Your sign says drive through open till midnight, and you have two workers inside, but they said they have already closed, even though it's only 11:45pm. This has happened to me multiple times. If the sign on your door says open till midnight, and you are never even open that late anyway, why do you keep updating your Google maps times to say 24 hours when it's just lies?

There was only 1 car on monday night in front of us and it took for ever to get our food at least 30 min but there very slow and the place was dead nobody was there except us thru drive thru. Very sad to see this place open and starting like this, food wasnt warm at all.

Well.....I don't live here in Conroe anymore but my Mom does and she wanted to try Jack in the Box.......and I wish I had talked her out of it. We ordered 3 of the Sourdough Jack sandwiches and what a disappointment. The burger patty in all 3 was pre-cooked and SO DAMN DRY. The toasted sourdough was not even close to toasted...... actually was just 2 slices of bread. Check out the pictures. WHY....???? Would the employees really eat this if it was them that went to a different Jack in the Box.....and their food looked like this....? We got our order "to-go" and went to my Mom's house. This was NOT the time meal that I had bragged about to my Mom. Sooooooooo disappointed. To the Manager or Owner.........your employees need to DO BETTER.

On a Thursday night that was dead, they had no soda, no Dr pepper, no coke, only fanta and lemonade available. No medium size lids for cups either so we got larges which we don't need or want. Had to pull around to the front to wait for our order and we were the only ones there. At least the food was hot and the curly fries were fresh out of the fryer. The order taker was very unenthusiastic about her job and made us repeat the order 3 times and she still couldn't make heads nor tails of it. Maybe if the manager acted like their boss instead of their friend, the service would better.

Disappointed, had 2 customers who ordered after I did received food first, I ordered a double cheeseburger meal, when I finally received it my burger was cold

Was a very long wait to get our food, you would think they had to make the food fresh but all of our food was cold, only had one person in front of us in the drivethru. Very unacceptable to pay the price for a hot meal to only get cold food that made my usual favorites not even good.

Came to this jack in the box because I love the food. None of Conroe jack in the box are good. You either have to go to Huntsville or Houston tx. Order 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and both were cold. Look like the meat had been sitting out and they just threw a slap of cheese on their. It's ridiculous this is a new place and already going down hill because the workers are just serving the customers whatever.

The service was great but my curly fries looked like I had the last in the bag, and they were not hot. My burger was good except my cheese wasn't melted.
