I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is especially for the price. Room was clean, quiet, & comfy. Staff was very nice. Shower has great water pressure. Easy access to the freeway and food. It's always hard finding nice places that accept pets without a bunch of limits and extra charges. No size limit and only a nominal pet charge here (which I'm ok with. Some places I checked wanted an additional $75!) My 100lb hound dog and I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is close enough to the interstate to be convenient, but still very quiet. It sports an outdoor pool (currently closed), and my room had a very generous work space. However, there were very few breakfast items, and the quality was well below mid-range standard. My room certainly needed renovation: peeling paint in the bathroom, dated furnishings that had been knocked about, leaving a legacy of chipped surfaces throughout. The search for a hotel between Knoxville and Nashville that is worth the nightly rate continues.

This hotel was easy off/on from interstate. Lots of convenient places to eat or shop. Very quiet and clear. Breakfast was good and easy selections. We were traveling so did not want more than a clean, quiet place to sleep. Staff was friendly and we were very pleased with our night there. Great value.

Room definitely needed updating. Carpeting was peeling up and fixtures need replacing. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Room was clean however and that is most important in my view.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Shower had great pressure and heat. Heated bathroom mirror was a nice touch. Fridge in room started to freeze my drinks, which I love. I love to sleep in a very cold room and the a/c worked great. Have had better breakfast, but for free, it's really not a complaint.

We enjoyed our restful night here. Breakfast was a bit more sparse than a lot of other la Quintas we have stayed in but you could still find something you could enjoy.

Wish I could give this a 3.5 versus a 4. It's okay. You get what you pay for compared to other hotels nearby. The room was clean but just dated... Older furniture, torn carpet, and rusty items in the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty standard but not bad.

Just south of 40 which is nice . I heard no outside traffic noise from my room. Really I heard no noise at all. Sheets are clean, room temp was nice when I walked in. Carpeting on the floor is nice verses some places that have vinyl. Lobby is open with Alot of space. Small hot breakfast along with the usual stuff . It is close to a loves truck stop if your in a big rig and you could walk here. Also pet friendly on the bottom floor it seems.. I would stay here again for sure

Spacious and clean rooms in need of an update though. Exterior side door was taped open for worker, very unsafe to leave it this way at night. Especially because the deadbolt on our door didn’t lock either. Safety not great here. The real problem was our room being directly next to one being renovated. Woken up by loud hammers on our wall a 730 on the dot, and clomping boots everywhere. Not a restful experience

Did not stay at the hotel was calling various hotels for prices. Spoke to Melissa who was less then accommodating with my request. Was going to cookeville with my 78 year old father and 2 pets and a service dog. Her words were we only allow 2 pets let her know the service dog did not count as he was for a disability (like a wheelchair would be) she said that was kind of “splitting hairs”. She obviously does not know the difference so instead of going further with the convo I decided to move on. I was taken back by her attitude as the other hotels in the area I called were very accommodating. I was just looking for various options for my disabled dad. Thanks Melissa I hope you have a great day. You get more bees with honey. Sorry I cannot recommend dealing with this hotel. 💔🐶😡

It's a 3 star hotel. It's an old building they tried to fix to and make look nice, but didn't do so well at. The windows are cheap and don't always close, are thin and let in a bunch of noise. The doors aren't hung straight and the free breakfast, well, you get what you pay for

Room needed a little TLC but was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety of items but was filling.

Came up from SC to drop our daughter off at camp, ended up reserving a room here. Very easy check in process with friendly staff. The room we stayed in looked newly renovated. Comfortable beds, cold A/C and a decent sized TV. The breakfest was good, nice change of pace from the typical continental breakfest most hotels offer with the addition of biscuits and gravy. The location is great, easy on and easy off the interstate with TONS of restaurant choices not even a mile away. The pool was open and looked very clean. Overall a really nice and fairly priced hotel. Would stay again the next time we come through.

Booked 2 rooms. One Deluxe King and one Double Queen. Was very pleased with both rooms. Very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Was very happy with the inside and outside appearance. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Pet friendly was a major bonus!

The man at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is in a good location. I like that there is a Waffle House right beside the hotel and you can walk right to it. The pool was clean. The pool chairs were in bad repair and most were piled in a corner. The gym was nice. My room had a sofa sleeper that I ended up having to sleep on and it was horrendous! They usually are not comfortable anywhere I have stayed. But this one is the worst yet. It is the main reason it didn't give it more stars. If a hotel offers a sofa sleeper it should be a place a person can actually sleep.

