Needed a bed for rest to drive to Michigan the next day, was VERY comfortable and clean. I’m surprised this is a 2 star hotel, they have very good staff as well. The hot tub was also nice :)

On the site it showed a hot tub in the panoramic view. Get to hotel no hot tub!! Also pool closed have to use pool next door. Needed ice for our room guess what have to go to hotel next door on 2nd floor for that! You can't even make this stuff up!! Don't think we will be staying here again!!

There are two building adjacent to each other .. one is the “comfort inn suites” and “comfort inn.” I’ve stayed in both.. recently! THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO! But the price.. I would stay rather in the “comfort inn” instead of its higher suite sister next door.. seems newer and cleaner! Elevator is horrible in the suite building!

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice hotel, but the room was VERY dusty, and many of the amenities were not available. This was our 2nd time staying at this property, and the location is great, the staff is friendly, the rooms are large, and the hotel "appears" to be clean. The beds were comfy and the shower is excellent. We arrived at night and was satisfied, but after the sun came up we were able to see that our room had not been dusted in quite sometime. There was also black mold around the fire sprinkler in the room. They may be short-staffed, but it makes you wonder what else had not been properly cleaned. The breakfast is the normal rubber bacon, and powdered eggs that most properties at this price-point serve, so no complaints, except that the OJ machine didn't work, and above all the coffee maker in the breakfast area was "broken". Also the indoor pool was not operational and one of the pieces of equipment in the exercise room was also "out of order." While I did not intend on using any of these, there was a group of young softball players staying there, and they were disappointed because they had booked the hotel in order to use the pool. Not a bad place, and I may give it another try, but I have stayed at an older property up the street that was much cleaner.

Very clean. Relatively new facility. Water ran cold for a bit before warming up. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Did not sample breakfast or coffee but was available. Super friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay. Definitely would go back.

This hotel should most definitely be more than two stars. Lady working night got me in fast with my reservation. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. Everything is updated. Hot breakfast served and clean inside pool. I’m most definitely saving this and returning every time I’m in the area or passing through. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet setting. Lots to see and do less than 5 minutes away. I can't brag on Wendy at the front desk enough! She was so sweet and helpful. We were treated like family by her!

Nice clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Located on a strip off the interstate that has a hundred restaurants to dine at and plenty of retail stores for anything you need. We are making this place our overnight stay favorite on our Long trips from Memphis to Philadelphia.

We had the wrong size beds, black mold, and we were told they could move us to a new room that had a different setup but it was only two beds. We had 5 people and needed a double queen room and a sofa bed but got two doubles and black mold. Breakfast was clear bacon and not what we expected but the girl at front was AWESOME or this would be 1 star. We had 4 towels for 5 people and the room was damp because we were by the pool I guess. Not a comfortable bed but it is what it is.

The room was clean. After two long days of moving and Uhaul, it was wonderfully quiet with perfect AC. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was very good. I’d stay there again!

This hotel was simply amazing to me. I checked in on Friday, January 13th. I can't forget the front desk clerk's name but she was a very friendly black lady. She was super knowledgeable and she made sure to place me in a room that would support me not being bothered. The third floor was amazing and my suite was SPOTLESS! The clerk was at work until that night and every time I went out she made sure I was okay. She seemed to make sure all of the guests were safe. After her shift, another lady came and she was also very friendly. I ended up locking myself out of my room accidentally and she gave me another key with no hassle at all. The room service staff was also tremendously friendly and they ensured that I knew what I needed to know while I was there. I didn't eat anything while there because I wanted to eat other foods since I am not from the area. I enjoyed every moment of being at the hotel. It was so peaceful and quiet! To me the location of the hotel is ideal for everything. I had a professional development at Tennessee Tech, which was ten minutes away. Everything I went to seemed to be less than ten minutes away! Great food nearby! I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed this place. If you are thinking about getting a hotel, get a SUITE here. I loved mine! Suite 304 (I'll never forget it!)

I looked for mold or dirt after I read the reviews. We needed a place for the night driving through the area. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only 2 simple cons I guess: we like the room cold to sleep and the ac made it comfortable but not cold lol. The pillows need updated. We met the manager, she was extremely nice. I will stay there again when I travel through.

Very dated for the price. Staff was not friendly. And was double charged for this room. Cooperate support seemed they were going to help with the double charge but all in all I stayed 2 nights and was charged almost 700 dollars for my stay. I checked in in the evening and the guest service agent was not trained enough or comfortable enough to be working a shift alone. I informed him I made a reservation online but he still insisted he needed to charge me. With this stay I will no longer be giving any choice hotels brand my business. I would consider if the cooperate department would have rectified my issue as they led me to believe but it was not. I'm not a racist person but this seems to be just another old moldy smelling hotel with cost cuts everywhere but high end charges for everything. My review would be the same no matter the owner or double charge. The general manager was also very rude and inconsiderate.. Update 11.4.23 no issues have been corrected.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while me & my daughter hiked some of the many waterfalls in the area. Clean room, nice breakfast, the indoor pool was a nice way to relax the muscles after hiking all day. Staff was courteous and attentive. Highly recommended.

Right off interstate 40 is this hotel, regular rate for a 2 star hotel $70+ a night. I stayed in a king size room, room 119, my bathroom didn't have a tub kinda depressed about that 😢. It did have a shower chair. It's a nice size room with a hard king size mattress. If you're a gamer like me I wouldn't recommend taking the console out as the Internet won't connect. It does have a nice size dorm fridge it doesn't have a freezer top but it does get within freezing temps if you turn it on max. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and gas stations. Pretty quiet area, nice customer service overall I rate this hotel at 4.

Pleasant staff, excellent location with many eateries nearby. Sadly the King Suite is less than the high rating of reviews I selected it from. It's showing wear and needs refreshing. Spots on the carpet in the carpet in the room, bangs and scratches on the walls and poor cleaning of the bathroom was a disappointment. But, at a decent price range and last minute options it was acceptable for average lodging.
