This place is great as far as the coffee is concerned. It’s very clean well staffed. It is just always so busy in the parking lot is so hard to get a parking space. The drive-through is completely packed the entire time and there is very limited parking space. So you can’t park next-door and walk over. I will give it five stars if it wasn’t for this parking dilemma. Obviously Starbucks coffee is absolutely delicious - I would like to personally appreciate a wonderful barista named Deb for exceptional service.

Great employees!!! We were in from out of state and we couldn't believe how nice the staff was. They were so patient and just great people and our drinks came out amazing!! Luckily it was right next to the hotel we were staying in which made things easier. I would definitely go there again. There is a really nice outdoor sitting area that was very clean. Again the employees were amazing and very courteous!!!

Almost always get a pour over dark roast since I usually come by in the PM. Starbucks, for some reason unknown to me, refuses to have dark roast coffee available "on tap" after 11:30 AM. There are a few medium roast coffees I drink, but Starbucks generally doesn't offer any that I like. I prefer dark, bold coffee at all times of day. I drink a lot of coffee and/or hot tea, so I don't need a "jolt" of caffeine. The pour over is good! I usually get a grande, and always black, nothing added. I love a good espresso, four shots, but simply cannot justify an over $10 coffee! I also love a good cappuccino. Hopefully, one day I will have my own REAL espresso machine, then can make my own. Only reason I don't give 5 stars for "atmosphere" is "music" volume is WAY too loud. I wanted to do some online research recently, and between the high music volume, and someone that kept looking over my shoulder at my scree, became such a distraction that I had to stop my online work. Unfortunate, because I don't have internet access where I currently live, at all.

Very nice staff at this chain coffee house. We got a pup cup for the pooch after a long day of training, and a strawberry Frappycrappycrazychino for the daughter. Sweet spot outside on the patio.

This was nothing special and subpar in my opinion for the cost of a coffee/latte/frappes. The baked goods were slim pickings so I got a breakfast sandwich & I think it was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. It used to be a top 5 place to count on your order being made correct or tasty then you will be disappointed or maybe it’s just our Starbucks in our town!

Super nice at this location. Got a drink at another Starbucks two hours away. Started my drive and it was completely wrong stopped into this location and they were very gracious and understanding and replaced my drink and no charge.

Not crazy about the over priced extremely strong products. However the service is fantastic! The young gentleman working today was fantastic. I had a very detailed order for my daughter & her friends. Everything was correct without having to repeat it.

The baristas were great so not saying anything bad about them. I usually go to a local shop but it was closed so I thought I would try Starbucks. It was not too my liking but to each their own. My kids did like their cake pops.

Phenomenally clean and cozy store with a top notch, welcoming staff. Parking can be challenging, as you can quickly get hemmed in by the drive thru traffic.

I have been sick for 2 days with a horrendous migraine and could not muster up the ability to make my own espresso this morning so my husband went out to get me one at this location. He ordered me a latte and when he got home it was just a coffee with milk… I will never I mean never be back again!

Stopped on our way from the farm in Kentucky heading home to Georgia. The staff was EXTREMELY sweet to my girl who has been cooped up in the car for hours. Nice break for us both! It goes without saying that the coffee was superb (as always). Will make this a permanent planned stop on this journey we make often 🥰…

We received exceptional customer service at this Starbucks. Even though they were busy, employees greeted us and served us promptly and cheerfully. The tables and restrooms were clean and the store was in pristine condition.

This was your typical Starbucks with pretty decent coffee. We only drink this on vacation because they seem to be everywhere. Their coffee seems more like a French Roast with a more smokey taste. The caramel in it seems to have a stronger taste to it. I may not agree with their platform but I am also not going to do without coffee. I am a fan of Nitros also.

We just got back from Italy and decided to try our luck with tasting a Starbucks cappuccino to see how it compares. Well, it doesn't. But that's okay! (The coffee taste was okay, but the milk was not the same). Service, attitude, and experience all great!

Clean, Friendlier than most Starbucks, professional and was very attentive and quality of the drinks were top notch! Job well done

Drinks are perfect! The only negative I have is their parking lot and drive thru. Should have an entrance in and a separate exit than the same entrance which is normally blocked by cars waiting on their orders. Other than that everything was awesome!

Personally feel you can get better coffee cheaper at other places. This store is hard to get into due to the traffic flow. Customer service is not always the greatest but not terrible either. Because of all this is why I gave them a 2 star rating besides that ... it's starbucks

Drinks were perfect and the staff was friendly. An honest mistake, but my order was overlooked for a long time as I was waiting inside (Drive-Thru seems to be the priority). The barista was very apologetic and for that I'm grateful.

Decent service. My first morning I had two very good bagels and 12 ounce Americano with my requested extra shot of espresso. The second morning I ordered the same thing. The Americano did not have the third shot, as I requested. The girl who handed me the coffee assured me that it did. McDonald's would have been cheaper and the same coffee. The third morning, I made espresso in my motel room using a Stanley French press.

Stopped in during a road trip. Very impressed. They were busy but they took the time to greet me and made sure they got my order correct. Very quick and efficient!

The cashiers all had wonderful customer service. The employee who was checking me out did an amazing job. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and 100% a great place to get a cup of coffee and chill out.

One of the kind ladies working overheard me having heavy debate on getting my usual hot drink or going cold since it’s hot out. I opted for the hot one since I knew what I was getting and she gave me a cold one to try for free. It was great by the way! Gave me a new sweet treat to go for when it’s hot out! Not from the area but appreciate the hospitality!

My child had me try Starbucks for the first time however she is a fan of starbucks. So she wanted to try macha instead of having to pay for the whole drink and her not like it they allowed us to get a sample which I was very appreciative because that right there probably saying me another $5 the lady at the window was very happy energetic it was all about customer service making her customers happy and satisfying them as well as helping me for the first time Starbucks customer pick out the drink that was right for me

Super fast efficient staff at this Starbucks. The drive-thru was a little crazy so I walked in. The atmosphere is nice, people were out enjoying their day, students were studying and friends just catching up. Plenty of seating available here. Coffee is great as always
