The taste was very good. We went there for my son’s birthday. They gave him free dessert and the waiters sang happy birthday to him. He enjoyed it very much.

Every time we're confused where to eat, this is the go to place. And Olive Garden always exceeded our expectations. This time we tried Custom Pasta with Mushroom Sauce and Grilled Shrimp, Chicken Marsala. And both the food items were delicious. This is a must try if you're looking for delicious food.

The food is always good. It’s usually not a terribly long wait on a weekend night. The prices have gone up just like everything else but I do recommend dining here.

It is graduation weekend at the edge of 2 large counties. The kids decide they want Olive Garden for their graduation meal. We call ahead and we are told they can accommodate us. We arrive with 15 people and they seat us with minimal delay. We had 2 servers who were very attentive to our needs. Drinks, appetizers and food all arrived in good time. Food was warm and delicious. Huge thank you to Concord Mills Olive Garden for accommodating our group in such short notice in such an efficient manner.

Extremely dissatisfied with our visit today. We were a party of 3 ( 2 adults and 1 toddler) and we arrived around 2P.M. We ordered the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks for ourselves and the kids cheese ravioli and grapes for my son. We received our meals and my son's meal came out approximately 10 minutes after. Our server was not very attentive as there were numerous times he checked on the table next to us but didn't stop by our table. When I went to feed my son his grapes I noticed a very large and visible spot of mold. I set them aside and waited for our server to come by so I could notify him. Again he stopped at the table next to us but didn't check on us. It was over 10 minutes after I discovered the mold before he came back to our table. I showed him the mold and he asked if I just wanted a different side item instead. Management needs to check and see what's going on in the kitchen because there's no reason food should be sent out to a table with mold on it, especially food for a young child. On top of that the only changing table in the women's restroom was broken and when I asked about it I was told it is always broken. The standards at this location are far below the standards and service we receive when visiting the Salisbury location

Love the salad but always have to ask for more dressing. Any pasta always needs extra sauce and sometimes the noodles taste microwaved. But flavor is good. Breadsticks are really good. Love the zuppa sausage soup and the cheese sticks. The espresso martinis are strong but good. Service was slow. The wait is always long but the texting to let you know when your table is ready is good because you can ride around or just sit in your vehicle.

I had the "tour of Italy" which included a piece of lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parm. The fettuccine noodles weren't fully covered in sauce, so I was only able to eat about half.

Ordered food to go. Two simple meals, no drinks or special requests. We waited over an hour AFTER we received the confirmation email that our food was ready (email was at 5:11pm and we received the food at 6:11pm only after my husband left the drive up spot and went inside and asked multiple times for our food.) Not once did he receive an apology or explanation for the extensive wait. Of course, our food was lukewarm at best by the time he got home (we only live 10 minutes or less from the restaurant). Even after that wait, the food was very poor quality. We found an entire slice of a potato in the soup (normally it contains very small chunks) and same with a huge piece of kale. Additionally, none of the shrimp in the shrimp Alfredo were deveined. Will never go back to this location.

Good food. Prices have really gone up! I understand if you have to charge more for main entrees, but $3.49 for a soft drink? Or, $9 for a piece of desert? That's overkill even with inflation.

Good service, good tasted fresh and cooked well. Service was prompt and tentative. Recommended!

Food was good. Service is not that great. I ordered online… i was charged but the restaurant said they didn’t get the order (even though it was on my card charges as pending). I placed another order over the phone and paid in the restaurant. I showed the young lady the already existing charge and she told me to contact my bank but I would need to pay again. I also arrived to all the employees crowded at the front playing around. No big deal just doesn’t look professional.

Well, I spenty day with the hostess, Taylor and with Z and Star. They were very accommodating with their services. Taylor found a good table for me since I didn't want to sit at the bar. I had a Tequila Sunrise. It was good. Star has a genuine happy personality. 😊 I have Chicken and Shrp Carbonara as my meal. The shrimp was medium size the chicken was okay. One of them had a main tendon which I could not eat. The favor was good. In all, it was a pleasant stay. I didn't have to wait long for a Sunday afternoon.

A 30 minute wait on a Saturday evening was very reasonable and so worth it. Food was great! Portions satisfying and at moderate prices. Beer was cold. The staff was extremely friendly and our waitress Naila was awesome. She got all of our orders perfect and kept our drinks, salad, and breadsticks refilled without us asking.

Very busy. Water and drinks never arrived even after the soup. Kids were getting upset. I had to physically go chase the host and they apologized and brought food and the drinks at the same time. Decent food. Would not recommend steak. Ordered cheese pizza what my daughter got was pepperoni pizza. We were too tired to change and just went with it. Overall OK.

It was my second time at Olive Garden Restaurante and I enjoyed everything! The food was enough to have a lunch and bring a box to home! I ordered shrimp and chicken carbonara and I asked to add broccoli on it.

Excellent customer service 👏 with smiles on their faces . Good food😋 My family and I love to eat at Olive Garden. It is our go-to spot. I do recommend this restaurant any day for a little family gathering.

We decided to come here because it’s usually pretty good compared to the one in Salisbury. We sat down and our waiter came over and took our whole order at once. No problem. We were simple. 2 teas, 2 tour of Italy, and 2 soups. Our soup came out but no tea. We waited about 5 minutes and here comes our food. Still no tea. Our waiter finally remembered he forgot to get them. Our whole meal we only had one glass of tea. Didn’t offer a refill or one to go. We shouldn’t have paid for them honestly but by that point I was annoyed and just ready to go. The food was pretty good. I never had the lasagna before but I didn’t care for that much. I’m sure we will visit this location again but I hope the service will be better next time.

This was a decent visit. The wait was 40 mins... not terrible, but the booth chair was dirty and the waitress was sort of "blah". Food was good.... and the breadsticks were hot and fresh, not always the case at Olive Garden!

The soup is always good. The bread could use more butter. Never enough dressing on the salad. Love the chicken parmesan and lasagna. Sometimes the noodles come out hard around the edges. You always have to ask for more sauce. The waitress was always gone for awhile. She was polite though. She did lie about them not having any $6 meals at the moment. I had to talk to the manager to find out they were available. So she got 2 meals free.

We had a really good time. The service was excellent. Just on weekends it's a little crowded and you won't be able to reserve a table in advance .we had to wait for 30 min after reaching. So please please accordingly.

The restaurant is not the cleanest. Look at the plate that was given to us. Also, the calamari was extremely oily! We sat there for a good 30mins atleast before we were served bread and salad, which was also right before our entrees. Everything else was alright.

Sat in curbside pickup for 50 minutes, order was wrong, food was cold, breadsticks smashed and broken, didn’t get the kids meal I ordered, salad no toppings, wrong entree, Rude, inconsiderate and just down right the worst experience I’ve ever had. I never leave reviews. This time I will it was that horrible. Truly I was shocked at how it just kept getting worse and worse. $60 wasted.
