😠 Good staff, fair pricing. UPDATE! Well...I was happy when I left. A few days later I noticed an oil spot on my driveway and figured it was just spillage. Then I drove to IL and saw a BIG spot on my sons newly sealed driveway! Oil Pan Plug was tight and not leaking...FILTER was not even finger tight... People often mention change, changed, plug, recommend, quick, time,

Getting an oil change here is so quick and easy! Everyone is friendly, they check all your fluids and clean your windows. You can sit in the car while they work. Their prices are fair and they are honest people. Before you leave they also check all of your lights. We always come here for our oil changes and are in and out within 20 minutes.

Then I drove to IL and saw a BIG spot on my sons newly sealed driveway! Oil Pan Plug was tight and not leaking...FILTER was not even finger tight and wiggling off!!! I know its an odd location on my (new) car and very hot, but they can reach it from above and below. Very lucky it didnt fall off during the long drive! Back to my old spot for oil changes!

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!! I’m from out of state and needed an oil change. The technician told me my mechanic had stripped the oil plug the last time he changed it. Technician said it was just a drip and I should be able to make it home. My mechanic has been working on our family cars for year. I stopped in Walmart to buy some paper towels, flex seal tape and a quart of oil so I could get back home to Alabama. Upon looking under my vehicle in the Walmart parking lot I noticed a large puddle of oil under my car. This was way more than a drip and I couldn’t drive back to Alabama. I checked the oil and it only appeared to be half quart low so I drove to O’Reilly auto parts. I bought an oversized drain plug, drain pan and a wrench to change and rethread the plug. After jacking up my car and reaching under the pan my hand was drenched in oil. The plug was not right at all I didn’t even have to turn it just wiggle it out. I took the plug back into Oreilly and they told me it was the wrong plug. What they put in was 1/2 inch and my Honda takes a M14. So, I bought the second plug which is the correct size, 5 quarts of oil and rags plus hand cleaner to re-change my oil I just paid 98 dollars for. The guys at Oreilly were super helpful and told me they would definitely testify to what express oil change did. I had to also get a hotel due to how long it took to figure this all out. Hard to believe their technicians aren’t trained in the difference between SAE and Metric. I’m just glad I caught it before harming my engine.

My wife and me have been changing my oil here for 2 years and never had a problem until my wife took my son’s car in to get the oil changed because she was using it to go to the Memphis area for 2 weeks. All was done like always except for the fact that the technician cross threaded the oil plug and all the oil had spewed out, by the time she got just west of Nashville the engine ceased up on her and she was barely able to get off the side of the interstate. By the way my wife is 70 years old. When we tried to get this company to man up and take responsibility they did not, saying more or less prove them at fault. Now my son and we are stuck with a huge repair bill. This is what this company is. They are trash.

Been calling them all day today and half the time they'd answer and I could hear them hang up on me without speaking. I finally gave up when they stopped even trying to pick up the phone. Guess ill take my service elsewhere. They could of got alot of work out of me to. All they had to do was answer the phone.

WARNING: They over tighten the drain plug. They are just a little bit more expensive then changing it yourself, but they want to make sure that you can’t after a visit. I don’t know what torque spec they used but it’s more then an impact can undo

I normally stay away from chains and do my own car work but I was in a pickle and had my brakes changed here. Not only is everyone really friendly but the prices are very fair. Brought my own parts and had my front brakes changed for $130 after tax. I wish all autoshops operated like these guys. Thanks a ton 10/10 Id recommend this place to my grandma

Great friendly customer service. They have gone so far, as to check the air in my tires, and air them up as a courtesy, at no charge. I have had quick oil changes here, and have even bought tires, at a reasonable price. Convenient, fast, and most of the time you never leave the comfort of your car. I highly recommend!!

Had brakes done in April and calipers locked up last month for another expensive repair. Would not recommend them for brake jobs

Went in to get the oil change because my sticker said it was time for it to be changed. The very honest little guy showed me the oil that's in my vehicle while explaining that it was still very clean. A lot of people would have just changed the oil for the money but this little guy was an exception. If the little guy happens to see this review I just want to say thanks for being honest.

Not everyone wants to get their oil changed at 8am but if you do, Marcel is the guy you want to deal with. Helped me out with a new car and kept it really light and friendly. Had the change done in about 5 or 6 minutes.

Great place of business ! Finally a place that has integrity and honesty in their works. I will tell all my friends to use this place to get your oil change. It’s hard to find good integrity in a business anymore and express oil change in Cookeville Tennessee has it I’ll be back and thank you for the good service. Alan Hanuschik Sparta Tennessee

They were quick in and out. What I believe to be a trainee had a hard time with the computer but the other employee helped him out. One strange thing though. There was an older employee in a red polo shirt that was talking to a woman when I pulled in. He stood in front of me while I was trying to pull in. Right in the middle of the bay doorway. He looked right at me and didn't move? he stayed there talking for about 3 minutes before he moved just enough for me to pull in. just strange I think.

Highly recommend! I needed help removing some transmission fluid and adding a transmission additive. The owner went above and beyond to assist me. All mechanics was very nice and respectful. I'll be bringing my vehicle back to this shop in the future. Thank you!

🫤 Don’t go unless you can be at the counter at 7am at the Algood Location. Went at 11am today since I was busy. Associate cut me off before I even finished telling them what I needed to tell me it would be 4.5 hours for an oil change. Would rather pay more somewhere else and spare myself the hateful...
