Fantastic food but absolutely manic service. Went here two consecutive days whilst we were visiting. Both times wasn't particularly busy, but the serving staff were totally haphazard, forgetful and manic. Several customers complained about incorrect or missing orders and the lady serving argued with them on both occasions on both days about how she's been doing this 30 years so knows what she's doing! Serving staff were also responsible for drinks and these always seem to come late and with apologies. On the first day our coffees came when we had nearly finished our food. Regardless, the food here is amazing. Easily one of the best eggs benedict I've ever had. Had the breakfast bagel the second day and was brilliant.

Went in for a quick lunch, service was good, nice waitresses. However we got served cold soggy chips and the food was just about warm. Coffees were nice however upon seeing the bill we were confused why it was so high, we got charged for water many times… at least an extra £10 for tap waters which is just crazy

My Wife And I was on a day out in Conwy when we was looking for somewhere to eat. We come across this wonderful Love to eat Cafe / Restaurant with it's fabulous bird wall paper and modern style decor. The food was served hot and the service was fast, no waiting. The staff was very welcoming and we found the price quite reasonable if your in the area well worth a visit

Unfortunately, with it being rainy, everywhere is packed. I completely understand that, at times, business can become overwhelmed with an influx of people all at once. However, it's how you deal with that. The service was absolute carnage. We weren't advised of a wait time, but waited 20 minutes for someone to come to us whilst the bar staff flapped around bickering about things not being done properly and telling customers they're too busy to come to their table. It seemed as though one member of staff was trying to do all the coffee whilst intermittently running around the floor, whilst two people were trying to take orders but getting them wrong. Customers were getting up and leaving due to wait. It just felt like there was no micromanaging going on or anyone who knew their stations. The food came out quickly but was a lot to be desired - had two sandwiches and they hardly stayed together. Tried to pick it up, and the bread disintegrated. Less is more - came to mind. Due to the staff altercations and interactions with customers, it gave a weird vibe to the place and wasn't really one we'd be looking to return to.

Giant baked potato in a lovely clean cafe. The waitress is super friendly and the decor is fresh and modern. The menu is extensive offering just about everything you can think of for a hearty lunch.

A brilliant coffee house right in the middle of Conway town centre, not far from the tram Station. Quirky coffee house with lovely coffee and home-made cakes. There is a disabled toilet which is on the ground floor. There can be quite a wait as there is only one toilet. The staff are friendly. The place is decorated nicely and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Nice and helpful staff. Good size portions of food. Cheese and pickle was really nice. Salads we're not great. Tea and coffee only average. The mocha was more hot chocolate than mocha. Chocolate cake was good.

Just wow! What a fantastic gem of a place. We had a good walk round town and decided this looked like the best option for lunch and we were blown away with the place. First of all, the food was absolutely fantastic, it came out quick, hot, and there was plenty of it. The quality of the food was exceptional, everything fresh and tasty and the meats were thick cut and generous. My daughters (age 4) food came out first so she had longer to eat it which was appreciated and a nice little touch, she was also given an extra couple of biscuits and another cup of juice after grandad accidentally drank her apple juice, again just a nice little touch that'll guarantee we'll return time and again. The staff were so lovely, especially the lady with the dark hair who works in the kitchen. I only wish I could have fit in a slice of cake (they looked incredible) but the bacon, brie, and cranberry sourdough toastie was huge (and delicious)!

The staff were extremely nice and polite. however the food was not great quality and felt like it had just come off the super market shelf and but in the oven. The portion sizes were adequate though. I imagine if we had popped in for a cake and a cup pf tea/coffee we would have had a very different experience as these looked great!

Nice busy little cafe. The food was ok. I think it could be better. The coffee I ordered was extremely hot, above the recommended temperature for heating up the milk when preparing coffees. The ladies there should get a bit of extra training on how to steam the milk at a recommended temperature as if the milk is boiling hot, the coffee does not taste the same anymore and is ruined. 😌 The customer service was really nice and friendly.

Avoid. There are plenty of nice places to eat in Conwy, this is not one of them. Upon walking in the lady serving initially told us there was no room for our group, before telling us we could break up into smaller tables. We agreed to this even tho it was the opposite of welcoming and no effort was made to move tables. We ordered toasted sambos, as they did not have ingredients for most of the other items on the menu. The fridge was almost empty so we settled on tap water. The wait times were outrageous. The lady explained the sandwich maker was half working?! To be honest it was a faulty towers experience, I left before my food arrived as it had been over an hour. Won't be back ever again.
