If
I
could
give
zero
stars,
I
would.
They
not
only
didn't
do
their
job,
they
lied
to
my
face!
At
6am
this
morning,
I
placed
an
order
online
for
a
dozen
everything
bagels.
Six
hours
later,
I
went
to
their
store
to
pick
up
my
order.
When
it
wasn't
waiting
for
me,
I
inquired
what
happened
to
the
order
I
already
paid
for.
I
was
told
they
were
out
of
everything
bagels
so
they
had
cancelled
my
order
earlier
that
day.
I
told
them
I
placed
the
order
at
6am
online
and
the
item
wasn't
grayed
out
(which
meant
the
item
was
available
at
the
time
I
ordered
it)
and
it
was
obvious
someone
didn't
do
their
job
and
pull
the
bagels
I
had
ordered
from
the
shelves
at
the
time
I
ordered
them
so
they
would
be
available
when
I
came
to
pick
them
up.
I
also
told
them
I
had
not
received
any
notice
the
order
had
been
cancelled,
or
I
would
never
have
made
the
2
hour
round
trip
to
pick
them
up!
As
soon
as
I
got
back
to
my
car,
I
opened
my
email...
and,
sure
enough,
they
had
NOT
cancelled
my
order
earlier
that
day
as
they
said.
They
cancelled
it
the
moment
I
walked
out
the
store...and
the
time
stamp
on
the
email
proves
that
fact.
I
am
furious
they
wasted
2
hours
of
my
time
(not
to
mention
the
gas!)
driving
to
their
store
and
back
for
nothing.
I
will
NEVER
do
it
again!
