Loved my stay here. Great property, easy check in experience, nice amenities, friendly staff. If you value cleanliness as much as I do, then this is a good option for you. Properly also has 2 EV chargers, which is a blessing as someone traveling with an electric car. incidental hold is $20.

My family stayed one night for my daughters wedding on 7/22/23. Stella did an outstanding job holding rooms for family and guest to stay and accommodating all our needs. We were allowed to have an after party from 10:30pm-5am, which worked out perfectly for family and friends. I believe we were all in bed by 2am. Hotel and staff were wonderful! Rooms are spacious and very clean. I love the kitchen set up as it is difficult to find. Great location with many Restaurants and Grace Winery close within 12 minutes. Thank you Stella and staff! We will be back.

The most wonderful hotel stay I’ve ever had. Yeah the four seasons is great with the amenities, but the people who work at this hotel make it feel like home. Everyone who works reception, the breakfast buffet, and room service will get to know you in the most natural way. By the end of your stay, you feel like long lost friends. You can tell their welcoming personality isn’t taught, they are just that easy to interact with. It’s your standard room with standard amenities, but this place really feels like home away from home.

We stayed for 2 nights with a youth hockey team. The hotel is very clean including the rooms. All rooms have a full kitchen which is amazing when traveling with children. They have a sport court, outdoor fire pits and a pool which were all a nice touch as well. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, they were very accommodating as we have to leave around 6:50 for a game and let us grab some food before they officially opened. The hotel was sold out while we were there and an issue came about in the lobby, the staff handled in in a wonderful manor. They were very understanding that we were with a group of 16 boys and allowed them to enjoy themselves, without going overboard. Many hotels are not youth sport team friendly but they were. The only downside to the hotel was the water pressure in our room was so strong it actually hurt, otherwise it would’ve earned 5 stars. Great hotel, clean rooms and lovely staff.

We booked a room block for our wedding and I am so glad we did!! The staff was absolutely incredible, patient, and accommodating. Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding stress free. Big shout out to Della for her help coordinating everything. She was wonderful.

The Residence Inn in Glen Mills is really great. It's modern, clean and has all the necessary amenities. The staff is really fantastic. I left my expensive umbrella in my room and they found it. They really took care of me. This is a testament to good management and good hiring. Treat your team well and they will treat your customers well.

The area is somewhat removed from the airport. For my family, the stay was nevertheless fun and cozy. nearby reputable restaurants Keith at the front desk was friendly and helpful to us. It's impossible not to feel at home in the entrance foyer. I will definitely stay there again when I travel, despite the distance from the airport.

The location is kind of far from the airport. However, the stay was enjoyable and comfortable for my family. Close to good restaurants. The front desk gentleman Keith was welcoming and helpful to us. The front lobby makes you feel at right at home. Despite the distance from the airport, I will be sure to stay there again when I visit.

Standard room but in need of some maintenance. ( shower enclosure, drawer wouldn’t close had been taped) Shower pressure weak. No safe in room Reception area and kitchen / restaurant morning and evening incredibly noisy - not guests just staff talking in very very loud voices between each other - not acceptable.

I was supposed to stay for 3 nights Tv wasn’t working went to dinner came back to room When I returned from dinner my tv was completely broken lcd screen I told desk and they changed me rooms Then they called the cops and said I broke the tv when I did not Made to leave hotel and charged $500 For tv!!!!!!!!! . Do Not Stay Here!!!! I travel for a living and Marriott will lose out….

Love this property! Between the staff, the amenities, the location, and the cleanliness…IT’S 5 STARS! I can’t say enough good things about them!

We had our wedding block at Residence Inn Glen Mills for our wedding at Kings Mills in Media, PA. All of our guests raved about how nice the rooms were and how friendly the staff was. Coordinating with Richard, the sales manager, to set up the room block, rent the meeting room, and schedule the shuttle service was phenomenal! He was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. He may have been the most accommodating and friendly person I worked with throughout the entire wedding planning process! Using the meeting room in the lobby was great for getting hair/makeup done the morning of the wedding, and as an after-party space after the wedding. The shuttle service was so convenient to bring our guests to/from the venue, as well. They even decorated the bus for a wedding event! We would definitely recommend staying here for another wedding/event.

As a commuter for my current job, this is my home away from home. The staff is amazing and the location is great. Keith goes above and beyond his duties to make your stay as positive as possible.
