I was taken to this place by a friend and while I must say the food was prepared to my satisfaction I felt that my experience was diminished by the awkward behavior of my hostess and the aloof nature of my server. I am unsure if I was judged unfairly or if these people were merely having a bad day. Despite their behavior towards me, I enjoyed my meal.

There I was coming back from the Rounders Yinkertossle festival down in Castle Del Roja and suddenly had a huge traffic jam ahead of me, and the hwy 13 turn off would dave the day! I was cutting through Contra Costa County like a butcher, and when I got to Concord I remembered there is an Old Spaghetti Factory Restaurant, so I decided to have dinner. What a wonderful experience, the food was amazing and the service was just as spectacular. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Amazing food. Service I will start first. We had a set time at 830. Got in at 8p and they let us sit early. They ask for vax cards to heads up. Very good old school feeling. Cable car in the middle of the restaurant. Server I had was amazing on top of it. Food was great and came out on time and perfect. Just plates took time to pick up. But overall great. Meat lovers treat was great

I got the lasagna and my partner got the breast of chicken fettuccine. The lasagna was fantastic and well worth it. The sauce was not overpowering at all. I recommend adding some salt, pepper, and parmesan on top. The chicken fettuccine was honestly not very special and not something we would ever get again. The dish lacked depth of flavor and felt overpriced for what it was. Additionally, there are pesto options that are not listed on the menu. If you love pesto I would ask the waiter for their options. Ice cream was served as a dessert as standard and bread was an appetizer.

Nice ambiance and food were good. We had pasta and Tiramisu. Everything was good. Perfect for anniversary or birthday or any special event dinner

Food was alright, but service was not. Came after the lunch rush and took over 20min for anyone to help us. We noticed the table in front and beside us were getting attention but we did not. We were staring down anyone and everyone but none made eye contact with us.

I really want to love this place but the spaghetti and meatballs are just blah. I have so much better at Mary's pizza and other places. I'm sure the other stuff in the menu is good. My friends liked their orders. Ice cream with chocolate syrup is good. Staff is great. Location is good. I don't think I'll be back.

My daughter wanted to come here to have dinner. We were able to walk in and be seated quickly. The writer came and took our drink and food orders. The place is very lovely inside and I was surprised to see the cable car inside, which people are able to sit in and eat. The food was delicious and hot. After ordering it came pretty quick. The drinks or delicious and enjoyable and the service was very professional. It was clean and quiet inside.

Cool place for kids to goto. Good prices and family atmosphere. Students are serving so some mistakes but good to see them learning on the job. Food quality isn't the best, salty, but atmosphere is good and pleasant experience. Cream sodas are great.

This is one of the spots you have to try at least once.... ok maybe like ten times but you get the point. Perfect food every time. Price is reasonable. Expect to spend $60-$80 on a regular date night situation for two people. Parking sucks but you can get lucky. I always find somewhere close enough but not front row for sure. Don't forget to order a side meatball or three. You can thank me later for that. Also enjoy your free ice cream after the meal.

Had such a great meal at OSF! I once worked for OSF in Oakland at Jack London Square many years ago and have missed the food! Our server was amazing, so helpful, so pleasant, and went above and beyond! The food was amazing as always! I'm not going to wait 10 years till I visit again!

If you're in the mood for quality Italian cuisine with a friendly family atmosphere you'll enjoy The Old Spaghetti Factory. The food, service, and atmosphere aren't at the level of a 5 star experience but it makes up for that by being priced at a level that won't break the bank. If you stop by, be sure to order an Italian Soda. You get to keep the commemorative glass!

I really liked the food here😋. I ate soup and Fettuccini Alfredo, which was delicious, for dessert I had a 3 flavored ice cream which was also delicious. After eating everything I was full. The only problem I had was that the waitresses weren't very worried about the plates that were empty on the table, so we barely had space to move things around on the table.

We have already been there twice in a week since discovering this restaurant. Loved the food and the service. Especially the garlic cheese bread was amazing. Our waitress Audrey was really sweet and nice. Good food and price. Would definitely come back again.

I've been to the Old Spaghetti Factory twice now and each time it is delicious. I love their Italian Sodas and how you can keep their glasses. They give large portions and the service is great. Parking can be difficult depending on when you go since there are events in the square, however, it's worth the visit.

The food was amazing. The service was fantastic. I was really happy being in that place. I'm still giving it five stars even though there were two things that I felt a little uneasy about. Number one was if the tables were a little closer together. I mean I understand that the mask mandate is over, but I was still a little worried. Number two we asked for the chicken fettuccine alfredo with no mushrooms in it because I have an allergy to it and even though the food wasn't mine. My boyfriend got mushroom in his it wasn't a big deal because I wasn't eating it, but it still came with mushrooms in it even though he said no mushrooms. The waitress was amazing and asked if he wanted to send it back but because he already ate some of it he felt like that would be extremely rude to do so. But other then those 2 little issues still deserves 5 stars thank you guys

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a place where it's consistent in all the right categories. Clean, service and taste. I went for their famous lasagna and I saw why. It was dense and not runny. It has rich with meat, paara and not too cheesy. Essentially like a tower of pasta in meat sauce. I upgraded my salad to the Ceasar which was worth it. Enough dressing and bite size croutons. I hate the building block size. Even the vanilla Ice cream was generous and the proper temperature so it wasn't melting within 5 minutes on the table. Prices were reasonable too. Just be prepared to arrive early to find parking.

Descent American Italian family friendly restaurant. Staff are really nice and accommodating. Location is great for an after-meal walk. Great place for large party/family fun.

I was not really expecting this meal to be as good as it was, and I was very pleasantly surprised. A table of thirty or so at a birthday party, we enjoyed the antique ambience. My lasagna was superb, and they did well by vegan son with a simple pasta sauce and noodles. The bread, lovely warm loaves, kept on coming, and spumoni was a lovely finisher. The waitress had her hands full and then some, but managed us all beautifully. Well done for a factory!

Hosts and hostesses seem to be trained to stare quietly instead of greeting at the door. Servers are almost always attentive and friendly. Restroom usually needs attention at this location, I typically avoid every visit. We ordered an extra meatball side for $2 and received only half a meatball which had obviously been cut. Server explained, "meatballs are made fresh daily so they sometimes get a flat spot from sitting in the pan." Food is okay, we have noticed a decline in quality and portions over the last 3 years with an increase in price, however, the minestrone soup is always fantastic. Mushroom sauce is "from scratch recipe" marinara with canned mushrooms and a little disappointing. It's difficult to want to eat at OSF anymore.

Have always enjoyed everything I have had to eat there. It is very Nostalgic and the spaghetti with brown butter is very good. Right across the street from the park and can have dinner then go to the show around the corner..great evening during the summer.

Wasn't to busy on a Friday night. About a 30 minute wait for a table of 4. The food is really good. Atmosphere is great. Waitress was really polite and was willing to keep checking in with us.

Spaghetti is my all time favorite food. I’d heard of this place but never tried it until recently. I ordered the standard spaghetti. It was pretty good, I’d say comparable to Olive Garden. The bread was probably my favorite thing unique to this place. Service was good, not too expensive. Overall I give it a thumbs up.

I haven't been to an Old Spaghetti Factory in years. My grandkids picked this for my birthday lunch. The service was great and so was the food. I need to go more often. 😁 The minestrone is the same as it was years ago and the bread is fresh!
