Not only is this location ALWAYS out of stuff , they also never match up with the app for what items they have in stock. My food will come burnt, messy, coffee will taste burnt or nasty. I never have a quick, easy, enjoyable experience at this location. And the picture I added is of a BURNT CHEESE SLICE that I had to peel off and couldn't even finish the sandwich 🤢 I don't understand how they made this and thought it was okay to sell to customers.

I used to come here all the time before I moved away for school and it was always a great spot. The workers were always kind and my drink was always so good. I walked in yesterday and the store was gross. Lobby was not clean and the back where all the food and drinks were being prepared was not clean either, which almost made me want to leave but the girl up front was by herself and was already having a hard time. The cook was touching their clothes and playing on their phone while the oven was cooking the food which is disgusting. I didn’t see them change their gloves or wash their hands once. The girl up front asked for help and was yelled at instead. Not only that, but she was up there by herself during a huge rush while her coworkers were yelling at her and making rude comments to her to “hurry up” and “you’re supposed to make orders as they come up” and “obviously not”. Working at a Dunkin myself, that’s a very hard thing to do during a rush so they really should not have been yelling at her in front of customers and maybe should have helped instead. Being yelled at by coworkers also doesn’t help or create a very supportive environment, especially during a busy rush. I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but I really used to love coming in here in high school with my friends and I was excited to visit my home Dunkin and I was sad with my visit. Hopefully I just came on a bad day.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to I’ve never met a place that would tell you a product is discontinued just because they were too lazy to make it then when I called to make sure that they were discontinued, the lady tells me we don’t have enough people to make it, so why would you tell me they’re discontinued I would’ve been OK with saying we don’t have enough people to make it we are short staffed. or we ran out and it’ll take X amount of time to make. Can I offer you something else? So I will never be returning back to this location. All of my business will go to the one on 10th St. that took care of me and gave me my donuts that was discontinued. and I’m only putting one star because it won’t let me post if I don’t put a star my star rating for this location is zero my star rating for the location on 10th St. is off the charts.

All it takes is literally three seconds to spread cream cheese. Maybe you guys should offer them a free gym membership to lift those big arms to be able to spread the cream cheese a little easier.

6/17/23 two weeks ago we bought "coffee rolls" in Indiana. They were larger and tastier than the "coffee rolls" at the Cookeville,TN location. Why? Before you renovation the "coffee rolls" were larger and tastier (more cinnamon). Your varieties were larger also. I'm guessing you want to just sell coffee (we like it a lot). It will probably be "Ralph's" from now on and maybe coffee from a place near there.

Ordered a Hot drink received a iced drink. Maybe if the personnel were paying attention to the customers on not talking on the phone they would get the order correct. Just saying

Food and drinks are always good and the servers are nice, but they have the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. You’ll wait in the drive through line (that isn’t even that long) for 15+ mins. I don’t know what takes them so long. Maybe understaffed, but it’s ridiculous.

They struggle to fulfill orders and never appear to have enough help. The place appears to run itself versus a leader being in charge. I will their black coffee does taste good but there were way too many customers waiting and the donut display, dining room, and back line were a disaster.

We went in to get an iced coffee, large latte, and bagel minis. After opening the large latte, we realized the large latte was only half coffee. The other half was foam. We complained and thankfully they re-made it but the staff was obviously upset. In the meantime, I was waiting for my bagel minis. After the staff remade the latte, I asked about the bagels and they looked at me confused. It was at that moment I realized the man standing in line behind us when we were ordering had stolen the bagels! They remade the bagels too, but the staff was looking at us questionably, as if I were lying, especially after they had remade the latte.

I ordered my usual, a Charli. Delicious as always and wonderful service. I ordered their new chicken and roasted red pepper wrap, it was hot and fresh and flavorful! 10/10 recommend.

I am sick of ordering ice lattes and getting coffee and milk. I literally get a latte once out of the last 4 I have ordered. This is unacceptable and management should freaking hold these employees accountable. Spoke to the Dm a few weeks back and he said must have been a new employee and made a mistake, I have done my due diligence but will no longer visit this spot. There is a new coffee shop about to open, maybe they will get it right!

The food was not good at all my bacon egg and cheese croissant I'd like a half a piece of bacon broke up on it for the then I got (2) bacon cheese jalapeno tots large and both was not even filled halfway up on both them. The only reason I am even giving a three star was because I love the frozen coffee I had.

Always friendly and speedy service Update 1/9/23 the service has gone downhill dramatically. I blame a lot of this on poor management and training. Yesterday I sat at the window and watched 2 workers chatting beside the food and drink I was waiting at the drive through for. One of the girls knocked over my large iced coffee. She righted it immediately but didn't bother wiping the coffee off the lid or the sides. The girl running the drive through was taking orders and running to grab donuts for the orders while these other 2 girls did nothing but walk around. My coffee was handed to me with coffee all over the lid and running down the side. My "chocolate cake" donut ended up being a chocolate frosted donut which was put upside down in the bag. I was given a food item but no napkins. It's always a different experience here, and usually it comes with disappointment. Get some decent managers in there!!

There’s a reason I prefer Starbucks. The cashiers here don’t clarify what they’re doing with your order. I’ve had drinks made twice now that were so disgusting I left them sitting in the store because they didn’t understand what I wanted. I try asking you’re making me this right? Oh yes ma’am. Then I get something completely different. When Dunkin is good, it’s great. When it’s bad, it’s disgusting.

