Yesterday on 9/14/22 around 4ish to 5 pm my husband bought 3 Rotisseries chickens. When we opened the package I grabbed some chicken it tasted like soap all the 3 rotisseries tasted like soap! They tasted like literally straight soap! Good thing I tried it before my children as they like to eat that chicken. I will be more hesitant to buy again! Costco need to be more careful they can be harming and making people sick from their foods!!

Awful to mediocre customer service, some clerks can be quite rude. A few are nice. Unprofessional cashiers, gossip among themselves and complain about their job while ringing items, and very disrespectful and bossy to customers. Not worth being a member, there isn't much quality, Organic food offered regularly and the clothing and shoes are garbage. Their food court is toxic... Treat us better, we pay to come to your pathetic warehouse!

It's Costco - you come for a rotisserie chicken, you leave spending $400 and have a paper shredder in the cart. Their poke is pretty good. Their lines dont always move too fast The employees are always super helpful It's Costco, you know the drill

As an avid Costco shopper and someone who has visited several across the Bay Area, he concord location is one of the very best. Parking is a little easier here than many of the others. The gas station is a great bonus, and I appreciate their flexible operating hours. It’s clear many of the employees here have been around for a long time and I think that’s a reflection of how happy they are to work here. Thank You Concord Costco for being easy to shop at.

We love Costco. Quality merchandise & foods. Not cheap, but better prices and warranty than other retailers and grocery stores. Large pharmacy area, over the counter supplements & medications, typically larger sizes than other stores at way better prices, especially on sale. Clothing on tables or racks for special, seasonal items, including socks, underwear, sparse shoe selection, but typically at very reduced price compared to other stores. Nice selection of organic groceries & produce, as well as frozen & refrigerated entrees & side dishes. Huge, walk-in refrigerated dairy room, with animal & plant-based milks. Large selection of Costco pastries, cakes, pies, as well as name brand and Costco's own brand (Kirkland) beers, wines, & liquor at very competitive prices. Except for bagels that don't list animal products, we can't eat the rest of the offerings being vegan, and we wish Costco would expand their bakery, refrigerator, & freezer selections to include more vegan items. Gardening items, toys, recreational/sports items, seasonal decor, quality indoor & outdoor furniture, housewares and appliances. Food court is disappointing to us as vegan eaters as there's nothing we can eat without milk, eggs, butter, meats. We don't use the pharmacy, optical, or tire departments as we haven't had the best experiences with these services. Lots of parking, more shoppers than spots though much of the day. Near 580 freeway. We go in with a shopping list, but nearly always spend way more than planned! Be careful! :)

Costco with wide varieties This Costco is quite different than others. You get wide varieties of pet food which you won’t find in Costco Livermore or Costco Danville. If you are Fur parent like me you will love the pet section with all sorts of toys, treats, dog food (dry and wet) Delighted to see a separate frozen food section for your furbaby. Well maintained and friendly staff😺

What can I say. It's costco. I like the self checkout option here. It makes it so much faster to get in & out. If you're going to get food, send someone ahead to line up, there is always a lot of people. 1 thing, most of the workers seem to walk around with a stank face, like they don't wanna be there. & I get it, its a busy place, but c'mon. That's your job. You choose to be there. Wish we weren't greater with an attitude 8 out of 10 times when we ask a question or ask for help.

I went there on Saturday. It was so busy. But, they try to help and organize the lines for cashier. Self register was very helpful. If you are purchasing for business and want to use tax exempt, make sure go to register because you need to fill the form for tax exempt and you are not eligible to pay at self register.

Thank you tire center at Costco!!! I had a nail in one tire and a National Chain said that I could not repair the tire. In addition, I could not buy just one but I had to buy 4 new tires. Costco fixed the one tire and said I would likely be fine for another 20k miles. Thank you for not selling me things I don’t need. I am now a Costco tire center customer for life!!!!

Last month I purchased gasoline and the receipt did not print. I pulled out and went to the booth to request a receipt, however, no one was in the booth. The door was ajar and no one was inside. I waited about 5 minutes and I found an employee meandering around the pumps. I approached him and explained what happened and he said I should have stayed at the pump. No way was I going to do that and have the masses be mad at me! This happened to me once before where the receipt did not print out and the employee in the booth took down my email address and emailed me the receipt. This employee "Jose" (I think his name is Jose because he had the first letter of his name tag covered with tape) said I could not park by the booth and that I had to go inside the store to get a receipt. He was so incredibility rude that he infuriated me. As I was pulling out, I caught him taking a photo of me and my car. I confronted him about it and he originally denied taking a photo and then said he took a photo to show management how I was illegally parked. I went inside the store and spoke with the Assistant Manager Ashee, who confirmed there was no problem with me parking by the booth, that the employee should not be hiding his name and that he should not have taken a photo. He also should not have directed me into the store because the system cannot pull up the receipt until the next day. I demanded that the employee's phone be looked at and that the photo of my car and myself be deleted. Ashee told me to come back to the store the following day and she would give me an update and the receipt. I went back as she directed and she was not working nor was she scheduled to work the next day. I will not longer purchase gasoline from Costco (like they even care) but I do not safe with this rogue employee in possession of my likeness and my license plate. Having been a member since the Price Club days, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Costco.

