Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The staff that interacted with me were pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring about my well-being. The wait was minimal and all went well. I was sedated for the procedure and experienced no discomfort after waking up in the private (curtains) recovery room. I can't find anything to complain about!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at River Oaks Endoscopy. From the first discussion over the phone to recovery, I had excellent customer care, I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and everyone made the procedure that much more comfortable for me. I am relieved I have a place to go now that provides quality care for future procedures.

This place is well run. Not knowing what I was getting into with my first colonoscopy, River Oaks Endoscopy couldn’t have made this apprehensive procedure go any smoother. From check-in to check-out, I felt as comfortable as possible the whole time. I have recommended them to my friends and family who are preparing a for their first experience, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks me.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone hates to think about having a colonoscopy or endoscopy. Seriously the worst thing about it was the prep....drinking the lemony liquid and all the water. The procedure went so easy. The nurses and the anesthetist were so kind and explained everything along the way. All I remember is telling them my name, birthrate and the " lights went out". Awesome people awesome place.

The care at the facility was good, but they are overcharging enough that my insurance reduces the bill by 2/3. How is that possible? When trying to set up a payment online, it won't let me choose an amount I can afford. 12+ calls to the office were not returned. They offered no financial information prior to the procedure, so I'm left stuck with an amount close to what the insurance deigned to pay.

Friendly and attentive staff made me very comfortable throughout the entire process. It was very busy when I went, but the staff still took individual time. I appreciate the care and the follow up!

All of the staff were so kind and made you feel comfortable. Brooke took care of me and was sooooo sweet! She was very compassionate and caring.

Dr. Kelly is a true professional. He is on schedule and excellent at explaining medical issues in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend him and his team!
