Love this place! Friendly, fast service, and always good food. They have tasty, well seasoned, crispy light chips to start, accompanied by a fresh salsa and bean dip. The menu has plenty of great dishes to chose from. The food is delicious and served quickly without long waits. Portion size is plenty filling (and then some). Plenty of seating and a good friendly crowd. There is limited parking in front, with a few spots in back. Great go-to restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Absolutely disgusting I took my mom out to eat Got into a little disagreement with a server wrote on the tip to have a better attitude because she was extremely rude. I get an alert from my bank that extra money has been taken out. I go down there and talk to him about it because The total conveniently was the same amount, as if I added A 20% tip. The owner of the company is actually the servers brother he denied it, kept asking if I wanted my 20$ back to make me happy didn’t believe that money was taken so I called my bank in front of him He told me he wouldn’t listen to my Bank statement on the phone unless it was a transaction on my phone. He knew that at the end of the night he could change the total. back to what it was so he wouldn’t get in trouble. He ended up giving me $20, changed the total back to what it was and was blowing up my mom harassing her to bring back $20. My cousin had did a yelp review and he contacted yelp HR to take it down because it “wasn’t true” covered his tracks and is sayin there is no evidence. The worst place I’ve ever been to!!!!!! I have a picture of the receipt that clearly shows I wrote that and she added a 20% tip at the end 87.25 and after I threatened they fixed it and is making me seem like the one that’s trying to get over. When I went back into the store, my comment I made on the tip was scratched out, so clearly it made her mad

Stopped by to try La Tapatia as they will be the caterers for my cousin’s wedding in a few months. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! Every part of our group’s meal was great. I had the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail and it was by far the biggest (and best) I have ever had. The tomato, cilantro, and onion were so vibrant that it actually stole the show from the shrimp themselves. The shrimp were HUGE, juicy, and fresh. All together it was a treat for both my tastebuds and my stomach! The other dishes our group had were the Shrimp Diablo, Enchiladas, and Enchilada/Tamal combo. The service was fast, friendly, and absolutely delightful. If I lived closer I would definitely return more often, but at least I know to come back if I’m ever in this area again.

I came here about 3 weeks ago while visiting 99 ranch across the street. I'm glad I stopped by for a bite. The food and service was phenomenal. They have outdoor seating on a beautiful patio. I am willing to take the 45 minute drive next time I want real Mexican food from outside my home. The parking in the front is small but they have more space in the back so don't be fooled and come visit them.

I want to thank Jose O. the server who greeted & served me on 10/2.23. He was excellent and went above and beyond by being so kind, friendly and professional. There was no parking out front and he brought my takeout order to my car!!! Thank you again Jose for the 5 star service 😊

food is delicious. the top shelf margaritas are also very good. service was a little slow inside one night. I came back with a few more friends and the service was great. Must have been an off night. Highly recommend La Tapatia.

The salsa had way too much “smoke” flavoring. The food was good. I’d recommend the carnitas platter.

Not the best service or food but they bring it to you... It's after people that came in after me....it was busy but I still got some lunch out of it.... I'll return again under new management. Oh btw the food does not match, i repeat the food does not match prices. It leads to disappointment with all the other elements and settings play into the affect. I would say they probably had a great set up if it was larger spot and they staffed people that actually come back to you're table often. Took long to get food and when we got food I was not given a fork to eat... They took longer to get back to us then when I got my fork we didn't see the guy till he was done serving everyone else. boss def needs to step up the level when you have a establishment playing at a level 5 and you got a team playing at a 2. This was several weeks ago. Do better. (Do not respond).

Take out has been poorly served and made twice now. I was given my dish that should have remained in a freezer 10 minutes before my main course to go was ready. I had to ask one of the waiters to place it in a freezer. The energetic undertone was that of prejudice. I dined in and recieved good service my first go around. My first takeout was handle with much care and respect. The last two times I order take out have been handled poorly. The fried ice cream has become one scoop of vanilla ice cream, rolled in frosted flakes and caramel sauce when it use to be throughout the ice cream and at least two scoops, now it doesnt fill half the container they serve it out of. They struck out with me and I wont be patronizing them in the future because of the energy I feel being served their now and the quality of the dishes I buy. I didnt even mention how my steak nachos was mostly refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and the added onions and cliantro I asked for, very minimal amount of steak. One of the worst nacho servings I have ever had, dont get me wrong it didnt taste bad, it just barely had any meat, which was a first in my book. I dont think they appreciate all who patronize their business so I'm going to go elsewhere from now on. I recommend if you are of the culture, but if you arent considered apart of the culture, or Karen type, dine at your own risk. Had to say it. I do know discrimination, and its obvious at this point to me I'm a recipient of it coming from this restaurant. Now ask yourself one question before you make a snap judgement on this review.. Why would a person write all of this to lie on a company or restaurant? What do they have to gain? I can tell you I have nothing to gain, I'm just fed up with being poorly served and seemingly jipped out of my hard earned money, so this review and my decision to not go back is my recompense. You do your own due diligence. Not every one will have the same experience I have had.

My family has been going here for over 15 years and absolutely love it. All the people that work there from the Owner on down are simply the best! Combine that with delicious food and drinks what more could you ask for?

This place has the best Mexican cuisine in Concord! Friendly staff, delicious food, and some of the strongest margaritas I've had the pleasure of drinking. Interior isn't the most modern, however it's still a great atmosphere. Definitely give this place a shot if you are in the area.

Great food as usual. I had the chili Verde nachos and everything was fabulous. I haven't ordered their nachos in about 18 years but they were just as fabulous as I remember from 2003!

Good food, good portions, very accommodating. The drink options and sizes are really nice. It's hard to find a good place for carnitas but they did solid. Good salsa spice level options and the staff was very attentive. Overall a lovely experience

We went there for a graduation lunch party and my sister reserved a room that was a huge banquet room. There were about 40 people but we just filled one half the room and there were still plenty of tables on the other side. The food was excellent but the lady that was our server was the best waitress and she was a little old lady that was very attentive to our needs and got all of our orders right. I came back and tipped her $50. SHE was awesome.

I love this place. They serve traditional Mexican cuisine that's delicious. There are tons of choices and everything I've tried has been great. I love the bean dip, be sure to get that. They serve in when you dine in but I always make sure to get some when I grab a to go order. The staff is friendly, welcoming and offers great customer service.

Our first time there was Sunday about 2pm. Several customers were dining in the outdoor patio with a couple at the bar while we dined inside one of their large rooms. We were allowed to seat ourselves and a server brought us chips and salsa and bean dip. We settled on a steak burrito and a steak quesadilla 😋 We definitely will return thumb up
