What a lovely clean and pleasant place to stay. The staff cannot do enough to help. The cleaning staff are friendly and always smiling, it's just a pleasant place to spend time. Big rooms, brand new, clean, what more can you ask. Breakfast is decent too. I'm living in a hotel for a month while working away, I originally booked for a week and now I'm staying the month.

Very satisfied with our room. We had room 221 and it is by far the best room out there. It was away from everybody else no one next to you at all, away from the elevators. Therefore the room was very quiet. The pool was great the little basketball spot was neat. The breakfast was a little light but other than that everything was great.

We were traveling for an softball tournament. Last minute we decided on getting an hotel. We stayed in queen suite and it was so spacious. I wish we had more time there. When we arrived very late that evening, we could see the pool lit up blue and the kids loved the appearance. The inside of the room was so clean. The receptionist was super friendly and shared breakfast details with us. I sure wish we could have enjoyed, but we had to be at the ball fields. We will go back to enjoy some downtime when softball season is over. This hotel will not disappoint. Five stars for sure!

I am a woman traveling alone to support my dear friend I havenā€™t seen in almost 30 years. I am traveling to be with her because her mom died. I stopped by at 6am - alone. I wanted to use the common bathroom. Itā€™s SO much safer than stopping anywhere else. In all my travels I have never been treated worse and Iā€™m African American! I used the courtesy phone to call the front desk to ask if I could be let in to simply use the restroom. Not only was I denied but Kimberly hung up in my face. Iā€™ll call back and I asked did I hang up on you she said no that was it. And I thought how hateful. How ugly. How rude. So I told her as a woman the next time you need something when youā€™re by yourself youā€™re going to remember this moment because thatā€™s what life does as soon as you do something to somebody itā€™s done right back to you and as much as I travel and as much as I lodge in different places and bring conferences and things like that to different hotels I can guarantee you I will never ever come to this place ever. And as a business you all should be ashamed of yourself for hiring someone to represent you with such poor character. This may not mean anything to some, but it means everything to most. P.S. The hotel next door has a lovely lady there that agreed Kimberly's choice lacked moral taste. She was all to happy to allow to relieve myself safely like any decent person/business would.

Excellent place to stay. Awesome workout facility. The included breakfast was phenomenal: bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit, coffeeā€¦ Emma, at the front desk, was great. She responded within minutes to a special request. Knew all the answers to my questions. We had a nice stay.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was large and clean. We appreciated the kitchenette and couch, but the beds didnt seem big enough to be queens. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch both nights. I used the laundry room and it was also very clean. Would definitely stay again.

5 star. Stayed here while business trip and it was my best stay ever. Complimentary evening meal is great. Overall, the food is really cool. As for the room nothing add, as the comfort is excellent.

Our stay wasn't a stay of just because or to get away and have a little fun. Our stay was due to a home fire. So, you can probably imagine it wasn't happy times. As time pressed on, we started feeling better day by day thanks to the staff of the Homewood suites. Kathy, the manager was so awesome along with her staff. What a great team! They were very professional, at all times, caring, and kind. We started feeling somewhat home, after all we were there for 25 days. We love how they took care of us. The amenities were on point. An in all a great stay. WE, my family, would/will highly recommend Homewood Suites of conroe 3000 Interstate 45 N to all friends and family.

The room and hotel were clean and comfy. Breakfast looked fresh. Usually for whatever reason, Hilton brand breakfastā€™s have been ok but they always always put these wrinkled nasty 200 links in a pan that are soo gross. They had pattieā€™s which looked fresh. The only con of this place(I stayed twice this month on two separate floors), was the BLACKOUT curtains.. They arenā€™t black out at all. They donā€™t even close all the way, they just come open. So for this I took a star away.

I was really surprised how nice this hotel was. I travel all over the country for business, and this one is definitely very nice. Large rooms, super clean facility, nice area for meetings. We use the lounge to have drinks with folks,

We had a very short stay here but the hotel was great. Very clean and the room was spacious. Finding the entrance to the hotel at night is bit tricky but we made it.

