Horrible, HORRIBLE service. I walked in wasn't spoken too, no one established eye contact, I stood at the desk for about 3 minutes before someone asked, "What do you want"? I would have accepted the question in that manner had the asker spoke broken English. However, that wasn't the case, their diction was perfect. I overlooked the rudeness and informed them of the services requested. I was notified that it'll be a 5 to 10 minute wait. After about 20 minutes, I asked if there was a drink. To my surprise I was told no that I could go get something but my spot wouldn't be held. I was shocked to know that they didn't even offer water, especially with the triple digit temperatures in Texas. If that behavior was not shocking enough, 4 ladies walked in after me and was serviced before me. My mind automatically assumed they had an appointment. As the day progresses I'd find out that they were walk ins just like me, the only difference between us were our skin tones. Apparently, my caramel complexion put me on a lower level to the scheduler of this establishment. Finally it's my time to receive services, my nail technician could not speak English, was given the wrong polish, was told that I was receiving an additional service that I didn't request, and proved to be a subpar technician. Needless to say, I'll never receive services from this company again and I wouldn't recommend therm at all.

Had been going to this nail salon for about a year now. I went to go get my nails and toes done and loved them both. One of their nail techs told me to put my shoes back on before I left and I listened to him. Well when I got home 2 toes were smudged. So I called to see if I could stop by to get them fixed, male owner was extremely rude telling me that his worker couldn’t tell me to put my shoes back on because he doesn’t speak English. Why would I lie about that? Lol he literally took off the foam Sandals off my feet and touched each toe to make sure they were dry and handed me my shoes. Wanted to go back to get them fixed but literally dont ever want to walk back into this nail salon again because of the male owner. He makes you feel uncomfortable and has no customer service skills. I do not recommend this salon and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Allure Nails has the worst service! I went in to get a Deluxe pedicure and Manicure. They sat me in the back with cold water running to put my feet in. I waited almost 30 mins for no one to show up to start my pedicure and to fix the cold water. I asked several technicians how much longer and I kept getting told 5 more mins. I asked the manager why they never mentioned the long wait. He said sorry that’s not my problem and maybe next time we will get it right while laughing in my face. After speaking with him it shows why his technicians are careless of their customers. I will NEVER go back to this place.

Made an appointment by phone the day before for two pedicures and they were able to set it up. Upon walking in it was clean and everyone was very friendly. I got the regular pedicure and loved how the color turned out. The chairs were very comfortable and had many options for massages. It was a nice, quick girls pampered morning.

I have been coming here for years now and I love it! Everyone does a great job and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. All the technicians make sure you like what you are getting done and they will fix it if you don’t like it which is nice because other nail salons don’t do that! Allure Nails is a 10/10 nail salon!

This was my first time visiting this establishment and will definitely be returning. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, my technicians did a wonderful job making my needs met with a smile! I got a dip manicure and deluxe pedicure, both my nails and toes turned out beautifully. *I realized at the end of my services that my pedicure tech accidentally forgot my hot stones (to which my price was adjusted) I appreciated that while mistakes happen, they were quick to apologize and make the price adjustment. Integrity goes a long way and I was pleased by the feeling I was left with. Thank you, Allure! 💜

I would never recommend this place. My friend sat for 40 minutes before being serviced. When I mentioned it to her, the staff then rudely told me they’re “short staffed”. So why make her wait for 40 minutes with cold water then? I would have much rather stay home and do my own toes for the subpar job they did.

Horrible service. All of their good technicians have left and gone to other salons leaving only the bad ones that do everything half way. Husband took our daughter there with her gift certificate for her birthday and they charged him full price for a shellac manicure and pedicure for a child’s manicure and pedicure. They intentionally manipulated and lied about extra cost. Be warned! They are crooks and I am not surprised to see all of their good employees leaving.
