I’ve been going to 5 guys since they have come to Nh. I’m absolutely in love w the company. Burgers are always delicious and the service. I would recommend 5guys concord Nh store any day!

Many grease on burgers & fries as normal. Wanted and asked for a chocolate shake. What came had other tasting/smelling which ruined it but I bet other's'd love it.

Great food and delicious burgers but be prepared for sticker shock! I always love the bonus fries at the bottom of the bag and the basic burgers come with almost anything you would want and are juicy and delicious. At over $30 for two meals everything better be top notch!

This Five Guys location never disappoints! I've been to several different locations over the years and this one is by far the cleanest with great food and service.

If you order online remember the following 1. tell them your name and that you're there to pickup. 2. then prepare yourself to wait 15 minutes. 3. then watch what appears to be your food get made. get excited. 4. then watch "your" food get put on a shelf 5. the employee you told in step 1 leaves the area and no one is around to ask if thats your food 6. 7 minutes pass 7. employee returns to the pickup area 8. ask if that's your order. and they respond yes. 9. watch them continue to finish other orders. 10. be handed your food without so much as an apology

Wow!! Has this place gone down hill. I wanted a refund on a purchase where I was charged over $6 for water. When the cashier called over the supposed manager for assistance...his response was what do you need a refund on? So I mentioned the charge and that I wanted the transaction reversed. This manager said " I don't know how to do that " and added " honestly I just don't remember " . I was uphald and asked to speak to someone else and he said " he was the only manager there " Save your money and go somewhere that is willing to give you the service that you deserve . I contacted their corporate office the very next day to register my complaint and demanded I get a phone call explaining why something like this could possibly happen. Needless to say...I am still waiting to hear.

Great burger joint! Unique variety of shakes, great fries, and free peanuts! It is fun to see the international tour groups that stop at Five Guys.

The worst cheeseburger I’ve ever had at Five Guys. I went here because I expected consistency and what is usually a satisfying meal. The burger bun was completely soggy even though they just put the burger together. How?? It was inedible.

Ordered from Active Menus and my order was delivered on time. Cheeseburger with fries from Five Guys are my favorite, hands down! Delicious 🤤

The grill cheese (both) of them were burnt. For six dollars I would have expected them to not be burnt, other than that the shakes were amazing.

Food was fantastic! Been here several times. Always been good. Unfortunately the glass front doors were in desperate need of windex, even the pushbar to exit was covered in grease.

There is Terrific team of employees here and they make lunchtime fun! If you like chocolate, try the chocolate shake with and extra freebie shot of chocolate sauce! Delish!!! PS: I love munching on the free peanuts while waiting for my food.

That burger was a hot mess. It looked like a a 5 year old made it. That was the first time ordering there. It will be the last time.

Even though they were slammed the staff were considerate and busting out food. The manager/expediter was incredibly nice and kept the kitchen moving with orders coming out.

We came to the Concord FiveGuys with a bus of 20 tennis players. The manager refused to give the coach a free meal. Only the bus driver got a complimentary meal. FiveGuys is the only place with this policy.

Peggy Sue was friendly, kind, and asked thorough questions about how I wanted the burger. The guys in the kitchen were also thoughtful, and asked a clarifying question. Bonus: the meal came out quicker than a standard fast food joint!

In only my opinion, Five Guys are the best 'fast food' burgers I've ever had. I always go with the Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce and sautéed onions. So good! Even better than most sit down restaurants burgers. And you always get a million fries which are as close to home made without being at home! And free refills on soda! I need to go again! 😛

Everyone has their preferences I thought fries were a little on the salty side When ordering, a person was being trained, was excellent both trainer & trainee Please be mindful if someone is being trained Mistakes will happen. We've all been there at one point in our lives

Burgers and fries are great. Not sure I get the "vibe". Waiting 10 minutes or more to get a burger while sitting in an open space with dirty tables and a bunch of other patrons milling around not sure what to do with themselves felt a bit off. The pace and cleanliness didn't add up against the number of employees, including the one leaning on a broom.

Best burgers in town, great price, and the french 🍟 you can't beat them they're fresh and a small fry will feed two people easily. Just got a bunless lettuce wrap Burger, which is awesome because now I'm a diabetic and I cannot eat the bread they offer this option on the menu, a bunless or lettuce wrap Burger. They were very friendly I ordered a single but I decided it halfway through they were cooking I wanted to add a second Patty to make it a double no hassle a put it on there and did not even charge me for it. So Five Guys is diabetic and or keto friendly

Best 5Guys in the region. I have been eating here regularly for the past couple of years. The managers and employees are very friendly. They always give extra fries unlike the location in Manchester.

Went there the other day got 4 burgers and 4 drinks cost about $52 with extra toppings so definitely not cheap but so worth it. My two boys loved it! Have drink dispensers so you have tons of different options for drinks and there fries are good. Better quality than Wendy’s and you leave there full and satisfied.

Amar was amazing with my 8 year old daughter. He asked her all the questions and was a great representation of the restaurant. The staff was great. Food was hot and delicious. We'll be back!

Just picked up my double cheese burger noticed when they were making them they looked small I thought they were making kids sizes got home and I was amazed that the size and quality was much smaller than I’m used to from five guys I don’t know why a company would make a product smaller and sacrifice their quality instead of just making it the regular size and charging a little bit more money. very disappointed . five guys was my go to Burger joint ……I’m out
