Needs some trees cutting and levelling of the sites, but nice to be out a bit from the busy town. Good biking paths, loads to see and do.

What a Great place! Friendly staff, clean amenities,Well equipped kitchen,Great pool, fantastic playground with an awesome jumping pillow, great walking track to the beach, great powered site (161). Our children had a blast. Highly recommend this place to all the happy campers. Nice and close to home but far away to set up and have your own slice of heaven. We just arrived home, unpacked and now wishing we stayed that extra night. We will be back again for sure! Thank you for Great clean camping grounds with the best hot showers we have had yet.

Very angry with this place after refusing to refund even one night back after my sister left early due a risk to her and her children's life after her aggressive ex was in the area and certainly would have found her cabin. He's stabbed her before and her and the children were petrified so left to go home. Considering the circumstances they should refund her as it's not a normal situation. Very money hungry and no empathy at all. We will be spreading this horrible treatment far and wide.

Great spot, clean cabin surrounded by trees and native bush well layed out, walking tracks, to beach if Woodman Point Ammo Jetty, children's play area (no seating), laundry ( $1 coins), downside most uncomfortable couch, and absolute no internet despite advertisement that there was Wifi, it never worked in 8 days the office staff laughed, when asked how to connect?

1st time at this park and it won't be the last!! Powered sites have matting and lovely green lawn. The amenities are clean. Great park for kids with a swimming pool, jumping pillow and a park. There are excellent walking tracks to the beach at the rear of the park. E trike and bike hire. The Receptionist Trish, went above and beyond to help us out Thank you Trish, you took a load off our minds. 👍😁

I paid 2 nigths for a powered sites. There was no power, the lady at the reception was haughty, and rude. Absolutely not at her job. She changed my site for 2 others nights but did not refund. She even not looked at me. Unacceptable. The laundry has only one dryer and didn't work the 4 days. Only 2 tables at the camp kitchen equipped with only one fridge which was in an unhealthy state, not cleaned for long. The amenities are too small for so much sites and I had no hot water twice. This park lives only because of its location. If you can, the coogee discovery park is better and there are many better park in the Perth surrounds with a good access to the city.

Not really the best location. Very dirty, sandy sites minimum 1.5km walk to beach, and the campsites are right up beside, busy, noisey,Cockburn rd. Transportable communal toilet block was plain hideous, not to mention a huge petri dish for any type skin infection. The playground was s big hit for the children, as was the pool, until it was shut down due to a "fecal incident." I not only never want to go back, I do'nt even want to ever drive past the place!

This is a great place . First time caravanning. Great site. Fantastic amenities. Will be back. Handy to home as well. Great test drive for learners or novice caravan owners.

Sanitary facilities are totally dirty, although someone comes to clean them, the dirt is still there afterwards. The toilets smell like they have never been cleaned. The showers are not cleaned and you don't want to touch the walls. The front door is stuck with dirt. The sites should have grass, the grass is no longer there, only sand on every site. The younger lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful with questions. Price performance very bad. This was the worst campsite for us but the most expensive in Australia between Melbourne and Exmouth so we cannot recommend the place!

It is such a peaceful quite place. Beach is nearby, good place for beach lover. CABINS have got everything you need to stay away from; Good kitchen, utensils, Laundry is in the Park. Lots of space for parking. Only 30 min away from city.

Quiet, fantastic location re parkland, beaches, shops if you need them for an extended stay which I did. Staff very co-operative ... you arrive stressed out of your mind due to work pressures and regret leaving relaxed and wanting to stay longer. Now that is a real rest stay/holiday!

We just spent 4 days in a superior cabin , and although the park itself is really lovely , the cabin was quite dirty . Lots of dirty hand marks on doors , walls and appliances . Something had been spilled down the bedroom wall and was sticky . Spiderwebs and general mess that hasn’t been cleaned for ages . We were quite uncomfortable by it after being told they were deep cleaning all cabins due to Covid . Lovely place but let down this time by not up to scratch cleanliness .

