We had to stop over for the night before heading back to South Carolina and decided to stop by for a family dinner. From the time we checked in until we finished dessert, our service was over the top excellent! I have been to many Olive Garden's in my life and this by far was the best one I have ever experienced. The main factor was definitely our server Kachina. If every restaurant in the country had someone with her knowledge and hospitality, every dining experience would be flawless. My youngest daughter was hangry from traveling and she was on the ball with getting her food ordered and brought out to the table fast. She was so knowledgeable with everything on the menu, our drinks never got below half way before she was coming back to top them off and checked on us many times throughout dinner. Olive Garden of Cookeville is very fortunate to have someone of her caliber and I hope they are treating her well because she is a tremendous asset to the business. She was very professional but also gave us that warm Southern hospitality that makes you feel welcome and at home. As I said before, best Olive Garden experience ever and it's all thanks to Kachina.

The spaghetti and bread sticks were absolutely amazing! The soup, chicken and noochi, is to die for. There is a reason why Olive Garden is reconized as one of the best. Absolutely no reason this food should be so good!

Seated quickly. Plenty of parking. Took a bit for salad and breadsticks to arrive. Food was tasty. Men's bathroom was subpar. Found ourselves waiting for items to include the check. Wasn't too busy though. Overall a decent experience.

My fiancé and I went to this Olive Garden last night around 6:30pm. My shrimp scampi didn’t taste as great as it usually does at the Murfreesboro Olive Garden. Furthermore, there was a hair in my food. We took home the $6 take out deal of fettuccine alfredo to eat for lunch the next day. Well.. we did not use all of the alfredo sauce in the container, so I dipped bread in the sauce. While dipping my bread I noticed a something odd in the sauce. There was a piece of paper of some sort, as pictured. We will never go to this Olive Garden again.

Food is good and the servers are so sweet! Can't go wrong with Olive Garden

The food was hot and delicious. We took advantage of all you can eat but only ate 1 1/2 plates. The waitress was extremely nice and kept our glasses full, and our bowls were full.

I pulled off the highway to meet up with a friend coming from Tennessee Tech.I love their soup and salad. Consistently good and one of the best among food chains. Service was great, but they don’t carry dark beer. I guess they are more into wine. Still, I had a great time with my friend Douglas and was satisfied on my short drive home from a long week. Food was okay. I just prefer a different tasting sauce. Was a little to bland. Needed more spices. Also need to update your new prices on your menu. Bill was higher than expected. Definitely understand the increase, with the cost of food, but let customers aware of it.

Went here for a warm meal after a dental procedure. My partner, daughter I come here a lot but tonight I wanted to actually review because this sweet waitress Colleen was a wonderful host to my family. She definitely cares about her customer's concerns and their happiness while eating. The gnocchi was Amaaaazing and plenty of chicken in it. Our daughter loved the alfredo. Thanks girl, we can't wait to come back again! =^^=

I am so disappointed! I have been going to Olive Garden for many years but after tonight I will probably never go back to the Cookeville restaurant. We had a rude, loud and obnoxious waiter so we asked to be moved. The hostess did so very kindly. The waiter then proceeded to walk by our new table smiling and smirking. He then blew a kiss toward us. We reported to the manager and she said she would take of it. We never saw the manager again!!

My Alfredo was undercooked. My shrimp and scallops was over cooked. My breadsticks was burnt on one end and my salad was old and soggy. Worst experience at an Olive Garden yet. I am traveling from Florida and our Olive Garden back home is amazing. But this one in cookeville was disgusting. Then to make matters worst. The lamps above our table was extremely dusty. Server walk by our table and dust fell off and into my food. Also the servers stay on their cellphones. The staff at the bar area was so loud made talking made our dinner even more difficult.

Overall good experience, waitress was fantastic, other patrons were odd. Table next to us had their server bring out a birthday cake for them ate an 8th of it among 7 people and left the entire cake (which was not from olive garden) but food tasted good and staff clearly went above and beyond.