I understand that they were short staffed and the drive-thru was busy but that is no excuse to completely ignore customers that come in the store. We were not acknowledged at all and we had to ask if they had someone working the front counter. There were 2 guys and one girl. The girl was rude. One of the guys was apologetic but still appeared annoyed that he had to help us. He charged us for the *free* donuts we were supposed to get with our order since it was national donut day and then got the drinks wrong. Again, I understand they were busy and short staffed. I have been there and I know how it is but they definitely could've handled the situation a lot better.

The pick-up order on the app took over 15 minutes, and it was missing my coffees. They then just gave me one of the coffees. I had to remind them that I was still missing the other and the rest of my order. It's best to go elsewhere unless you are alright with them not valuing your time. The atmosphere wasn't great due to agitation from the waiting customers. 😕

I'm a huge DD fan. Definitely better than Starbucks. This place is one of the nicest places for a DD. I dislike saying this but the service was extremely slow and the coffee was bitter. No reason for that when I was there 1st thing in the morning and there wasn't a long line. Hopefully it will be better next time I'm in town for tournament.

If I could give zero stars I would the cashier named Melila was absolutely rude, impatient. And instead of listening to my order she rushed me and than messed up my drinks. And while one I sent back it was fixed with attitude, the other my husband took in to add 2pumps of just some syrup she made him come get the receipt even though we were just in the drive through, than it came back absolutely gross. I threw it away. So glad this is not my local one because I definitely will not be back nor will I ever recommend. I'm sorry Melila may of been having an off day, but being rude and rushing customers and messing up orders it's not okay to take it out on your customers.

Went in to buy a bag of coffee, and a simple drip coffee. Waited for over 15 minutes, ended up leaving empty handed. Staff is friendly but over-worked. Don’t waste your time here.

The girl at inside register was still training and trying her best. She was taking orders and fixing orders. There was two people at the drive through and one of them was not doing much, she could have been helping girl at register. Worst experience I've had at any Dunkin Donuts.

Only 4 employees today. They were doing the best they could but clearly no management. Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and with no one making any food, I just left. At least I got my expensive coffee.

Haven’t been in about a month, usually good but this visit had multiple incorrect items. Bacon was left off guacamole toast, iced coffee was warm, hash rounds were stale and cold. Not a happy experience.

Took them forever to make a coffee I had ordered 15 min ahead. Probably would be better if they could stay off the cellphone and pay attention to what they're doing.

It’s always something, or they are out of something, even in the mornings it has happened. Their building will be wrapped with a wait in the drive thru and you go inside and they are just gossiping and singing around not in any hurry at all. Worst Dunkin Doughnuts I have been to. Also have people who seem they don’t know how to even make half of the menu correctly. Each time I get a coffee it’s completely different, and only been made good once. Not good coffee. Waste of money to even go here.

I rate this store a 4/5. I been a regular at this location everyday for about a year now. I've seen it have its good days and its bad. You can tell the store is a little out of shape due to staffing and training and that's because they have a brand new crew and also a manager who just got the store a couple months ago. It's definitely been improving since the manager before her. All these 1 star reviews see from entitled children. It's a Dunkin'. They arent going to have fresh donuts anytime past 10am since they ALL are made in a warehouse and shipped. If you want fresh, go to big o's or Ralph's and leave the poor employees there alone. They are short or out of food and donuts because idk our whole country is having supply issues? Stop being so rude and actually tell them they're doing a great job TO THEIR FACES and maybe they wont seem like they hate their jobs. Be considerate, because half of them are the next generation and are already dealing with enough. See that they're slow? Moving like zombies? Tell them they're doing a FANTASTIC job. Because did any of you ever think they're tired from working an understaffed store? Or do you forget that a lot of places are still recovering and understaffed at the moment? Have some humanity. Girls and guys at Dunkin, if you're reading this, keep up the hard work! You got this and it'll all work out in the end. Thank you.

i wanted to try something new, so I decided to go to Dunkin where I typically go to Starbucks. I regret it, me and my bestfriend ordered a caramel latte with extra sugar, which I should also mention I ordered a small . Anyways, we get our coffee and I ordered 4 cane sugar she ordered 2, her drink was SO much sweeter than mine when I ordered more sugar, not only that only 70% of my drink was coffee. It’s like they didn’t feel like making more so they filled the rest/ top with the other 30% of whip cream! Not only that, it was so bitter untill I realized I should stir and it was so messy! I tried to keep it clean and mix all the sugar at the bottom but it was as if they didn’t mix it all, so here I am stirring it so fast and so much coffee has spilt all over my cup, hands; and white shirt! Now I even ordered this small and payed for a medium so in the end I gained nothing from this experience other than disappointment. FYI the donuts are so not fresh.

My husband ordered a coffee with cream. They were out of cream. Someone forgot to order it. All they had was powdered or milk. Either way was yuck. But my breakfast sandwich was perfect.

I enjoy many of the items here such as the cold brew iced coffees. I do find some of their coffee drinks to be quite bitter, more so than Starbucks; but they're also cheaper so there's that. They also offer more rewards on their app than SB's. I enjoyed the couple of breakfast items I've tried although they're a bit pricey for the size. Not a fan of their donuts, which are usually on the stale side being that they're not made in house (and it shows). The service is usually friendly and happy to add in sugars and cream if requested. The drive thru moves at a good pace considering they're usually pretty busy.
