    " Thank you for calling your local Walmart, we appreciate your business and look forward to the opportunity to serving you in our stores. Our associates are working every day to give you a pleasant and safe shopping experience." That is their phone greeting you have to listen to when you call and no one ever answers the phone. It's a stark contrast to the atmosphere of this place. The employees are angry, unpleasant, and wouldn't go out of the way to help you even if someone PAID them... oh wait. They are getting paid. Walmart is getting paid. I feel like I should be paid to enter this place of misery.

    I do not recommend going to this store. I'm just shocked at how scary and dirty this store has become over the past five years. The store is very crowded, there are pallets of goods everywhere, the service is just terrible. We stood at the self-service checkout of 25 people, and at that time not a single cashier was working. By the way, when buying electronics, I had an unpleasant service experience. The cashier was completely unprofessional. And then he also mixed up the prices of the goods twice. And this happens regularly. The store employees did not seem to wake up even at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

    This location has a limited grocery selection. The place is always a mess and dirty. There are also some pretty sketchy people around here the later the night gets. They almost never have more than 1o or 2 lanes open and they are super slow. They do have a good garden section and it's closer than other locations, and the Customer Service desk is way less busy than other locations, so doing a return is way faster here than anywhere else in the area.

    Disappointed. Due to lower back pain, I need help loading bottled water into my car. I sat for at least 10 minutes at customer service before I asked a shopper to help me. The customer care lady called a couple times but no one came. The store smells of something rotten as well. This was my go store but, I will be driving to Andover or Elk River from now on.     The place is crowded and there is one till open in two self checkouts in the person running the register moves at snail pace. This Walmart completely sucks as does the management and pretty much every Walmart in the area but this one is especially pathetic because the management is so poor here

    This store is supposedly understaffed. The customer service line was backed up incredibly lengthy to the point where it was impeding the ability for customers to enter the door. I spoke with the manager Tom who very quickly tried to get away from me and said he was sorry but he had nobody else to help out the one lady working at customer service. Not even himself could help. Tom needs some help. This store needs some help. I see a lot of blue vests walking around doing nothing and yet they're supposedly nobody who's capable of helping. Maybe spend less time and money on people sitting by the front door not checking receipts and spending hours outside moving one cart at a time back into the store and more on people who can run a cash register or be at customer service.

    We went shopping the other day and noticed a guy following my husband and I throughout the whole store. My daughter whom used to work at Walmart stated, it should be a loss prevention associate. The guy followed us everywhere and made it uncomfortable to shop. My husband wanted to confront him, but I didn't want my husband getting into any altercations as he had a CCW weapon on him that night. The guy had pinkish hair with a emo look. I do not go to this store anymore due to this kind of behavior towards customers. I don't feel safe to shop here anymore. I don't recommend this place at all. I'm glad online shopping is an option.

    This store has inventory on the shelves! The cosmetics are not locked up... How refreshing!! The store had room to move around! Lots of space. Very well organized.

    Always busy, lines take 5 years & have issues with WIC at some/having to go to a specific aisle. I ended up stopping getting my items because of having to wait in that line. My kids cannot wait that long when there is only one line & there are many other people who go through it. You have enough money for several secret shoppers to catch potential stealers, when you could be getting other assistance in the store to maybe help reduce the amount of people in the store, reducing the amount of sketch space for people to try and steal.

    Sells recalled frozen strawberries and won't let you return them. Their computer system said they not allowed to return them. I had a receipt and matched lot number to the recalls. Also their hamburger is expired and the worker said they still would sell it.

    Everyone was friendly and helpful. Clean store. Well stocked. Lots of parking. This Walmart has a great grocery pickup area. Great cart people. Great check out people. Great pharmacy.

    This store is pretty dumpy among a lot of nicer stores in the area. It has the virtue of being a cheaper option in what is otherwise a more expensive area, but it attracts unsavory elements to that side of the highway.