Seated pretty quickly on a week day evening. Plenty of parking, not too crowded. Very fast service with food coming out about 15 minutes from ordering for 3 persons. Order was correct, atmosphere was decent. The actual food was very good, good options, with very decent portions. Would recommend :)

Ummmmm! Seems to be a local favorite. However, to be brutally honest, I have to cast a negative slant. When you cook spaghetti and put it on the plate, you MUST drain off the water. My spaghetti was not drained so when mixed with the tasteless sauce on the Shrimp Scampi, it was horrible. For reals. ThT just killed it for me. The price was midrange so I did not feel super cheated. I wished I had taken the time to point this simple fact out to the manager, but I did not feel inclined do so. The service was ok. Did not wake long for the meal. But, the overall dining experience was lackluster. Not a place I would take a date. Not a quaint place. Just a little below average. When Olive Garden dirt started it was so much better. The chain has gone down hill. Decor was outdated. But the meal was super disappointing to me. Sorry for the bad review. But it is what it is.

We got there right when they opened. Almost everything was perfect. The only thing that was lacking in the food area was the bread sticks. They weren't bad, but they weren't very fresh. In my opinion, that's the only thing that was less than perfect.

Everything was excellent! Kendal is a very big asset to this place! Very nice, knows his job and what a cutie patootie! Food was super good too! Really glad it's not too far from Jamestown! Definitely going back! Thanks Kendal for being great and good luck in school!

Very Fast Service. Food came out Fast & Hot. Restaurant was Clean Bar was Clean. Hosting was Excellent.

Carolyn was absolutely fabulous, that girl knows how to serve!!! We came in pretty late, an hour to close, and she prioritized serving us gracefully, even though it was time to start closing. Food was perfect! Honestly can’t stress enough that my sister and I couldn’t tip Carolyn ENOUGH. She’s truly amazing, so happy we got to be serviced by her #carolynslayssssss

We were there to celebrate Father's Day and were a party of 14. Our server was awesome! She was right there when ever any one needed anything and was very gracious and kind. Our food was outstanding as we had any thing from steak to pasta and it was cooked right on point. As busy as they were everything was delivered quickly and with a smile.

We had an early dinner. It wasn't busy at all. The food was great and exactly as it should have been. We were very pleased with this location. We have eaten at 10 different Olive Garden locations across the states, and this one is at the top of our best list!

Our waitress Ali was amazing! She was so sweet and checked on us regularly! I ordered something new and wasn’t a huge fan and she very sweetly got me something else I knew I would like! I apologized many times for not liking it but she reassured me it was not a problem! Wonderful service from her!

I'm a big fan of Olive Garden, because I love pasta cooked in really good butter and a never-ending supply of salad and garlic sticks. This particular location is a well-oiled machine that delivers time after time. The food is much better than most Olive Gardens I've been to, and their butter is super fresh. It's easy to taste the age in butter, and this was top notch. I ended up with two more meals in food I couldn't eat! If you want to grub some really great Italian dishes, the OG is right for you.

I love the infrastructure of this location and the ceilings are exquisite! Quite comparable to O’Charley’s ceilings, though I do prefer the O’Charley’s ceilings. For your ceiling viewing pleasure, I highly recommend the main dining area. I rank the ceilings here a 7/10 with a bonus point for the shape of the hanging light fixtures.

Absolutely amazing food. I got the ravioli carbonara and my boyfriend for the endless pasta with five cheese marinara with Italian sausage. Our waitress was super sweet. Loved everything about our visit there.

Unbelievably amazing food and service. We live in Crossville and have come to expect pretty much everything to be terrible because of the high maintenance transplants that live there. Walked in to Olive Garden with basic expectations and walked out with our minds blown by how fantastic the experience was. Our server was Drew, and while we could physically see that he was taking care of other customers, he made us feel like we were the only customers in the building.

I feel like Olive Garden's food quality has consistently gone down while their prices continue to go up. $60 for 2 entrees and 2 cokes for cafeteria quality Italian food? No thanks. Staff was great, food was not.

The service was amazing and people were friendly A1 in my opinion but as for the food I don't understand how it can cost so much and taste like it came outta a quicky mart ( quicky mart food woulda tasted a lot better)
