First off before you hire these kids they need to go through customer service training. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. Equally important, today is Friday 10 am I placed an online order for pick up. When I went to pick it up I was advised the freezer is broken so their is no butter pecan ice cream or yogurt to substitute. Then I was advised to contact customer care regarding a refund but their is no option to request a refund through the app. I was advised to contact customer service but there is no customer service phone number listed either! Then the young lady day had to call her manager who told she would have to refund in store!! But I need my card with me because I placed my order through the app where my information is already stored!! Now I have to go to the store twice very inconveniencing!!! I wouldn’t recommend this location take the drive to commercial blvd

Poor customer service and lack of to go order communication. I order every single time on the app ahead and this is the only location I have consistent issues with nobody working to go orders. I came in they were five employees and only one blender going. Very poorly run location. I recommend going to another location. Even after waiting a couple minutes and asking for my drink the lady behind the counter didn't apologize nor thank me for my business. Just handing me my cup so I can get out of her face.

Whenever i come at this location, it always operates differently from other smoothie king, when you place an order for something to be added to your smoothie, they always forget to put it in there, i asked to purchase a medium cup , the last time i paid 75cents now its $2.00, and at a previous location i paid 35 cents for kids cup. I always avoided to come to this location, because it seems to be so ghetto. Like there isn't anyone managing it. There's so mush i could say about this location, but tonight i had enough. I live 5mins away from this location and i drive 10 mins extra to a another location with better customer service. My workers don't even go to this location anymore , The employee was Hannah W that served me tonight

So I came in at like 7 ish and ordered a large peanut power with extra dates I asked the total and the girl employee shashana if I’m correct asked me “you like dates” to which I replied they’re natural and the body absorbs them easily…she gave a weird look and I said is everything ok she goes “they’re little and black and look like raisins” so I asked do they look like raisins here? To which she stated no and dugg in her ear….we’ll she did me a favor because I paid $11.22 for a large and was so disgusted that I’m never buying anything from smoothie king again,very easy way to lose a customer but I gotta be thankful because now I’ll be saving that $11-$12 bucks I spend daily at those places.good riddens bad rubbish

I was going to go inside til I saw the female employee standing outside the store smoking.... Then she goes back in with smoke on her clothes and hands to make smoothies? NO THANKS!

I love coming to this store. I frequent here 3 days a week. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who is beyond polite, kind and always greeting customers with a smile, Will! I wanted to say he was very kind my current visit! Keep up the good work!

The smoothies taste really good, and the customer service is spectacular. Service is fast and respectful. They have weight gain, vegan, and high protein options. The customization makes it possible to have the right smoothie for each occasion. Would definitely recommend smoothie king.

It wasn't the first time I was there but I definitely really appreciate that my smoothies were made perfectly with the same consistency and taste that they always are. Especially the fact that yesterday my son earned his white belt in Taekwondo. The occasion was right. The location here is kinda hidden but definitely gets great traffic. It's a testament to their smoothie making service. I ordered the Incredible Hulk for me and Island Impact for my son. I like the addition of the dried fruits a while back as well. I'll def have to try those soon.

I went last week to get a smoothie and was met with kindness by all of the employees there. My smoothie was made really quickly and exactly to my taste. Highly recommend.

The guy working there definitely needs a raise but he was the only one. No complaints about my smoothie but when you're trying to go to work and it's only 1 person working... it's kind of an inconvenience. I would give it 5 stars next time if they get me out of there in 10 mins with the same service he gave.

I had not been in this location for awhile. What a difference from last time I was there! The store was super clean, and staff very friendly and patient. I always ask for substitutions and add ons and the person serving me seemed genuinely happy to accommodate my changes

First time here in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. Great customer service and great selection! I got the Greek peach papaya yogurt and the strawberry mango. Get on in here for healthy hydration!

Management needs to be ashamed. I stopped there yesterday at 4:00 p.m. and there was 1 young girl all by herself. She had a mobile order for 12 smoothies! She had 6 people waiting in line, she could not even address and she had mobile orders streaming in. We all felt so bad for her, we waited patiently. One person in line literally asked her if we could help her somehow. There was nobody in back she could get to help. The 12 smoothie woman never even tipped her. She made a snide comment that SK owed us all a free smoothie. I tipped the poor girl $5 for my drink. I asked her if she could keep that for herself, she said NO. ?? She has to share them with everyone. Everyone? She was all by herself? I spent 17 minutes waiting in line before I was even able to order and it was NOT her fault. I want my $5 tip to go to that poor woman you inundated. Shame on Smoothie King. Do better!

I usually don’t come on here to write bad reviews; I’m this much aggravated. This used to be my favorite Smoothie King location. Ever since they changed staff, it’s gone downhill. The last three times I came here I waited almost 25 minutes to get my order. This time they forgot that I even ordered. Please do better. You have all these bad reviews and nothing is being done.

if i could leave 0 stars i would Plan to spend 20 minutes here TBH only the manager and 2 employees can actually make a decent smoothie. Catch there shift. The Manager is rude but the employees are nice, On top of that they put substitute DATES in the PEANUT POWER PLUS without saying anything to the customers I had to ask why they tasted so funny and they also had no idea what the substitute dates were made of!
