    I’ve visited this location prob over 40 times the past 2 years. My husband loves chick fil a and it’s very convenient. The problem is that the service isn’t always A+. I’ve had orders that are delivered extremely fast and then orders where I’ll place two sandwiches (no mods) and it will take over 10 min (@10:30 aka when lunch starts) and 3 other cars will get food before me and the drive thru has a long line and then get cleared out despite the location tracking and etc. not my biggest issue with them. I’m fine waiting - as long as my food is correct. I’ve had several issues the past 2 years such as their cookies being hard 9/10 times (easy fix- stop ordering the cookies) or getting tenders instead of the sandwich I ordered and all times I’ve reported the issue on the app I get a generic email saying chick fil a cares and someone will reach out. Just to not have anyone reach out to me. So continue eating at this location just double check everything about your order since they are very hit or miss on curbside especially late at night.

    Extremely impressed with staff at this location! Very attentive and genuine. Even after having been at the restaurant for some time between eating my meal, and doing some work. The cashier/order taker Danielle remembered my name when leaving and I asked for a refill. That’s attention to detail!

    This location is sadly starting to go downhill, not sure if it's management or employees. Took them 17 mins to make/hand me an egg biscuit that was preordered on their app. Biscuit was not even fresh , when I arrived there were no cars in line or parked . Manager has yet to call me about this when I asked for them to do so. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with them recently. The 1st time I got cold chicken nuggets on my salad. Advise to buyers check your order b4 leaving and dont park in the pickup spots if you want your preorder food faster than 17 mins on a slow morning.

    I normally don't review fast food chains, but the atmosphere and service in this Chick-Fil-A is outstanding! The team works well with each other, and I have personally watched them chase down a customer to ensure they received their full order. What a great staff!

    I just left this Chick-fil-A and oh my gosh the service was immaculate! I accidentally forgot to take my sons kids meal from the drive-through and this one particular employee chased my car down before I left the parking lot to guarantee that I received my kids meal I ordered. Anyone with children knows how unhappy my son would’ve been if I returned home without his Chick-fil-A nuggets. They are truly godsend and beyond amazing!

    I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. This location stands out though. It is by far my favorite location. Most of the employees greet you with a smile and are so willing to help you with no complaints or attitude. There are only a couple of employees that I try to avoid. It could just be me though which is why I'm not including names. Don't get me wrong they are human and mistakes can be made at times. If you point out the error they are quick to fix it. Recently I have seen new faces behind the counter and in the drive-thru. I'm assuming that means new people are being trained. Which could account for some of the recent errors. We have all been the new person at some point. Yes it is frustrating to have to get an order fixed but there is no need to be rude to the employees. They are typically very apologetic and quick about getting the issue resolved. Personally my order has never been wrong but I have heard a couple of complaints while dining in. I have also read some reviews about order errors. This is the cleanest chick-fil-a I've ever been to. The restrooms are always spotless. The dining room is immaculate most of the time. I'm sure during lunch or dinner rush it is hard to keep up with caring for customers and sweeping up trash that we leave behind. The play area is typically super clean as well. My only real complaint isn't even an issue with the restaurant itself. People please pay attention to your kids in the play area. It isn't the employees responsibility to make sure your kid is playing nice with others. If your kid is too big or too old to be in the play area don't let them go in and terrorize the younger kids. Make them play nice and watch out for the smaller kids. I have literally watched a kid lick the window while his parent was 5 feet away at a table playing on his phone. He never once looked up to see his kid hit my kid and then repeatedly lick the window. Again this complaint has nothing to do with the restaurant itself. This is strictly about the parents that don't watch their kids. Chick-fil-A is not a day care. We are still responsible for making sure our kids behave.

    Went into this Chick Fil A today and the food was amazing as always. But the reason I am leaving a review is because the hospitality in the dining room was the best I've seen. I've been to many Chick Fil A's in my life and they all have good service, but this one was one of the best. Chelsea was all around the dining room checking on all of us and more than willing to help. Plus she gave us mints when we were done so that won me over. Every fast food restaurant should take a page out of Chelsea's book!

    I went through the drive through around 7:15-7:30 am this morning on my way home from my granddaughter’s home. At the window I was greeted by a lovely young lady with a big smile. She asked how my day was going and listened to me! She told me to have a great day! She was a ray of sunshine to start my day , along with my frosted coffee!!

    Stopped here on our way back to east Texas from Houston. Staff were very attentive and even made rounds to see if we needed drinks or anything. Food was hot and tasted great as always.

    best chick-fil-a i have ever been to! i stopped here on a road trip and went inside to order. inside was super clean and a bunch of friendly faces but the best part was my sandwich! this is the best chick-fil-a sandwich i have ever had , it was buttery, hot, fresh, and the cheese was perfectly melted! i put a pic in my review also i would wish for that if i was on death row and it was my last meal it was so delicious! and the fries and other food in my order were the same way!

    My family loves chic fila but this particular one has been highly disappointing. I stop every now and then on my way home from work early in the morning to grab some breakfast for my wife. Same thing everytime, spicy chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, but American cheese not pepper jack. For three weeks a total of maybe four-five visits, more than usual to test if this was a fluke or not, they’ve only gotten the order right once. Every time they repeat it back say no problem and then when I get it, they either don’t add the extras that we pay for, or put the wrong cheese. Twice I was in a rush and didn’t double check before I left the parking lot, and discovered they didn’t even give me a full sandwich I paid for. Again today…wrong. No idea what is going on with this location but I even went for lunch to see if things would change…wrong order again. Maybe some time for extra training, or maybe there’s a glitch in your computers. Either way with the continued mistakes I gotta leave a 1 star for this location not to be rude but to bring attention to it and hope it changes cause food always tastes great…when it’s what you actually order.

    Have always had amazing service at the "453 S Loop 336 W" location. Food is usually up to par and comes out extremely fast. The most recent time it was professional as usual, but there was a bug (and a half?) In my lemonade once I was already home and drank some of it. I will probably go to the location down the street. It just made me sad that I don't have lemonade to drink with my meal 😞

    Very attentive personnel. Went to eat lunch with a co worker, and while they were taking care of my friend. Patrick was coming out from the back and immediately took care of me! He had a great, positive attitude, and it was a very pleasant customer service experience. Thank you Patrick!
