I received an email requesting a cc authorization with pictures of my drivers license an hour and a half before check in. I made my reservation online and guaranteed with my credit card so this request was completely unnecessary. I've NEVER been asked to do this with another hotel. After calling the hotel numerous times and no one answering the phone, I chose to ignore this request since I was driving and had no problem checking in when I arrived. The condition of my room was less than satisfactory. Had it not been late in the evening, I would have gone somewhere else. #1 - I question the last time the floor had been vacuumed. There was long, black hair all over the bathroom floor, peanut shells on the carpet and even a dried wad of chewing gum. #2 - Hair on a pillow case. #3 - Bathroom mirror was dirty. #4 - A used washcloth was hanging on the shower rod. #5 - The complimentary shampoo bottle was half used. #6 - The outlet on one side of the bed was so loose it wouldn't hold my phone charging plug causing me to sleep on the opposite side. This was my third and last stay at this hotel. I've had small issues each time, but this was too much to let go.

Great location! Excellent room, with lots of space and super comfortable beds with lots of pillows! Free breakfast in morning was good too. Would recommend. Lots of restaurant options nearby (most within a mile) with just about any cuisine you're looking for.

coustmer service is good . But the room we got was a queen with a sofa bed , evreything was good until we pulled out the sofa bed ! descusting!!!! staff was sweet and right on it . we switched rooms . After unpacking checking this sofa bed was good but of course in the first hour we’re in bed my sons saying how uncomfortable it was so I said let’s take the mattress off the bed put it on the floor , to my horror there was nasty stuff on the metal frame the bed goes on!!’ nasty but exhausted I call the front to tell them and next day was switched to a 2 queen suite, we didn’t use the sofa bed. so I don’t know if that one was clean or not .They just need to upgrade or deep clean and it be fine .the coustomer service was good . But serious cleaning is a must check before you unpack .

Stopped for an overnight rest on our way to Cincinnati! The front desk clerk was very friendly! Hotel was clean. Room was clean, beds are a little harder than my preference. Pillow are super comfy! Water in the shower gets hit with great pressure. We did arrive late, but it was disappointing to have to hunt a parking spot because larger trunks/vans took up to 5 parking spaces by parking horizontal due to trailers. I wish there were larger spaces for those type vehicles, but overall great stay!

There is a local deposit they will charge you and not tell you about until after reservation is made!! If you live within 50 miles of the hotel you get charged $250 more. Conveniently did not tell me until I go to check in, then it’s already too late to cancel and find another hotel. No disclaimer about this anywhere. If I wanted to spend $377, I would have chose a much nicer hotel than this one. I asked the kid at the desk (who couldn’t even be bothered to take his earbud out while talking to me) why there is no disclaimer anywhere and he shrugged his shoulders and said “all hotels are different”. Not only was this customer service absolutely disgraceful, but the rooms aren’t worth the money paid.

We had reservations here, but left and chose a Marriott location instead (who are treating us like royalty). We made it into the room (lady at front desk was very kind at check in and was helpful), but once we were in the room we quickly realized it had not been cleaned. The carpet hadn’t been swept, the bathroom was dirty, there were dirty socks left in the nightstand, and the doors rubbed against the floor so bad that they’re hard to close. We also noticed signs of bed bugs on the mattress covers (which no one seemed to be concerned about other than us). The pool was extremely cold and the whirlpool had been filled in / closed down. Upon having housekeeping and management come to the room, they offered a room on a higher floor, but with the elevator not working we decided to just cancel and go elsewhere. Had to end up calling member services, just to find out that the hotel had actually NOT canceled my reservation as they said they were going to do. Luckily they refunded everything and made it right, but we’ll for sure not be back to this particular property or the neighboring property (Comfort Inn & Suites) that is owned and operated together with this one. Even the pictures of the property listed online don’t paint an accurate representation of this property unfortunately.

Only one night on our way through the state, and we picked a good place to stop. The nice young man at the desk gave excellent directions to some awesome barbecue, the room was clean and comfortable.

Housekeeping staff is short, so room didn't get serviced, but any necessary amenities were available at the front desk. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.
