Dr. Brinkley seemed visibly annoyed at some of the answers I was giving him. He got short with me twice. He has his assistant in the room with him during your session. He made me feel like a number in his day and he was being forced to go through the motions with me. If he were a medical doctor I'd say his bed-side manner leaves something to be desired.

I’m not sure how this man even gets 5 stars or even close to it! My son has went to him for a few years due to not being able to find someone to take us in at a timely manner, and EVERYTIME we went to see him he was soo rude, so short and so agitated, if you are this annoyed with your profession you just need to retire.

Dr. Brinkley talks down to you and treats you like a number on his wall and collects the money from the insurance companies. (5 MINUTE APPOINTMENT) He does not care about your well being but only to push drugs. He makes you feel like a waste of space and feel disgusted for being in his office. He does not care about your well being even when he asks. I am advocating for my child and myself, I will not be allowing myself or my children to be treated by him or his office ever again! 5 mins per appointment and they push you out in a rush. What happened to speaking with your patients about their feelings, and concerns for their mental health?! We were failed by this office and advise you to find someone else and not be subjected to this mental abuse.

He is extremely rude, he will talk over you and not let you explain anything. Would not recommend at all. Have left messages for him and he won't even return my call. He is a joke 🤷🏼‍♂️

First visit takes 45 minutes as he tries to assess your condition and understand more about you. Subsequent visits are 15 minutes where he will ask you how you are adjusting to medications etcetera. Therapy is mandatory. He’s a really nice doctor, he takes time to ensure everything is well.

Dr. Brinkley is a kind, considerate doctor who has helped my family tremendously over the years. They are able to schedule appointments in a timely fashion that accommodates work schedules. Rescheduling has never been a problem. Any staff members have been very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Brinkley and any of the counselors or social workers at their facility!

He is a great Dr I wouldn't want to go anywhere else

He is very polite and he is willing to work with you.