My partner and I stayed here for 18 nights totally rip off we had a powered spot witch was suppose to be grassed but just ended up with a sand pit our two dogs got fleas from the sand pit and one even lost her fur from the dirty sand and both got eye infections. the staff apart from one cleaner guy named james were so rude they would not extend our stay if we did extend it would be at a enormous cost and we would of had to move three times to different sites all around our experience with this camp was not a pleasant one. They had things on for famlies and kids to enjoy eg movie night which was canceled due to the blow up screen not being tethered correctly jumping castle water slide both went down and bees hives they did not remove just cancelled the whole planned activities but Before we left there was a lot of unhappy people about how the camp was run they need to work out a better system with there bookings and how they run the camp. We are now staying in augusta which is GORGOUS for half the price and a better atmosphere all around. So guys please if u want a happy trip go somewhere else. Reception staff are extremely rude But James the cleaner as we mentioned is amazing as he is the only one that was friendly and made us smile a lil bit during our stay.

Amenities were clean, but one shower in mens was not working for two days. Camp site was a bit grotty and I had to go around and pick up the rubbish. The staff were friendly It is not likely we will return The worst thing was the ridiculous prices. It was the most I have ever paid for a powered site by a long way even with the discount

Had a pleasant one week stay. Had to change sites as our original site wasn’t going to be big enough. The “portable” toilets were clean, but we used the showers in the main block. Would be great to see these upgraded to a “proper” set. We rode to the ferry in Fremantle which was bike paths all the way.

Stayed here for one night at a powered site. The trees are very calming, kitchen set up is very nice, roads in the park are very well done. Toilets and showers were clean and nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming! Beach is a 10 minute walk from the park with a bike path all the way there ☺️ Definitely recommend!

Great campsite and amenities. Be mindful that some sites are right beside the entrance to the campsite so lots of noise from vehicles coming in/out plus from the main road which is very close. Bring good ear plugs for sleeping. Our site was also on a slope with lots of large tree roots sticking out of the ground. Sites with such hindrance should be reduced in cost imo. We would stay again but only if we had a better site.

Paid top dollar and toilets were not maintained. No soap for 24 hours I said something was told there was no hand wash soap left . A spud shed shop open 24 hrs down the road could have purchased a heap from there to put in the toilets. The very back toilet and showers near camp kitchen have no benches or hooks to put your toilet bag so you can brush your teeth. Not good enough when you spend so much to stay here. Site lawns are dead and sandy creating a dust storm when wind blows . I used to stay at this oark every Easter for years . Probably not again .

6/10 just came in. Very rude and not helpful..came here following direction of visitor centre to refill my water tank in my small bus around 150l after unfortunate tried in servo and visitor centre. Was willing to give something of course. Said to me sorry we do not do this, if you want water you have to book a site. How ridiculous it is... disgusting

For $59 a night at a powered site I expected more, amenities were so run down and the shade cloth mat torn and unsightly. If I hadn't paid so much for the place I'd be more forgiving but is by far the worst and most expensive caravan park we've stayed at. These guys need to do some general maintenance.

Have stayed here a number of times, the park itself is lovely however one lady in reception has a terrible attitude every time. Not helpful at all and honestly quite rude. Should definitely rethink her role in customer service.

Had a powered site here for 5 nights.. The amenities were disgusting.. toilets not been flushed by users and there was vomit in the sink.. Showers need a good clean and hair blocking up the drain in shower. Our campsite smelt of dog poo sometimes and it made me want to throw up. And to top it off, Last night someone had a drone hovering over our site.. Thinking mayb the management should do a bit of a look at what happens after they shut the reception door.. location is noisy, on mainish Rd, but that is something u can see before you choose to stay..

Beautiful setting, lovely very helpful staff. Too many dogs, in bathrooms, in cabins and owners not cleaning up after them. Children not wearing helmets and travelling too fast on scooters.

We found the gas stove dangerous as the igniter was not working and we had to use our own matches to light the stove. The taps were leaking water all the time. The unit was small and claustrophobic. The unit was attached to other units. The Park was very tidy and maintained. If you stay here bring your van or tent or caravan don't stay in the unit.