    There is never enough cashiers here, so you need to check yourself out. I don’t mind the work, but you would think if you are forced to be an employee and check yourself out, you would receive a little compensation. Never enough cashiers here. You’ll spend more time trying to get out then you will shopping every time. Don’t even try the returns counter…….. That’s a whole other level of waiting.

    I think I found my new favorite way to grocery shop. It was so simple. I shopped online, it helped keep me within budget and kept me from over spending. I didn't have to bring the kiddos into the store at all, the associate brought the groceries out and loaded my truck for me. I loved it. I will probably grocery shop like this from now on. Thank you walmart for making my life a little bit less stressful and allot easier

    This walmart is okay. The grocery section is a bit on the small side and more than one occasion there have been backups in front when waiting for a cashier or register to open up. Other than that you can find a good selection on certain meats at decent price, pretty much any beauty essential, and if you're into lego the price matching is fairly easy and swift.

    Had a little trouble in the app to let them know I was there (915pm) & where I was but somehow, I clicked on the tracking & "I'm here" & as I tried to figure out where to park, a very alert Associate from the pick up area was on top of it & quickly found me! Thanks

    The store doesn't seem as clean or as well-organized as it used to, but most of the employees are very helpful ~ in particular, the early morning crew (esp. Margaret) in the plant department went above and beyond by climbing up to get me cactus soil that, for me, was unreachable. A big thank you to them!

    Love the door staff. It's annoying though that I have to almost always be stopped at the door to be checked after checkout! WHY!!!???? Can we please stop this ridiculousness, or at least get more staff at the doors then? 1 person to have a shopper block the exit for me to get out is very frustrating, I have other things, places, and stuff to do other than stand in ANOTHER long line waiting to get out

    Worst Walmart. No food hardly, no prices on half the store or they are priced wrong. The clearance isle is like someone deliberately put high prices on items.....a 21.00 candle from Walmart in the Clearance isle? Seriously?

    This was the most outdated, ghetto walmart I've ever been to. The set up of the store had no rhyme or reason, and it was very disorganized and dirty. The employees were very nice and helpful though!

    This store at Riverdale is great. Teena (I hope I spelled it right), is AWESOME!!! She was SUPER helpful and polite. She helped me with finding stuff, that I have NO clue about, and was super understanding about my lack of knowledge. GIVE THIS WONDERFUL LADY A RAISE!!!

    Layout just feels chaotic. Stressful store environment. I don't remember my interactions with employees because it was overwhelming being in there. It took about 20 minutes to find, purchase, and leave with a laundry bin and nothing else. This is my least favorite Walmart.

    They are AWESOME !!!! Their LOVING CARING GENTLE COMPASSIONATE with their customers animals ! Believe me when I say this my dog was definitely ill I have a little rat terrier doctor mix it was definitely ill from Lyme disease we didn't think he was going to make it I brought him in there and she put her hands on my dog and she heals him she is God's sent from heaven she's a healer Audrey is a healer I won't take my dog anywhere else but to see her she is so loving and caring and she really comforted me when I thought I was going to lose him I've had him 15 years please please if you're looking for a veterinarian please take your animals to them you won't regret it they are just outstanding their healers they really are healers

    More and more often, my Pickup orders are inaccurate. I love shopping for clothing and such inside this store, wonderful selections, but Pickup orders at this location are quickly becoming a disaster. My last 3 orders had something or other wrong with them and this last one was just ridiculous. I ordered 11 items - 3 items were missing, 1 grocery item was open, and 1 item was not what I had ordered (not a substitution either, they just picked the wrong item). 5 items out of 11 with issues? That's a LOT. I work for one of their major competitors, trust me, that's a LOT of errors on a single order. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if my account gets flagged for fraud, for all of the things I've had to report missing or damaged or incorrect.

👍👍 To a large extent, this is the best place to shop for Middle Eastern grocery in the Twin Cities. Clean, nicely designed, and organised. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. I have also tried their restaurant. The food tastes good for its price. Highly recommended!