Have traveled to many States throughout the U.S this is my favorite place, always very clean, quiet, Housekeeping does an outstanding job and so does Alaysha at the front desk. This will always be one of my stay at hotels when in the Houston area, no doubt one of the best throughout the US.

LOVE this place. I stay here alot. They allow pets. Only once I had to ask to be moved to a different room because a lil doggie next door would not stop barking. They had no problem giving us a different room. Breakfast is always good. Only complaint I would have is the pool. It is small and the water was a lil green. But other than that this hotel is awesome.

The room was spacious, well-appointed with a workable kitchen (a big plus) and everything was very clean, which I definitely appreciate. The location was excellent as well. Negatives during my stay included the absence of a connected TV to cable or any streaming service. Staff were courteous but not able to remedy the issue during my short stay. The breakfast was a decent one though largely pre-made & therefore not ideal for special diets. Fortunately, a Cracker Barrel was nearby. And while I can appreciate the minimalist style of the suite, the wall mounted shower-gel, shampoo etc in the shower, is overdoing it. A decent bar of bath soap would have improved the experience, given that you have to keep reaching for more gel every time the water rinses you off. So overall pretty nice, but there definitely were 2-3 opportunities for improvement.

As low as I can go because of a mix-up on dates, they (Hilton) refuse to make it good. So we lose money because of a mistake. They wouldn't even let there be a credit. There are other hotels and we will not give any more of our money to a place who won't work with people who stay often at their hotels.

Nice hotel . What the downfall was the management . I believe if you promise something to a guest you should do it . Wasnā€™t the case for me and a promotion the hotel was having . I found out there is nothing Hilton will do as each hotel issue has to be dealt with the hotel and NOT HILTON customer service . HILTON needs to take care of guests

Won't work with you on a mistake, no refund, or credit. It's very frustrating!!! Will not stay at a Hilton again. If a company this big can't work out something when the mistake happens, on the computer somewhere it doesn't have good customer service. šŸ˜’

We had guests in town for Thanksgiving. My aunt required special accommodations. The gentleman that was working the front desk upon our arrival, Wednesday, November 22, was very hospitable. Not only did he suggest use of the wheelchair, but he also carried her clothes to her room. We offered to give him a tip, but he refused. So glad to see that good customer service still is in existence. The rooms were huge and very clean. She was thoroughly pleased.

Had an event for my son in Conroe. I accidentally booked this hotel by mistake because it had a similar name to one nearby that we liked prior. I decided to leave the booking and give it a try even though it was slightly more expensive. I haven't had good luck with Hilton properties in the past and this one is the same. We showed up on Friday 11-17 at precisely 3pm check in time. The drive was absolutely horrible due to Thanksgiving traffic and my kids and I were ready to go to the bathroom and get settled in. The room wasn't ready. I booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance. Staff told me they would downgrade me to a lesser room, as it was more convenient for them. I told them ABSOLUTELY NOT. Told to wait 30 minutes. Go sit out in the car, all of us holding our bowels and waiting. Go back in, snotty young woman that told us that conveniently went on her merry way and left on shift change. Get back in, and room still not ready. Most importantly, other than us all needing to unravel, we needed to get to a local park to study the golf course for my son's event before dark. I told the staff I would be back before 6pm and I expected the room to be ready. They very assertedly stated it would be, with utmost confidence. šŸ¤® So after wasting our valuable time, we came back later and room was ready at 6pm. Stuck us up in the corner of the hotel in a suite that is handicap accessible. I'm not sure how they booked the room as a handicap. Apparently this was a mistake made by the person that booked the room initially. No huge deal, but I think that was some of the trouble waiting for the room. So the first day we had a hot room because we thought the thermostat didn't work. It indeed did not, but there is one behind the door that does. We found that the second day. We got a 2 "queen size" room. Those are the smallest queens I have ever seen. More like a full size. I used to work at a furniture store during my young life so I know the difference, thank you. My bed was broken down on the head end side nearest the end table. So I felt like I was always going to fall off the bed. I felt itchy the whole stay while in bed. I didn't see any bugs but sure felt like it. I'm still itchy after being at home. My kids said the other bed was ok. All 2 of us had sinus issues and I feel like they must not change the air filters. Admittedly i have asthma. We bring our own pillows because we are always allergic to those feather pillows. In any case my son had a horrible tournament. His allergies were horrible. The stay was not very good, especially for the price. Wont be staying here again. Also didn't like the snotty staff that work in the before 330pm group. Need to learn how to talk to people.