Older facilities but all clean and well maintained and looked after. Lots of space with a nice pool. Good location to explore Fremantle.

Excellent place, clean tidy, they must have an excellent hard working cleaner as the showers and toilets were one of the cleanest we have seen in travelling Australia.

There was no service to the TV, no channels worked, the internet wouldn't work and we were put into a chalet that was on the same road that everyone left from, so at 6 in the morning people were leaving and that's all you could hear.. only upside was the bed was comfortable 🤬

Spacious place. Can be very busy especially on weekends. Heaps of kids running around. Kitchen facilities are excellent with games for kids to play with. They welcome dogs which is wonderful. Would definitely use again.

Spent one night. Lovely staff. Great clean facilities. 10 minute walk to the beach. Nice and clean surroundings. Only downside was the busy road close by with all noise even late night... but overall was a nice experience.

Title: Disappointing and Discriminatory Experience for Dog Owners Review: I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Woodman Point Caravan Park. As a devoted pet owner, I was excited to find a place where my furry companions and I could enjoy a peaceful vacation. However, the discriminatory treatment I faced due to my dogs left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite having made prior arrangements for my dogs' stay, I was subjected to unnecessary scrutiny and treated as if we were causing a disturbance. It was disheartening to see my dogs being stigmatised merely for being animals, as if they were a nuisance rather than valued members of my family. To make matters worse, we discovered numerous restrictions on our dogs' movements within the caravan park. It seemed as though the park management had little regard for the needs of dog owners, effectively creating an unwelcoming environment for those of us who cherish our pets. I will not name one of the workers, but felt my dogs and myself were being targeted and encountered inconsistent enforcement of the pet policy and being penalised for minor infractions. As a result of these negative experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend Woodman Caravan Policy to fellow dog owners or anyone who values fair treatment. Discrimination against pets is unjust and reflects poorly on the management's commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests. I hope that Woodman Caravan Park reevaluates its policies and procedures to ensure that no guest is subjected to such unfair treatment based on their choice of companions. Until then, I urge dog owners to seek out alternative accommodations where their beloved pets will be truly welcomed and appreciated.

I love being here cause of the location and the bird sounds in the morning reminds me of our place up in the hills. The laughter of kookaburra, the calls of the magpies the breeze from the ocean is great. Lovely staff and very helpful. However the ammenities needs to be upgraded some parts are missing needs TLC Apart from that all good.

Love this park for a getaway that is close to Perth. The kids loved the playground, bouncy pillow and the pool. Good fishing nearby. Will definitely come back again.

We had a similar experience to the previous comment. A person staying at the park throwing glass bottles at families, frightening children and then inviting their friends over to intimidate, yell abuse and trying to insite a fight. Would have been a really nice park but didn’t feel safe.

We had an amazing stay here over the Christmas holidays 22/23. Super pleasant park with great amenities and the management team are pleasant and professional. Thanks for having us and see you all on the next lap! Ben and PJ

Not the best. Didn’t get given a code to the toilets that worked. Had to ask other people as there were no caretakers there after 5. There were no bins around the camp sites to put rubbish in. The place was so crowded and had no privacy. Very over priced for what it is.

  • 1/5 Adam S. 1 year ago on Google
$80 per night for a tiny sloping non-powered site pushed up against the front fence with lots of traffic noise and a spotlight keeping you awake. Absolute robbery! We will not be coming here again!

  • 3/5 Yvonne M. 9 months ago on Google
It's too small and needs maintenance done to cabin. Beautiful caravan park, bring a caravan or tent only. Service was good. Cabin is not worth the price.

  • 5/5 Emma V. 1 year ago on Google
Kids had the best time ✨ was also great to be able to bring our furry family member with us, as the park welcomes dogs. Kids club was great, hired the buggy’s, spent hours on the jumping pillow with new found holiday friends. All over great experience. Will definitely be coming again!!
