I recently visit keps restaurant our staff behaviour is very bad. 😞 I order some food (rice, biriyani) we are directly asking is food's not to available in restaurant, but we have sarving to athers customer in this food. This matter is very bad to my prestige. Next time i not to visit this restaurant.

Atmosphere is nice. I would say food is a little bit pricy here. Food is a 4/5 here If u are a budget friendly person, it will cost u more cz its more of an ambience. Staffs are nice and wifi is available. I haven't stayed in there...so i won't give any of my reviews on the rooms.

Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive to our needs. It would have been nice to receive more prompt and attentive service to enhance the overall dining experience. Moreover, the atmosphere of the restaurant was underwhelming. The seating arrangement felt cramped, and the overall ambiance lacked warmth and charm. It didn't create the kind of inviting and comfortable environment that one would expect from a dining establishment. Went to their restaurant for dining..Was waiting for more than 15 mins then a waiter came to take the order and told us that they are not able to serve the food as the kitchen is busy so they are not coming to take the order.After that when I place a order for their Bengali thali they told me as the restaurant is very busy they will not be able to serve the thali.If you don't have capacity to run a restaurant then why didn't open this.. Horrible management horrible staff.. Please don't go here .They are taking the advantage of being alone in the area. Dissapointing and disgusting

First if we order Roti or say butter roti we are supposed to get a whole wheat roti instead of get maida roti. They have only maida breads no other options. If someone want to eat maida they will order Naan instead of roti they even don't tell about this that they have only maida roti. Other things is quit good.

Ambiance food quality taste is good. We ordered Thali and it's taste good. Portion wise price is decent.

Food quality is good.. But once they demand more money than printed price. They told now they got prawn at higher price

This is one of the good resturent of in contai. You can safely enjoy the test of food. The sincere behaviour of the employees are very good.