I only went to visit a friend, but I was very impressed! Overall it was very clean, the staff was friendly and both the common areas and the room were decorated tastefully and welcoming. I really loved the in-room gym setup. I would definitely stay here.

I had an exceptional experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Conroe, TX. The staff members were truly remarkable, although I regret not being able to remember their names due to my own difficulty with names. From the friendly front desk team to the dedicated individuals who diligently maintained the rooms, refreshed the towels, and prepared a delightful breakfast every day, their performance was simply outstanding. Initially planning for a short stay, I ended up extending it 2-3 times during my trip, and I'm already contemplating a return visit in the near future. The overall quality of my stay was akin to the comfort of being at home, as the hotel was impeccably clean. While I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, such as the well-maintained gym, I would suggest paying slightly more attention to cleaning the pool. Aside from that minor observation, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I must also commend the laundry room, which was excellent. Despite initial concerns about using public machines, I had no issues drying my clothes during the first round. Additionally, the gym was not only aesthetically pleasing but also provided ample space for a satisfying workout.

I would go 4.5 stars, but Iā€™m rounding up here. Room was huge, clean overall, water was hot and pressure was good, staff was friendly, but yā€™all are here to hear about the bad stuff, right? Why isnā€™t it really a full 5 twinklers? The shower had a small, dried blob of old conditioner with an eyelash (Iā€™m hoping) in it and my digital key didnā€™t work so I had to *shudder* talk to a human. Also, they donā€™t keep hot water on hand for tea although someone did offer to give me a tea bag so I could, I guess, microwave a cup of water in my room. Decent alternative considering I have a whole kitchenette, but sometimes you just want stuff to magically appear in the moment you want it, yā€™know? Didnā€™t do the breakfast. Good luck finding the entrance at night.

The location on Google Maps is incorrect. This hotel is between the Amegy bank and cemetery on the other side of 45. I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The rooms are great and the staff is nice and everything, but let me get down to whatā€™s really important. Those biscuits they serve at breakfast are the best Iā€™ve had in my entire life.

Stayed here when my brother died. They don't tell you housekeeping is ON DEMAND ONLY and requires 24 hours notice or they will refuse to even just change the sheets. Manager comes in to work anytime he/she feels. Mobile key does not work. For late sleepers - breakfast starts and ends an hour earlier than you'd expect. Refused to honor Diamond benefits. Refused to contact me to discuss any of the issues. Hilton refused to assist in a mutually agreeable manner.

I cannot compliment the staff enough. I travel a great deal and it was so refreshing to have an attentive staff ( front desk and dietary staff). They promptly addressed any issue I had (they were really minor) and were so respectful. Good customer service does still exist at least at this location. Thank you!

Room was Very Clean (no hair or smudge noted on counters, furniture or shower floors), Room was Modern, carpet in the room and common areas Very WELL KEPT, Tile floors look to be swept and mopped DAILY and were shiny. Best hotel experience in a very long time, I have no complaints. The food was hot a delicious and my kids enjoyed it. I enjoyed the cleanliness and amazing staff. The room was big, comfortable, and well maintained. I will definitely come back as it would be difficult to top my experience. We stayed 5 days.

One night here and it wasnā€™t bad. Front desk was friendly. All amenities included. Kitchen towels, dish soap A desktop on the left side. Out those doors a living room and tiny kitchen. Dog šŸ¶ friendly place. Free breakfast in the morning. Could have taken better pictures but was too tired at that point.
