Great environment for studying and hanging out with friends! The staff is welcoming and I received my drink fairly quickly. The music is good and isn't too loud if you are reading a book or studying.

I enjoy Starbucks a lot, especially in Fall. The store on Tesson Ferry is super welcoming and I love doing my homework there. The baristas always work hard and have always been on top of their game. I've had wrong orders, it happens, but if I ever had one so wrong I had to get a new drink, it was no problem. Be nice to people who work with the public. It's a hard job

Love this place, it's clean and has plenty of space for customers who can easily sit and enjoy coffee and use the internet. I love the vibe of Starbucks compared to others near the st Louis area. Customer service was best. She was not in hurry, and ask for an order with a great smile. I will recommend it to everyone.

A much needed respite after seeing my doctor. My walk there was difficult and when I got there, I noticed immediately that they were letting people know about the lack of venti cups while telling us too. But the coffee was top notch as usual. The lemon loaf was irresistible to tell the truth, and though sitting outside to enjoy my treat was a bad idea, the inside was still inviting.

The baristas were nice. Service was fast. The coffee was strong and the snack boxes were stocked. It was clean and busy.

Just I will try not come back to this branch again 😤 Asked how fresh coffee and answer was like 15 minutes and coffee was older than 30 minutes and she said no problem will get you fresh coffee soon as I turn around she poured old coffee 😒 I said I don't want that coffee give me money back then other barista told me we will make fresh coffee they did pure over and was the worst coffee that I have in a while I don't mind to wait I know they are busy I will always wait 15 minutes if I have to but give me what I asking for or just tell me no we can't do and I don't have problem with that

Suzanne was about to prepare my double smoked bacon sandwiches when I saw her touch her hair and her face. I politely asked her to wash her hands before handling my food. She said she would, but I saw her do a half wash just to appease me. As she was preparing my sandwiches she was talking down to me like I was a child. THEN she comes into the cafe, sits right next to me, and turns her head and coughs all over me. I don’t know how someone that dumb and ignorant can exist. If I walk in, and I see Suzanne working, I’m turning right back around and going to a different Starbucks.

Went in this past weekend and was such a great experience. Location is super clean and spacious so it was a great place to hang out. The barista Nick was particularly friendly and it was nice chatting with him. Great Starbucks location and great staff!!

The employees here are fantastic. Corporate needs to change the way their business works. This store is constantly out of everything and is usually behind on orders sometimes as long as 30 mins. I stopped ordering before work a long time ago and it seems it has never changed. This is likely due to the people like Coward Schultz and others and no one’s fault at this store, I just hope someone from corporate can see this and make the necessary changes. It makes no sense to allow hundreds of orders into the same store at the same time. This location doesn’t have have a drive thru. It literally created a danger zone within a grocery store parking lot where accidents happen all the time. Do better!

I went on the 5th. They didn't take my pumpkin loaf out of the package. They didn't heat my loaf up. They gave me EXPIRED food.

Love this location! It’s always so clean and very quick to get my iced latte out ! Food is always hot! Shelly has been very sweet and always helpful! Tiana, Suzanne, and Wendy have always been helpful and attentive! If your looking for a coffee shop to read, sit back relax, or study.. this is the place!

Service at this location is always excellent. This location is frequently busy but the store is well kept.

I placed my order and boom, it was ready in a flash of light. I don't ever remember my drinks being made that fast at any Starbucks. I'm impressed.

I love, love, LOVE their coffee. I really enjoy the espresso shots more than anything. Definitely recommend the toasted vanilla oat milk cold coffee. Not too sweet... Perfect

Baristas seem overworked and stressed. Corporate needs to change the mobile order system or something. The other walk-ins and I all waited more than 35 minutes after ordering to get our drinks. Seems like in-person customers should be given some priority. Idk. It was unreasonably long wait for a latte.

Worst Starbucks my wife and I have ever been to. They were training a new barrista and he had no clue and they just kept walking away from him instead watching him make the order. My wife Iced Salted Carmel Mocha was warm, chocolaty, and so salty it over powered the coffee the 1st time. Told them it wasn't right so they told new guy remake it. Only difference when it came back this time is it was colder. Picture is of second attempt.

They are super fast in completing your order, even when it is busy. The staff is friendly and courteous.

A worker spent 10 minutes ordering for herself and talking. While I was in line and trending to my baby, another worker got in front of me and took forever to order. While I was ordering, the second worker came up, cut me off and asked for her sandwich to be warmed. The worker who made my drink was awesome & kind. Thanks for carrying this cup, I love it

The baristas were wonderful. The Cascara Latte was delicious as were the Bacon Egg Gouda sandwiches. The tables and chairs were wobbly and even though crowded, there were plenty of places to sit. The restrooms were clean.

The manager looked very crabby didn’t smile one time when talking to employees or customers. No eye contact or thanks for service. Made in environment gloomy. Two baristas carried the little positivity. It’s early but her attitude was contagious. Shame

They're always so lovely here. I mobile ordered but someone had taken it and Haley was very quick to remake my drink for me no problems and was very nice about the situation. I don't come to this location often as it is out of the way but I'll be happy to return when I'm in the area.
