My mom was a resident at this complex for over 7 years. She recently moved out because she needs 24hr care. This is a nice clean, well maintained complex with great staff for independent living for 55+ . It is fully sprinklered, and has a fire alarm, the systems are well maintained as well as all of the units. Lanai Thomas the Community manager has really done and is continuously doing a fantastic job! She is fair, consistent and meticulous to details. She recently assigned residents parking. Prior to this some tenants had multiple vehicles and that made it difficult for residents and visitors to park. This made a world of difference for the positive. She also makes sure that people who are on the wait list for lower units, lower rent units and parking are granted in the order that they requested as units become available. Prior to this people had been passed over, due to constant turnover of staff and disorganization of paperwork. Her organization has really made a positive impact. She also works well with the the Life Steps social worker, and implemented a stream lined way for the tenants to receive their food bank groceries. Before, some residence would come in and just take all of something and leave nothing for the rest of the tenants. Now groceries are bagged with a variety so those on the list get a bit of everything. She also ensures that residents are aware of the many programs that Life Steps bring to the community through flyers posted on the residents door. Andrew Alexander the lead on site building maintenance worker is awesome! If you report an issue he and his staff get right on it and fix the problem. He also makes sure that all safety systems are in working order and in compliance. If your 55+ family member is looking for a residence and has limited income. This is a great place to live.

My aunt lives here and I wanted to give recognition to the property manager Lanai. The manager has treated my aunt with respect, fair and she has a very kind heart. I appreciate her and all her efforts. Lanai has gone out of her way to help us get in my 1bd and was extremely patient while moving my aunt in. Vintage Brook Senior Apartments is a great place to live. It’s clean, when you need a maintenance repair they quickly get it taken care of. Lanaye Thomas in the office is a great manager who quickly responds to calls. She is always friendly and helpful. Lanaye makes this place feel safe and you feel heard and taken care of. I would like to share my feelings and experience with our manager Lanai Thomas she is always smiling professional and easy going. Everything is.always completed fast and proffessional she is excellent, kind and ready to help with any problem to all of us, this is my firm opinion. Hopfully she will stay forever. The property looks so much better, alot of things where changed while Lanai has been here. The Manager gives us proper notice, she keeps the property well maintained, knowlegable and she is patient. My name is Maria Balonos I have been living at vintage Brook for almost 9 years. I have always been satisfied with the experience with the community manager Lanai Thomas. She is always there for me and open to all my request. I think she has done an excellent job at her position. I look forward to many more years with mrs Lanai.

Not sure what can be done about theft from our patios or car park spaces. It seems to be from the unhoused who jump our fence and take what they want, then jump back over the fence. I wish we had security here or were able to install video cameras on our own patios or balconies.

Great Experience, I’ve actually never had a great customer service like this apartments complex. Lenai is very helpful with all paperwork and anything we need. I would definitely recommend going to her. Always on top of everything. And gets things done asap. I really appreciate your service.
