    Says they open at 4AM so I placed a mobile order at 6AM. I get there and none of the lights are on and the employees are messing around inside. If you're too lazy to open when you're supposed to at least turn off to the mobile orders I would have gone to a Dunkin' that wanted my money.

    Was supposed short staffed, believed. 2 of them. And drive through only. But not allowed to get a bagel. While waiting for a coffee they just talked and complained and apologized to several customers and couldn't make a bagel . Short staffed yes, not motivated or hard working staff another yes. Hope gets better folks.

    I was in the Drive-Thru and there's only one person in front of me. I ordered two coladas and a coffee I have no idea what the person in front of me ordered but either way I was in line for 20 minutes and then it took them another 10 just to make my coffees. I don't know if they're understaffed I understand most places are but either way I should have been offered a free coffee or donut or something for having to wait so long. We ended up late for my daughter's appointment because I assume that since there was one car ahead of me I'd only be in line a Maximum of 10 minutes

    Worst Dunkin's in N.E , sitting in drive thru I watched as the employee opened a big bag of coffee with his teeth , I drove away who needs COVID for a cup of coffee nasty people look like they needed a shower

    If you like strong coffee you'll love it here. I'm not a big strong coffee type of gal, I like mine to be sweet but a small Lil kick to remind me I'm getting caffeninated. Their glazed donuts are good. Nothing against them just not my preference

    The food is good and drinks are stupendous. Frankly, it wouldn't be an actual review if I didn't comment on the cashier's nails and how they are always on fleek. but they keep lying to us about the bathroom being out of order, when we know they clearly are IN order. they just don't want the public to use them

    The service there is wonderful however I really feel bad for these people that work there. It is December 7th and it is pretty bad when you walk into a business and you can see your own breath because the business doesn't Have any heat. When I asked the employee about it why it was so cold. They told me it had been mentioned several times and management refuses to do anything about correcting the problem. I think I would look for another duncan to work at if I were them.

    New owners & new employees. Get your coffee Donuts . I noticed the donors don't last long .gone by 12 . Sandwiches are extremely great along with Iced coffee. Service was beautiful. Very respected..Mike made my coffee perfect. Thanks again Mike. Matt 52

    Love this dunks! But I wish that the staff would be gifted with a remodel. They work so hard with the old broken equipment everyday. And deserve equipment that works no one needs the extra headache of running a business with broken stuff!

    Cashier gave me the VIP treatment - he had a voice like a radio announcer. Bought myself a new Dunkin' Tumbler along with the usual goodies - The crew worked well together and were cheerful, commenting on how good the food smelled as it was cooking up lol

    “Drive through person” unfortunately we will be closing soon so we will be unable to make any hot food This happened at 5:30pm You close at 7pm Why even be open just close if you don’t feel like working 4th time it’s happened

    This usually has been my favorite dunkins. Monica and Kelley were great and had amazing customer service skills I miss them , Hunter is also great making sure that I always receive my order and he seems to be running the show , this morning I was disappointed in the customer service I received, there has been a guy who wears a blue shirt ( I’m assuming manager or shift leader) and he has been rude to me EVERY TIME! I come here every single morning and usually order online , for some reason my order did not go through this morning , hunter was great and said he would take care of it, I had left to do something and came back the guy in the blue shirt just gave me a dirty look and said it didn’t go through so while I was standing there I placed my order online just for that guy to completely ignore it ! He stared at and ignored me, hunter was very busy in the drive through I didn’t expect him to drop everything and serve me but he eventually made his way to me and made it right . I told hunter I did not like the guy in the blue shirt and how rude he was. I understand it’s hard to find staff and that it can get stressful when you are short staffed and busy but I do not think I’ve ever once been angry enough with service to even write a review but that blue shirt guy had TERRIBLE customer service . However hunter is great and was quick to make it right

    Literally watched them prepare my food bare handed and serve it to me. Gross. Loud obnoxious personal conversations, place is a joke, I wouldn’t eat or drink anything from here.
