I wanted to create a custom designed ring using diamonds that were family heirlooms. The dilemma was to find a jewelry store I could trust with my diamonds and could give me some ideas to consider. I ultimately chose Cindy Hudson Webb and I am SO glad that I did!! Cindy was great to give me several ideas to consider. She made me feel completely comfortable leaving my diamonds in her hands. She also has an amazing staff that made me feel so special! Cindy even gave me a free gift to keep my ring as beautiful as the first day I picked it up!! In addition to the custom ring she created for me, I also had 3 other rings worked on including 2 rings resized and 1 buffed and cleaned and all 3 rings look brand new! Francis M. Fine Jewelry is the ONLY jewelry store I will use and I highly recommend this business if you need custom jewelry work done!

I can not begin to say how impressed I was with Francis M. Fine Jewelry. I have shopped with Cindy, the owner, for many years but seeing what she has done in her own space is remarkable. I stopped in on Christmas Eve to buy my wife that last minute Christmas gift. Cindy, Whitney, Riley and Mac were all so welcoming and kind! Mac and Riley helped me find my wife some gorgeous pieces that she ended up loving! While Cindy and Whitney wrapped the most immaculate presents I have ever seen Whitney showed me to their “Christmas Eve” Table which had all sorts of delicious meats, cheeses, sweets and drinks! I can’t say enough about this store and it’s employees. Secretly, I’m looking forward to the next occasion to buy my wife a gift just so I can stop in and visit with everyone!

How can you not empty your bank account here!? If you love quality and unique, this is the store for you. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone. I had the pleasure of Mac assisting me. He’s honest and so much fun! I could’ve stayed a talked with him all night! I hope I’m on Santa’s nice list this year, so he’ll deliver my pearls this Christmas!

I had to have my chain on my necklace repaired several times. After several times of it breaking they suggested to me to get a thicker chain. I did aa they suggested. The lady picked one out and got my approval on it. She always had it ready for me to pick up on a certain day. It was always ready on the day she said or even earlier. The people who work there. We’re always very friendly and professional. I would advise anyone to go there to have repairs or buy jewelry.

Francis M. jewelry was recommended to me to replace a lost diamond. I had planned to get cost estimates from several jewelers. However, Whitney was so sweet and helpful in finding what I was looking for at a reasonable price that I had no need to look any further. I also having them replace the crown and resize my ring. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service!

Highly recommend! Every time I have ever been in this store I have been treated with professionalism and kindness. Cindy is absolutely the best, she offers help and suggestions I didn't know I needed. This will keep me from losing another pair of earrings. This store has many amazing pieces to choose from and I will certainly return.
