I highly recommend The Dunkin Donuts off from Loudon Rd, the staff is amazing, they take the time to help you with your order, they will remake your order if not right the first time, (which is rare) the food and coffees are incredible, service and staff are awesome people, like family, the atmosphere is wonderful, and clean, they even decorate for the holidays, and many people even come and have meals, coffee & hold groups here! It does get a little crazy in the parking lot, but that's because they are a popular business, l recommend The Loudon Rd Dunkin Donuts in Concord, NH for the best service - Holly

I walked in to try and grab a coffee when I was rudely asked to leave the store. Reason is because they were supportively only doing mobile orders. There was one kid working who didn't look the brightest. There was no note or anything and there was 1 maybe 2 cars in the drive thru so they weren't busy. I just went to McDonald's instead where they were almost booked in line. Clearly getting all the business during lunch hour.

Got 2 coffees at drive thru. Lid wasn't on the medium hot coffee very well and when I took the cup from the young lady to hand to my wife, it popped off very easily and poured over my lap. Which the young lady found very amusing. 🤬🤬🤬

I stop at this location often to get a couple dozen donuts. The young lady who helped me was so kind and sweet. She went out of her way to make sure that I got a variety.

This is what I received for my order of snackin bacon, cold crumbs. Coffee was made right and sandwich was good according to my passenger

The staff was attentive and proficient. The vibe is light and the place has big windows to look out at. Can't complain.

Order two sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, on the highway reached in to grab our sandwiches both were Stone Cold and the English muffin hadn't even been toasted. Worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin' donuts and they're pretty freaking bad

Ordered ahead. Did a pick up order. Was ready on time. Drinks and food were as we ordered. Freshly made for the time of our arrival.
