We arrived before the lunch rush and still waited for over 45 minutes for our food. Sadly the food was not worth the wait. The green beans had no taste, the Mac n cheese tasted like melted Cheez-wiz and the baby back ribs were just ok. The St. Louis style ribs were pretty good though, so there is that. The bathrooms were clean and the place was pretty full by the time we left so maybe we hit it at just the wrong time.

Great BBQ place with a fun and warm atmosphere, good food, friendly and fast service, close to the exit off I-40 going by Cookeville. I'm partial to pulled pork or brisket if I am going to a BBQ place, but I tried the burger, and it's amazing! They capture that "back yard barbecue" smoky char-grilled flavor in the best way. The fried okra is just the right level of crisp without being greasy. The pulled pork is pretty good, too, and I just can't get enough of those cobettes. There's also a tempting selection of desserts.

Pretty good place to eat. Stopped on the way home from Pigion Forge. The server Paige was amazing. Checked on us often but not to much. Drinks filled often. Food was good. I had the turkey plate. I was not a big fan of the mac and cheese. It was not bad by any means, just not my flavor. My husband had a pick 3 platter. He had the beef, ribs and pulled pork. He was satisfied with his plate.

We loved the ribs and beef brisket. Jokes everywhere, laughs and attention to customers. We will be back!

All I ordered was a half order of onion rings, but they didn't disappoint. Service was fast, friendly and welcoming. I will def be coming back for all my rib and onion ring needs. :) Love it!

First time here. It was good. We sat in the bar area during Saturday college football. I had a turkey sandwich, and my wife had ribs. The ribs were awesome. The turkey was better with vinegar based sauce. The mac and cheese side is very good.

This, for sure, is a place that will be at the top of my list. The smoked ribs and wings were amazing. The price was just as amazing. Great food that's not overpriced. The homemade ranch was just flat-out delicious. I went two days in a row while on a work business trip. Very friendly staff.

I have never been a fan of ribs until I tried Rib City's. Loved them. Look forward to returning. Sides were very good as well.

Very good food. Fantastic service. The waitress was able to help with what I was looking for. A baked potato with pulled pork piled on top which was perfect. Hubster had ribs and pulled pork. I tried one of the ribs it was amazing also. Definitely will be back when we are in the area.

I lived In cape coral FL for 23 years and went to this restaurant every week. I am glad that there is one here in tennessee, and it was exactly the same. Thank you for the consistency!

Ribs were good small side's and ribs $45.00 for two to eat, will probably eat here again

Great brisket. Service is absolutely outstanding. The restaurant is decorated with a bunch of funny naggets of wisdom 🤣 🤣

Great, clean atmosphere. Service was very attentive and friendly. Waitress did well to engage with my children too. The fried shrimp appetizer was great. Their blue cheese dressing was very thick and creamy. Food came out in a timely manner. The baby back ribs were phenomenal. Smoked turkey was very good as well. The St. Louis ribs were a little charred for my taste but the pork underneath was still very good. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Food was bad. Ribs was extremely dry and the pulled pork had no flavour at all. Very expense food. On the other hand, the drink was a fair price and people was nice. I wouldn’t recommend for the food, but if you are only looking for drinks and nice people, sure.

I had the brisket dinner, it was done perfectly. Loved it and the service was great. Can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in Tennessee.

I had a full slab of ribs; they were a 5-star great smokey taste and your choice of BBQ sauce. They had so much flavor I didn't use BBQ sauce. The wife got rib tips; they had the great smokey taste but were dry. She had to use the BBQ sauce. The sides were great Bake Potatoe, green beans, Mac and cheese. We will be back, and the wife will get the ribs!

We went back to Rib City yesterday for lunch. The riblets were great! Their sweet tea is good also.

The baby back ribs were amazing, so tender & juicy!! The service was great & the atmosphere was fun too!! They have a big bar with many selections

Wow, fantastic food and service. I'm from Texas and loved the brisket here. Sides were great. Homemade desserts were very, very, very, did I say very good.
