This is not a garden for women! First of all: The 2 female waitresses were extremely friendly. BUT: We - 2 friends with their two daughters on holiday in Venice were asked by a male waiter (or the owner?) to leave our table immediately after paying for our consumption of 26€, because other guests needed the table (but I didn't see any) and this is not a garden but a bar. My girlfriend was just on the toilet with her daughter and the other two of us were still waiting and wanted to leave anyway, which I also told the waiter. Nevertheless, he took the chair WITH my daughter (13 years old!) and lifted it to where he thought the chair should be. I was speechless and stunned and was then also asked by the neighbor not to put up with this. I went into the pub and spoke to the gentleman about it, he ignored me. I went out - with admittedly unkind words, he followed me and insulted me in the worst way. If I had been a man, he would probably have hit me. Conversely, if we had been men, he would never have dared, a real Italian discontented Italian macho from my point of view.

Café freddo was quite bad🤪 so I had to add milk & ice but still it was one of the worst coffee I had.

The price quality value is great for this place in Venice! We loved it! €2,- for a espresso and €2,50 for a latte macchiato

Highly recommend!!! Really cheap prices compared to the rest of Venice, great little cafe / bar, owner was great fun and had us trying different drinks by the time we'd finished. €16 for a round of 4 drinks.

Great spot to relax and grab a good coffee. Creme croissants were amazing and service was good. Cannolis were so so.

Discovered this wonderful café by accident, but it is really something. Seems like only local people come in. Had only espresso, which was little bit sour but by my opinion yummy. The interior is retro looking, something like vintage and pin-up style, love it.

Friendly people work here. It was a great way to start our day!! It's nice and quiet here in the mornings, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds.

Here you can find the cheapest Spritz (€3 at table and €2,5 standing). They told us in Italian (by showing us the bottle) that we should try the Spritz Al Select. It's a Venetian drink worth the try. Definitely stop here on your way, it's worth the stop!

Great local spot for a coffee, beer, sandwich. The plaza is nice to people watch too. The staff are very friendly. The reviewer that complained about the price doesn't realize that it costs 1 euro at the bar, 2 euro if you sit down at a table.

Coffee was ok. They were very nice, but a single espresso cost 2 euros.. On the menu it said 1.00€/2.00€. I can only assume there is a "tourist price". Shame.. Looked like one of the few authentic places in Venice..

Amazing!! The coffee was great, but the little sandwiches were spectacular. They even made little hot chocolates for the kids.

Popped under their canopy for some coffee while it was raining. There's nice ambient music, a great view for people watching, and the service was lovely.

Lovely place, very friendly and someone outside playing guitar was awesome! Prices good too. We stayed for 2 hours. Great atmosphere here, enjoy! 😊👍

Great spot to sit back and relax with a cheap, but delightful Aperol Spritz. Enjoy the sun on the terrazza around noon (end of february).

I ordered spritze with my friend. The place was very quiet, you can relax there from the excess of tourists. The owner was very nice and cared about his customers. In addition, we got a free bowl of crisps which the owner kept replenishing.
