    Brad Getson at the Bridgewater NS location is my go to and all the people I know will only use him as well. He knows the answers to the questions you ask- knows how to fix and update your phone when you have an issue and always get you the best package for the best price. Absolutely recommend 👌

    Brad Getson has consistently provided excellent customer service to me for several years. He always knows how to find a good deal for me, and he knows the products and the procedures very well. He is an asset to your company, for sure!!!

    Angee was fantastic!! After 4 calls and over three hours invested to the phone center... I decided to just go into the store... Angee helped me, solved my issue and was so great to work with! She was knowledgeable and kind! 5 stars for her and her customer service! Thank you!!

    My husband and I upgraded our phones and received excellent customer service from Malcolm. He was able to answer all our questions , took the time to make sure we had the best phone plans for our usage, and did a wonderful job making sure we were set up with everything we needed.
