We had a wonderful experience at Quality Inn. The service was outstanding, the price was very reasonable and the room was very clean. We will be staying with them when we return to Cookeville in the fall. Also, the location was great!

Hotel is in the midst of a total remodel/makeover and the results are fabulous! Rooms are beautifully furnished. Bath is updated and well lit. The bed and the linens are SO comfortable. Parking is a little tight when the hotel is full and room numbers are a little wonky but it looks as if that is due to previous buildings having been torn down! Definitely a great stay!

Exactly what I expected. It was clean just a step up from Super 8. Breakfast was Continental. No hot food. Hard boiled Eggs toast. Yogurt. Fruit. Oh and cereal. The Basics. Or should I say minimum of what I think the standard is for this chain. I am A platinum member and use Choice Hotel properties regularly

Not a bad location, seemed reasonable, friendly front desk (very welcoming), but quickly cleaned rooms. Of course, I have seen worse for cheaper or same pricing, but was surprised tbh. Was either a quick clean or didn’t care to pay attention to details it seems. For very long travels across the states, and a 9pm check in last night, we had to deal with it so we could hit the road early a.m. But hopefully there will be some improvements. Very skimmed on breakfast as well, and not much for coffee. The juice machine wasn’t much cleaned up, so we unfortunately didn’t wait or stay for breakfast.

Yikes! $100 a night for this? We were put in a room that smelt disgusting from condensation, took a look at our (broken) window and look at that! The room is full of condensation and mold. Not only is this not safe, but if that's not enough our room was not clean (second two pictures are from the bathroom) would expect this from somewhere that charges $30 a night....not $100 after fees. They put us in a room across the way, but how is it ok to have anyone living in or near these conditions?

Google maps doesn't give you right instructions. You can see it but you gotta go down further to turn in by the winery place parking lot and go around by where you see super 8 and follow it on around. But def this is one of the better quality quality inns. Front counter ppl were super helpful AND friendly.

I had difficulty finding the hotel. It’s entrance is actually by the Pizza Hut and Super 8. Once in, the desk clerk made sure I was on the first floor. Rooms were comfortable and nice. Nice office chair desk

My queen bed was rock hard. I couldn't find a comfortable position to sleep. The room was nice otherwise. We registered 4 guests, but only got 3 towels. Seems kinda silly.

THERE IS NO POOL! There are photos of a pool and evidently this is the old quality inn. Not the new one. Facility is nice and clean. They forgot to put wash cloths in the room (oops). Very disappointing to expect a pool and there not be one. Those photos need to be removed. They wanted $50 for early check in before 3pm. However it was only the third time that I called on our way down that anyone even said anything about there being an early check in fee. I even called and asked this question before making the reservation and they told me to just call the day of and if there was a room available it shouldn't be a problem. I'm a little upset over all that.

The hotel is hard to find. My room hadn't been cleaned. Blood on my sheets, hot pocket paper in the floor, something that looked foul on the nightstand, rotting food on the extension cord, hair in the sink, and pubes in the tub. Now I admit I'm usually a hilton snob but it was late and I just needed a good night rest. The man at the front desk was very kind amd apologetic but the nastiness of the room was not acceptable. I've worked hotels and this is not anything I would let go.

We are here. The parking lot is full of paving equipment. Wish I would of been told of this before I paid for 2 nights, not after I had paid. Robert, at the front desk, came out and got our luggage from the Super 8 parking lot. No parking at the Quality Inn. The room is great. The Super 8 is letting Quality Inn customers to park in there lot. Again, wish I would of been told of the lack of parking before I paid for the room for 2 nights.

They call it the Quality Inn, but I see no quality here as far as I’m concerned. Nearby construction with hardly any parking available. The ice machine did not work neither did the laundry machines. Musty smelling and dimly lit rooms with no LEDs. Breakfast closes at 9:30 which is earlier than most hotels. Food and beverage was not replaced when I went to eat either morning. I had bugs in my room as you can see in photo. I also had to switch rooms because the AC was not working in my first room. The employees are more concerned with conversing and smoking cigarettes outside with the local methheads and runaways than working. A lot of activity going on outside the hotel at night very sketchy place in my opinion. $85+ per night is comical. Should of been half of that price easily

From the moment I arrived I felt like a VIP. There are three people I want to recognize for outstanding customer service, Wendy, Ashley and Andy. Wendy ran the desk when I checked and checked out two days later. She showed me where I could park. Minutes before I left she helped me with computer problems, I'm not techno savy. Who does that ? Wendy does ! Ashley is the best housekeeper ever ! My room was spotlessly clean. She got me a sewing kit when I had a wardrobe malfunction. She even brought me a cart to haul my luggage out. Then she took the cart back in for me ! Andy ran the desk on second shift. He was very helpful in giving me directions. If it weren't for him I never would have found the laundry facilities. You can tell he enjoys his job and helping people. I've never written a review on the other hotels I've stayed before. Had to this time to recognize the most exceptional hotel staff I have encountered. Their smiles are as genuine as they are. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean rooms with sound proof walls and great staff! Although the pool is gone it’s still one of the best hotels for a good price in Cookeville.

Tight parking space, but didn't have any issues. The rooms are super nice, and beds are very comfy. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting cookeville. 😊

Extremely difficult to get in and out of parking lot right now due to construction. No pool nor water slide as advertised. Room was smaller than advertised for executive king suite. On duty attended was super nice and helpful but hotel not as advertised.