At Costco, even though avocados have a barcode, the barcode cannot be scanned at self-checkout counters, so you have to call for an employee to scan them. I have told employees about this inconvenience every time, but it has not been improved. It would be enough to put a scannable barcode, but I don't understand why they do it. No one is trying to improve this inconvenience. Why they put unnecessary barcode on avocados that can't be scanned?

Crazy on a holiday but they have soooo much stuff here! It has about double than Sam's club but I still do like my Sam's club membership. If you can only do 1 then maybe Costco is the better bet.

It's the choice of a lot of people. The products are very fresh. I like to buy fresh milk, eggs, ingredients and so on.

Everything you might ever need is at Costco! The Optical Center has great glasses frames and good pricing on contact lenses. I love when the patio furniture and garden stuff is available, the choices are plentiful. I’m pleased with their customer service and return policy. I can always depend on the Café…hot dogs, chicken bake, smoothies and pizzas are a quick meal for pennies on the dollar. Yes, yes yes

I am trying to figure out why this store never has chewing gum. I've been here at least 4-5 times, and only once I saw chewing gum. What is up with that? Also, this store doesn't seem to carry a lot of Asian snacks, which is a bummer. The two times I went, I didn't really have to wait for their chicken. 4/23/23 I came here looking for a couple items. I saw that the car umbrella shade that I had bought last week had a coupon this week and I didn’t have my receipt to do a price match. I’m starting to wonder if they have certain items each week with a discount that they make you walk around the whole store to find them. I’m beginning to think it’s a yes. I don’t usually go to Costco so many weeks in a row, but I’ve been looking for any kind of chewing gum and was able to finally find some. They had a pallet on the ground at the end of the isle where I found gum the one and only time I was able to find some. They’re looking to probably put it on the shelf, but they’re waiting to have items left over from Easter be bought up. Other than that, I think I found what I needed.

I stopped using Costco over 10 years ago. Switched to Amazon, much more convenient. Got a membership again this year, thought I might come here once every few weeks to get fresh produce and meet. Very crowded over the weekend. Hard to find parking and long lines to cashier. Food is ok but after a couple of visits I lost interest to their product. It’s all the same. No variety. I was expecting to try some new food every other week.

Great variety of products- one stop shopping! Love when the vendors are limited. It allows for better flow. At full capacity the check outs are very efficient. Good parking.

Beware of the weekends.. best time to shop has been late-night weekday. There isn't much parking close by, if there is it's probably taken by lines of shopping carts so it's difficult to find parking. The gas station layout is not convenient so it's hard to get in line, always pretty long except late night. But everything inside is great and fresh.

We’ve been going to Costco about 530 6 o’clock at night and it’s such a better experience. Not as crowded and you can get in and out faster. I think we all know we love Costco for so many reasons and Concord Costco did not disappoint last night.

Very busy! But employees are fast and efficient at the register. Bigger than your normal Costco which allows them to carry more items.

It’s been a nightmare trying to get our couch delivered. Originally it was scheduled for 10/17, at the last possible minute they said it had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. They rescheduled it to today 10/24, and again last minute they said the delivery was missed - gave us 3 completely different messages all saying different things. Now they’re saying it can’t be delivered AGAIN. They conducted a loading bay search like they didn’t even have our item for delivery in the first place. Now they’re saying we won’t even get a solid answer for another 2 DAYS. This has been an absolutely horrendous customer experience.

Same old Costco, pretty crowded, merchandise keeps being moving each time I visit it's in a different place. As usual the staff are friendly and helpful.

The parking lot is stressful especially on weekends. It fills up fast and gets crowded with pedestrians. The Costco is nice, and the lines move quickly. With self-checkout I had no line on a Saturday morning.

I went with a friend who is a member. I have been a member in the past. It was the same experience, a lot of shoppers, overwhelming amount of inventory. Great place to shop for families and/or businesses. Again, a lot of people. Reminds me of the county fair.

As always my last trip to Costco was great. Selection was extensive in all areas, especially cheese. I have been searching for a shoe rack that held over 15 pairs of women's shoes, to no avail. But, I found the perfect wooden rack at Costco. I decided I would need 2 racks. They cost $49. When we got home we discovered that the box contained 2 racks. So I decided I could use the second set for my holiday storage! Great win.

I should have written this review sometime back as it has been a few months since these amazing team members helped me. Brandon Robinson, front end supervisor and Nicholas outside as delivery helper provided amazing customer service. Brandon Robinson, front end supervisor - was amazingly helpful in locating the product I needed and got everything situated and helped me load the product boxes in vehicle. Amazing experience and I will never forget how he went above and beyond to help meet the needs of a customer. Good luck Mr. Robinson and many successes to you in your current and future endeavors at Costco.
