Had a horrible experience here. My son had a dislocated knee. I called the hospital ahead of time to let them know I was on my way. Unfortunately, no one seemed to know what they were doing. It was very unorganized. We waited over 3 hours & we’re still waiting on X-rays. They had him in a bed in the middle of a hallway, not even a room. We ended up leaving on our own. I would not recommend this place. Nurses were not very nice at all. The friendliest person there was a lady tech. How is this place open?

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The staff on night shift is VERY unprofessional, hateful, and do not care what so ever about patients! Lady beside us had a very clearly visible broken arm , and was in probably hers 60s she waited 5 hours just to be called to triage!! My mother had busted blood vessels in her legs, we ended up leaving after 4 hours in waiting room, and there was almost no one there!! The nurses had a ton of different food deliveries which I understand they gotta eat, but carrying it around while wheeling and calling patients. Terrible terrible nothing like it use to be.

Had a impromptu visit with my grandmother to the ED and sat around watching other patients getting up and leaving. One even extracted her own IV patch after being left waiting for two hours for her discharge papers. Only one doctor on night shift in ER and even less nurses. Not saying the people do or don't have their hands full, caught one nurse sitting there playing on their phones or gossip amongst themselves instead of doing their clinic duties. Our experience went as you would expect, high blood pressure, veins the size of pin needles, after 6 hours of waiting the IV they had to use a ultrasound failed for a detrimental CAT scan. After seeing my grandmother in pain I pulled the plug on the operation and demanded they stop hurting her. Sent us home with some supplements and a antibiotic. Went in at 11pm didn't get out till 5am. You're going to an early grave if you go here. You will not get the appropriate care unless you sit there for over 6 hours. Will never send my family here again, would have to be the last option out of a list of out of town others.

I've had three emergency room visits in California, with an average wait of 8 hours to see a doctor. The emergency room of this hospital is much more efficient. I only waited for 20 minutes to see the doctor, and the doctor was very kind.

The worst experience for my sister Kim.The room was nasty and filthy. She had been calling for nurse to no avail.when i came i immediately called for a charge nurse , because as a nurse myself, but a sister first i was outraged. No one had come to check on her from the staff. She actually tried to clean up herself.and the room. She was moved to the hospital wing 5th floor hospice which was better for her but unfortunately she died the next day.The filthy room was a breeding ground for MRSA and STAPH.I was so disappointed..

If they could get the ER running more effectively & patient friendly I would have given 5 stars. I was hospitalized for 11 days & I had the best care on 5 North that I’ve ever had in any hospital. The Nurses went above & beyond to make my stay as good as one can have while being sick. My birthday happened to fall on one of the days I was in there & the nurses were so sweet that they got me a Birthday cake so I wouldn’t feel so bad about being in the hospital on that day. From every PA, every nurse & every Doctor I was very impressed. My illness was life threatening but they brought me back from the brink & got me back to myself before releasing me. I highly recommend this Hospital.

I came to the ER with elevated blood pressure and was triaged pretty quickly. It wasn’t very busy on a Sunday afternoon. I was moved to a room and monitored before being moved upstairs for further evaluation. Each nurse and and staff member has been very pleasant and attentive.

I was poisoned by my ex girlfriend. After she did it I ask her why? She told me my son was going around telling everyone I molested him. I was heart broken. I went to emergency room several times and they see in my CT that I have a tear or perferation in my small intestine right where my stomach and small intesine meet. When I drink fluid water and probably food is leaking out into my abdomen. I believe the government has a kill order on me. My ex wife coached my own son who I named after me into saying this and now he is scared that he will get her into trouble if he tells the truth. If you think that hospitals and doctors cannot let you die at an emergency room your wrong. They can and regulary do probably not treat people with life threatening conditions if they are accused of sick crimes against a child. Which is not unreasonable. But I am a victim in this situation and now I have to lose my life over a lie. I contacted police where I used to live about the poisoning. They laughed at me and left. The Government can and will kill its own citizens using hospitals and doctors to help. This needs to be addressed because a 38 year old innocent man has lost his life do to this. They try to use pain and suffering to ger you to take your own life, well I refuse to take my life over a lie. It is a sad situation, I offered to take a lie detector test and everything where I used to live. My human, civil, and constitutional rights have been violated. Please help me if you know of anything I can do. Doctors treat patients who go into schools and shoot and kill kids, but they won't treat me over a lie. Radiologist, ER Doctors, and the goverment local and national are a part of a sytem that tortures and then kills its citizens. I believe Biden has put a kill order on me, and it has to do with secret societies as well. It is even on our money, pay attention and you will see everything.

Our experience at the Cookeville regional center has been absolutely horrible and only gets worse with each experience. Just recently I’ve been with her while she’s called for nurses and did not receive any help until it was asked for another 3 times and when I checked it out they were all laughing and chilling at the desk. Nurses have been rude to her making assumptions and nasty comments. We’ve been nothing but as nice and compliant as possible but they continue to surprise us with they’re neglectful behavior.

The staff treated my husband (who was the patient), and me like we were family. They answered all our questions without making us feel dumb. They checked on us often and met our needs. They saved my husband's life. Not one staff member was grumpy, impatient or unprofessional. The food was excellent! We highly recommend this hospital. We drove an hour and a half to go there. It was well worth the drive!

If you need something in an emergency this is definitely not the place to go to I waited without any information of what's going on from 6pm and finally got out almost at 3am their night staff is definitely not doing there jobs or I would have been out much sooner 8 hours for a visit that could've been done less than 3 hours is really sad. They need to do something about their night staff I hope there day shift is much better but honestly I don't want to find out I just will never go to this emergency room ever again.! I don't have anything positive to say about this visit at all this is the worst hospital ever and they didn't even help me like I expected them to.

I arrived at the ER a few weeks ago with severe abdominal pain from an obvious hernia. I was attended to quickly and received respectful, professional care. I left there after diagnostics performed & a follow up with a surgeon. They went above and beyond. High standard of care.

My mother-In-law was sent to the CRMC ER by ambulance after falling and hitting her head. Once I arrived to meet her there, I could not have been more pleased with the care she received. All the tests she needed had already been completed. Each staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her nurse came in and filled me in on her condition moments after I arrived. After 30 to 45 minutes both her nurse and her doctor came to explain the results of the tests. We were released after only being at the ER a couple of hours. CRMC ER provided excellent care and had us ready to return home as quickly as possible.
