Horrible,
HORRIBLE
service.
I
walked
in
wasn't
spoken
too,
no
one
established
eye
contact,
I
stood
at
the
desk
for
about
3
minutes
before
someone
asked,
"What
do
you
want"?
I
would
have
accepted
the
question
in
that
manner
had
the
asker
spoke
broken
English.
However,
that
wasn't
the
case,
their
diction
was
perfect.
I
overlooked
the
rudeness
and
informed
them
of
the
services
requested.
I
was
notified
that
it'll
be
a
5
to
10
minute
wait.
After
about
20
minutes,
I
asked
if
there
was
a
drink.
To
my
surprise
I
was
told
no
that
I
could
go
get
something
but
my
spot
wouldn't
be
held.
I
was
shocked
to
know
that
they
didn't
even
offer
water,
especially
with
the
triple
digit
temperatures
in
Texas.
If
that
behavior
was
not
shocking
enough,
4
ladies
walked
in
after
me
and
was
serviced
before
me.
My
mind
automatically
assumed
they
had
an
appointment.
As
the
day
progresses
I'd
find
out
that
they
were
walk
ins
just
like
me,
the
only
difference
between
us
were
our
skin
tones.
Apparently,
my
caramel
complexion
put
me
on
a
lower
level
to
the
scheduler
of
this
establishment.
Finally
it's
my
time
to
receive
services,
my
nail
technician
could
not
speak
English,
was
given
the
wrong
polish,
was
told
that
I
was
receiving
an
additional
service
that
I
didn't
request,
and
proved
to
be
a
subpar
technician.
Needless
to
say,
I'll
never
receive
services
from
this
company
again
and
I
wouldn't
recommend
therm
at
all.
