked their 4 hour tour, which we were all so incredibly excited for. We were driving into Venice and then ferrying to the meeting point. Due to an accident on the highway (which caused our trip to add on an extra hour of time), we were going to be 15 minutes late to the tour. We called the office and cell number multiple times, and when they finally answered they told us too bad, we could not join the tour. 15 minutes late! They were very unaccommodating and rude not only to my uncle, but my mother as well on the phone. They would not let us join, would not tell us where the tour was going to be so we can join, because they stated we would not have ear sets. We stated that was fine, if we could just follow the tour we paid $600 for so we knew what sites we should see, and they said no too bad. We also asked if we could join the 10:30 tour we knew they were having, for no price adjustment, and they said no. We came all the way from Canada to visit Venice, my first time in Italy, and they were not flexible or helpful in the slightest. Nowhere when purchasing does it say "no late arrivals," or " late arrivals not accepted." I am extremely disappointed by our experience with this tour and I advise EVERYONE not to book with them as they will overcharge for their tours and then not help when something occurs completely out of your control. This was so incredibly disappointing.

TERRIBLE. We went yesterday it was $200 for 30 minutes. The guy was on the phone the whole time having a fight with his girlfriend. Complained and it, was told to swim back to the dock!!!!!!

Loredana was amazing and very informational. She went through the tour at a very easy pace without it feeling overwhelming amount of information.

Denise is an excellent tour guide! She is extremely knowledgeable, personable accommodating, and funny. I highly recommend her! We loved spending time with her!
