    I didn't find the Drs very professional. I do not care for joking while getting an exam. I'm probably go to another Dr now!!!šŸ˜”. The staff, other than the Dr was wonderful

    Horrible experience with doctor. I was referred to his office, and had to wait 5 months to get in. The moment he walked in his behavior was demeaning. Iā€™ve never felt so belittled during a doctorā€™s visit.

    If I could give a review with 0 stars I damn sure would. Iā€™m honestly super surprised at how terrible of an experience I had with this office. I was in a motorcycle accident a few days back and the ER recommended I follow up with this office to double check on the status of my ear as I had fractured my skull behind the ear. My wife set the appointment and drove me out to the location same day after inputting all my address and insurance information into the computer system. Upon arrival we tried to check in with the computer, only to find out we couldnā€™t because Iā€™m a new patient; no harm no foul. 6 receptionist sat in the front and only 2 appeared to be working. When my wife asked one of the old ladies if someone would help us she responded ā€œin a secondā€ only to wait 2 minutes then call us up to her desk. Then she proceeded to tell us that she didnā€™t have any insurance information on file for me and couldnā€™t allow me to get seen without it on file. She couldnā€™t even explain why the information had to be inserted into the computer before we set the appointment and why it currently wasnā€™t showing up. She seemed less than concerned as to why we were there or what the appointment meant for me; in fact everyone there did. I understand we live in a society now where bad customer service is the norm but damn!!! If I canā€™t find just one person who cares and expresses that emotion when I arrive at a health care provider/facility then how far have we actually fallen. Iā€™m appalled at how this experience went and while I donā€™t think itā€™ll change anything you can bet I wonā€™t spend money with this location or organization.

    Price gouging! Doctor John Romanow was very nice. However. I sat in a room for 30 min and he checked my nose. No tests done 930$. Laughable price gouging.

    Worst place ever, the whole staff is just rude, especially the receptionist. Was 5 min late and they told me I had to reschedule and the next appt was 4 months away.
