Had
an
event
for
my
son
in
Conroe.
I
accidentally
booked
this
hotel
by
mistake
because
it
had
a
similar
name
to
one
nearby
that
we
liked
prior.
I
decided
to
leave
the
booking
and
give
it
a
try
even
though
it
was
slightly
more
expensive.
I
haven't
had
good
luck
with
Hilton
properties
in
the
past
and
this
one
is
the
same.
We
showed
up
on
Friday
11-17
at
precisely
3pm
check
in
time.
The
drive
was
absolutely
horrible
due
to
Thanksgiving
traffic
and
my
kids
and
I
were
ready
to
go
to
the
bathroom
and
get
settled
in.
The
room
wasn't
ready.
I
booked
this
hotel
2
weeks
in
advance.
Staff
told
me
they
would
downgrade
me
to
a
lesser
room,
as
it
was
more
convenient
for
them.
I
told
them
ABSOLUTELY
NOT.
Told
to
wait
30
minutes.
Go
sit
out
in
the
car,
all
of
us
holding
our
bowels
and
waiting.
Go
back
in,
snotty
young
woman
that
told
us
that
conveniently
went
on
her
merry
way
and
left
on
shift
change.
Get
back
in,
and
room
still
not
ready.
Most
importantly,
other
than
us
all
needing
to
unravel,
we
needed
to
get
to
a
local
park
to
study
the
golf
course
for
my
son's
event
before
dark.
I
told
the
staff
I
would
be
back
before
6pm
and
I
expected
the
room
to
be
ready.
They
very
assertedly
stated
it
would
be,
with
utmost
confidence.

So
after
wasting
our
valuable
time,
we
came
back
later
and
room
was
ready
at
6pm.
Stuck
us
up
in
the
corner
of
the
hotel
in
a
suite
that
is
handicap
accessible.
I'm
not
sure
how
they
booked
the
room
as
a
handicap.
Apparently
this
was
a
mistake
made
by
the
person
that
booked
the
room
initially.
No
huge
deal,
but
I
think
that
was
some
of
the
trouble
waiting
for
the
room.
So
the
first
day
we
had
a
hot
room
because
we
thought
the
thermostat
didn't
work.
It
indeed
did
not,
but
there
is
one
behind
the
door
that
does.
We
found
that
the
second
day.
We
got
a
2
"queen
size"
room.
Those
are
the
smallest
queens
I
have
ever
seen.
More
like
a
full
size.
I
used
to
work
at
a
furniture
store
during
my
young
life
so
I
know
the
difference,
thank
you.
My
bed
was
broken
down
on
the
head
end
side
nearest
the
end
table.
So
I
felt
like
I
was
always
going
to
fall
off
the
bed.
I
felt
itchy
the
whole
stay
while
in
bed.
I
didn't
see
any
bugs
but
sure
felt
like
it.
I'm
still
itchy
after
being
at
home.
My
kids
said
the
other
bed
was
ok.
All
2
of
us
had
sinus
issues
and
I
feel
like
they
must
not
change
the
air
filters.
Admittedly
i
have
asthma.
We
bring
our
own
pillows
because
we
are
always
allergic
to
those
feather
pillows.
In
any
case
my
son
had
a
horrible
tournament.
His
allergies
were
horrible.
The
stay
was
not
very
good,
especially
for
the
price.
Wont
be
staying
here
again.
Also
didn't
like
the
snotty
staff
that
work
in
the
before
330pm
group.
Need
to
learn
how
to
talk
to
people.