Josh (I believe this is his name) at the front desk was great and very helpful. Service was great. The beds are comfortable. These are the good things, the rest is not so great. The photos on this Google Maps page are not accurate for this location, and some are not this actual location. The lobby snack bar area is not stocked (it was empty), the breakfast area does not look like the photos, the lobby is not as nice as the shown photos, and the showers are nowhere near what they show in the photos. The amenities need updating and maintenance...place is old and it shows. The windows are old and do nothing to keep outside noise muffled. The walls are the same, noise travels right through with very little reduction in sound. The air vent in the shower was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We called ahead and spoke with a young lady to confirm the "hot" breakfast since this was a deciding factor between this hotel and another...we did not want to have to eat on the road. We were told of an abundant selection but were severely disappointed to find out the next morning that was not the case. Yes, there was biscuits and gravy, but that was all that could be considered "hot". There were no eggs, sausage or bacon like we were told. The muffins were pre-packaged and small, and there was one (1) apple. There was a waffle maker. We often stay at La Quinta whenever available since it is usually consistent and better than similar priced, usually on road trips, but definitely not better this time. We will not be staying at this particular La Quinta hotel in the future nor recommend it to anyone. They need some serious improvements to warrant a $109/night price.

Having family nearby, this has been our "go to" place to stay for several years now. We like the top floor for it's quietness and the free breakfast is always hot and plentiful. Room heat/AC is quiet and consistent in temp. General manager Bradley is very accommodating and professional. EZ on and off I-40! See ya next time .

Very pleasant experience. My dog and I made a trip this summer and spent a couple nights there. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. I appreciate the openness of their pet policies. It’s great for those of us who travel with our pets. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad either 😁

Very disappointing at best. $138 plus $28 tax for one night. Ceiling in bathroom has pealing paint from water damage above. Tub water spout pulls away from the wall 2 inches when you pull the knob for the shower. Dirt in the corners. Poorly done repairs. No cable. Only local channels. When check g out in the morning I found the desk clerk eating cereal ina back section of dining area with all the lights off instead in f at his desk or getting the breakfast preps done for paying guests.

I stayed here last week after bookmarking it from a previous stay a few years ago. It must have changed since then. The room wasn’t very clean—there was even a sunflower seed on our floor by the beds (not a huge deal, but it should be hard to miss something as big as a sunflower seed while cleaning). The sheets were uncomfortable and scratchy. My 7-year-old actually commented on how uncomfortable the bed was, and I really thought he was just being picky and ridiculous until I laid down myself. That being said, the employees were incredibly nice. Still, we won’t be staying here again. It wasn’t worth the price.

Room was nice and large but floor in kitchen was noticeably uneven. No paper towels or dish towels for kitchen area to use. Pool was sparkling clean but pool furniture and area around it certainly needed cleaning up to be able to use it. Breakfast was the typical continental so nothing special.AC was nice and cold.

The room was clean. The breakfast was minimal. Not a lot of variety and very few items put out at a time of 7:30. Our floor in the bedroom was sagging. You could tell by the uneven floor in the bedroom beside the bed and bathroom, the cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the walls coming away from the ceiling. The bathroom ceiling was pealing. $114 for 2 adults with taxes costing over $130.

I was very pleased on the cleanliness of the rooms since they are pet-friendly. Rooms looked nice then noticed a couple of places in the ceiling that needed repairs. Overall, I would stay there again and everyone at the front desk was helpful.

We just loved it here! Will definitely be back! Clean rooms, breakfast, nice pool and the staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Also, Dog friendly with a pet station right outside the exit closet to our room. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Our first stay could be described as "adequate.". We asked for upgrade and told this was not available at this location. It was ok. We stayed again on the return trip. (Because adequate is better than awful. ,). Glad we did! We did get an upgrade! The room was nicer, the staff friendlier and more welcoming.

The front desk staff was excellent!! Check in was great and very smooth. The room was very very clean (which really shocked me cause when we arrived I noticed there was quiet a few pets that was staying as well and usually there is a odor from previous stays or atleast damage and there wasn't ANY at all). Will definitely stay again when a couple nights stay is needed!
