So it was my first time coming to this Dave and Buster's. It was a company event, and most of the food and services were coordinated by the company. So I can't really say for certain how the service and food will be on a regular day, but the atmosphere was electric. I had fun with colleagues, playing different games, bowling and the drinks. But the bar service was a bit slow. idk if it was the large crowd at the time, which they couldn't handle. But I will definitely go back there on a regular day and get this review updated. There was a DJ out there playing good music, I don't know if they have him out there on a regular or it was for the event, that I can't tell.

Great place for lunch with the kiddos. The food is decent and reasonably priced. Lots of options on the gaming floor. The staff was friendly, restrooms clean and plenty of parking here. This is a good option for a full day at Concord Mills. I like the prepaid cards because when it's gone, it's easier for the kids to detach. The reward center is a bit restrictive for kids with a handful of tickets. After the card was drained and we cashed in the few tickets, we were able to secure a lollipop 🍭. Have fun!

First time visitors of any D&B. The TV screens and atmosphere were fun! Trying the games is a must. This D&B was short-staffed, but our waitress was trying hard to make her rounds. However, that made the service slow. Food was okay but not great, so it's not really worth the wait. I would suggest the game room but eating elsewhere.

Seemed like they tried to add to many games in it (which is understandable), so it is packed with arcade machines, too little space to walk or enjoy playing. Lots of games were down and I couldn’t find any help. Also, the place wasn’t too clean.

Dave and Busters has to be Started based on food and gaming. Let's start off with food. For context this was at noon on Saturday and not much of a crowd. The menu has several tasty looking options. They are quick to seat you but take 10 minutes to come take drink or food orders. Food takes a good long time to be delivered. In our case, 4 adult meals came and 10 minutes later the kids food was delivered. This didn't make the kids happy and definitely makes a meal not as enjoyable (especially when it's a simple kids burger). Food itself has a good appearance,but rather average / OK taste. Food wasn't bad, but next time I'll eat elsewhere and just come for the games. Service was friendly when you could find them. The real reason you come here....the games. The games area has a huge option of different games. All were clean and in good working order. The price per game was rather reasonable and we enjoyed playing a lot of games over two hours. 5 starts for the game. In summary, go for the games and eat elsewhere. Too many options for food around to not have a great meal.

It's great fun for all ages. I usually go there as my son loves it. Lots of games with full fun. Food is also good. Most of the games are always in good working condition.

Wanted to order desert and they told us it was a 20 min wait but check this out, here is the entrance to the 3 searing areas. Someone please tell me how there is a 20 minute wait to be seated. No one was waiting in the lobby area either.

This review is specifically for bowling alley inside the premises. 1. The balls are old and worn out, don't expect a game for scores but only for the sake of bowling and spend some time with friends and family. 2. One lane one game cost $40 + $3 for each pair of shoes. It would have been justified had there been good equipment for a good game. Nevertheless, we started the game and felt hungry after a few rounds, and to our surprise, 3. found out there is no food option the bowling lanes. You need to go to the restaurant area, which is a proper seated arrangement so can't bring any food in the lanes. Only drinks allowed. We were with kids who were really hungry so had to leave the game halfway just coz there was no food option. I mean what bowling place doesn't offer food? It was really a bummer. Overall it was a not so good experience, if you plan to go, grab some chips and snacks with you so you don't starve yourself out.

We didn't get food because they said there was over an hour wait for a table, even though there were only a few tables occupied and the host was not really hospitable. So, we went to eat somewhere else and came back to play games. Had a bunch of fun doing that. Prizes were good in the arcade.

We go to our local Dave and Busters at least once a month. Since we generally love their food we decided to door dash from them. Food was delivered quickly by door. It was the worst I've ever had from them. Our fries were soggy, half the size of what you get in the restaurant and no sauce. These were over 10$ for a fry that sucked! Then our nachos had no chicken and the pizza was BURNT. So very glad that our local Dave and Busters is actually good. Overall horrible food. If I didn't spend almost 50$ id just toss it all but can't afford to do that.

I took my valentine to this location last night. Great place ♡ chance at the front desk was amazing and gave us great service when we first got there. He went out of his way to get us set up and made our experience more than we expected! The only negative I have bout this location is the drink service is always so slow, like ridiculously slow. The guys at the VR station were very helpful. I didn't catch his name but he had black long hair. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us!

I was there on Friday to hang out with my best friend and we bought tokens but the game we wanted to play didn’t use tokens. The manager was very nice, and allowed Tyler to let us get play without paying more, which was great because we didn’t care to play anything else. So they get a 5 star from me! Thanks Tyler!

Went on a weekday afternoon. Perfect -not crowded or loud. All the machines were clean & in working order. Much better than most arcades. I gave my 12 yr old grandson & his two friends $20 each. They were able to play for over 2 hrs. Lunch was okay. Service was excellent. Bacon hamburger & salmon Caesar salad were good, not great. $5 nacho appetizer was very good but small. We drank water, with tax & tip it was about $20 per person. The kids had a wonderful time, it was a safe environment, and I will definitely go back.

Today, we stopped in for lunch and fun. Our server was Will. He was an absolute pleasure. It's hard to find good customer service these days, and boy did he deliver. I even had a special request and Will made it happen with no hesitation. The front house manager was also a pleasure. We gadca great lunch and experience. Definitely be back!! Thank you Will!!!

My spouse and I love to have date nights here, but it is always a random guess if games are going to be broken or not. I've had too many tickets stolen by unplayable games. The food is good and I love to have a drink by the bar, though the bar staff could be a little more professional about what they discuss in front of customers. Overall, decent date night idea for a walk around the mall then enjoy the rest of the night playing some games and a drink or two.
